When I tried to give a brief medical history, I was literally told, "go elsewhere." The physician showed zero interest in my specific ailment, cut me off when I tried to show photos, and said, "There is nothing there," without a real exam. They clearly only care about fast, routine visits. I left feeling completely dismissed and shaken by the experience. The care here has drastically declined.

When I finally got a nurse on the phone I was told I could just 'take over the counter pain meds'. They didn't want to see me, were not listening to me, and after mixing up my results I no longer had faith in this office to do their job well or take care of me and my baby. As a side note,in the two months I was a patient here, not once did I ever see a physicians. Only midwives and PA's. Which I would not have minded as much if, when I actually had a problem, I would have been able to get ahold of or be scheduled to see an actual physician when I needed to.

Then called to cancel that appointment rescheduled again. Just received a call that my rescheduled appointment for April 25 has been canceled for no other reason then the doctor has too much on her plate and they can't schedule me until the middle of June. I wish they just had told me in the beginning that they had no room in their schedule for new patients.

The Front office staff is unprofessional, unwilling to work and failed to provide quality customer care and even "recommended" patient go elsewhere! The OBGYN coordinator Isabella, is rude, disengaged and condescending. Furthermore, she requested the patient obtain medical records from various providers. The patient did so but Isabella said, "I didn't receive them". To make things worse, she placed a DEADLINE saying that if she didn't receive records by the end of the day that that they will deny her! Prior to this deadline restraint , It took hours and a few days for the patient to ensure that medical records were sent. That same day, after everything was sent twice with a "successfully sent" message, Isabella told the patient they will not take her and "recommended" she go to Florida community care 40 minutes away from her home? As a courtesy, I believe that Physicians To Women should have had a release of records form signed so they could directly requested records from provider instead of forcing the patient to do their job and especially if they are going place a deadline constraint! The patient DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU! But instead, they made patient jump through hoops then choose to deny her and "RECOMMEND" she drive 40 min to a community health care facility! This patient lives locally and was seeking urgent prenatal care close to home. I tried calling, as a courtesy, to discuss this poor experience with PTW. I hoped it was a mistake, but even the office manager Sheila, was arrogant. She spoke before listening to the reason for my call. Furthermore I was told that I would speak with Stacie, but unable to, because Sheila was eager to assist. She didn't offer to transfer my call or give Stacie the message to return my call. This explains why the office is disengaged, and offers poor an inadequate customer care. I DO NOT recommend Physicians To Women. PTW was unprofessional, irresponsible, incompetent, and absolutely zero customer care was provided.

I was able to have Dr. Osario and her assistant Q - the Best people in the world , super helpful supportive, and very knowledgeable with being super sweet and understanding, I feel extremely fortunate to have had the Dr. I had and would never change for anyone else ever, and to have Q as her assistant- this girl goes above and beyond her job to make you feel relaxed Q never change you and Dr. Osario are angels . They told me "we will not see you" while I was attempting to explain that I understand what is required, have all of the necessary items in possession, and am well informed on how the process works. To shut a woman down that quickly who is simply trying to maintain her own good health is disgusting. I thanked her for her help and she abruptly hung up on me. This is terrible. No one woman should ever want to receive care from a place that treats even prospective patients with such disrespect. Shame on you.

The senior medical assistant Didn't acknowledge me, I patiently Waited for a while upon arrival. The minute I walked out - after services were rendered, she went on the phone and looked away, and I had a series of questions for them. Definitely ruined the mood and good energy I had that day. Cannot imagine how pregnant women feel there. The actual nurse practitioners and mammogram lady is very good /kind/gentle and professional but appears the standards are now a new low with front desk staff. Work on hiring some staff that's friendly with manners and interpersonal customer service skills please.
