The only positive thing I have to say is Dr. Taylor/Karch is fantastic! She is communicative, understanding and actually treated me like a human being. 3 years ago this practice ran BETTER. Unfortunately, I decided to go back to try again. This time around things have changed. They went to a HORRIBLE communication service that is all texting and you can't get a human on the phone for your life. Fast forward. I needed a procedure prior to moving forward with IUI again. Dr. Taylor/Karch wanted to get me in as soon as possible due to timing. I was NOT communicated with timely, so I lost a whole cycle and had to wait 30 days to move forward. I was sent an email with a date and time to show up also told not to eat and drink or take aspirin before the surgery. No specific timing was mentioned. Fast forward to 23.5 hours prior to the procedure I get a notification from Prelude(the trash app they REQUIRE you to communicate through). First telling me that I should not take aspirin 7 days prior and stop taking a GLP-1 10 days prior. How is this proper communication? This is LIFE OR DEATH information that was NOT PROVIDED TIMELY. I also reached out 2 weeks ago to make sure I was financially prepared for this procedure. They tell me one amount 2 weeks ago and then increase the total by $50 more dollars (totaling $1165). Again within 24 hours of my procedure the app messages me that I need to contact my insurance provider and confirm my total. Again last minute they tell me my anesthesia and room are NOT COVERED because their anesthesiologist are third party and don't accept insurance. If I had known this I would have requested the procedure be done through a covered facility and anesthesiologist. Make this make sense. This practice is horrible. I will be sure to share this on all of the review sites possible. Thanks to Dr. Bauer and IVFMD, I am 10 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby from my first frozen embryo transfer. I had secondary infertility and will be forever grateful that Dr Bauer had the skill and knowledge to create the very best treatment plan for me. IVF is a lot but honestly it was manageable and not as tough on my body as I thought it would be. It's all worth it once you see your little baby's heartbeat! I highly recommend fertility acupuncture as part of the treatment plan as well. I started before my egg retrieval and will be continuing throughout my 1st trimester. read more

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone - you call the number and get connected to a recording with multiple choices - no matter which number choice you choose, NOTHING happens - you just go back to the original recording. EXTREMELY frustrating!!!!! read more

If you are looking for an office that violates multiple laws and discriminates, this is the place for you! Starting with the receptionist (Luz), she is a real gem- the most aggressive and rude 1st impression sitting right at the door (great for business). I had to get an attorney involved because she told me on the phone (when I asked for a manager, she is acting manager) I was not allowed to bring anyone with me to my apt due to "Covid" yet I can at any other doctors appointments or lab centers. Low and behold, I arrive to my appointment and see a couple together! I call her out on it and she tells me "you don't know their situation." BY LAW, "situations" don't matter, you have to TREAT ALL PATIENTS THE SAME." Also, PBC's executive order reads you have to make "accommodations" for those that are exempt from wearing a mask. This office chooses to discriminate the disabled and says you have to put your health at risk and wear a mask or you can't be seen, (Essentially, NOT FOLLOWING THE EXECUTIVE ORDER or the American Disabilities Act (ADA)). Luz called me an hour before my apt (on my drive there to tell me she got my letter from my attorney, instead of contacting my attorney, and told me nothing changed- only way they will see me is with a mask. She told me they are "following the CDC" (which states you DON'T have to wear a mask within 6 ft of someone, so I said well then I don't need to in the waiting room, she said "no you still have to anywhere in our office." Clearly she was NOT the one that should be calling me and addressing an attorney's letter since she doesn't even know what she's saying! She's uneducated on the CDC, the Executive order exemptions AND ADA. I showed up and WORE A DAMN Mask against my health risks and then she tells me they are dismissing me as a patient-what changed from an hour before my apt when she called and said I can STILL be seen??? BY LAW you can't dismiss a patient without proper notice and it has to be in writing. These appointments can't just be on any day, any time, I was in the middle of a cycle and they left me high and dry! Do you want to go to an office that discriminates against your disabilities and treats patients unfairly? How many laws need to be broken??? These people are liars and frauds. They will ignore your requests to speak to a doctor and schedule you for things you never spoke about, then charge you thousands of dollars non expectedly. Dr Bauer and her team are frauds. I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor since 5 years ago that she was in another practice in Miami, FL. Dr Taylor relocated to Jupiter and after years of trying to conceive for us we realized that there was no other Doctor that we had met in this journey that we would trust with this process. Front office is lazy rude and inept. Constant scheduling errors, notification errors, last minute changes with no notifications. If you bring this to the attention of the DR, you will be dropped as a patient. Wish we would have followed our instincts when we saw the signs of a poorly managed office in the beginning but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. I highly suggest any place other than this. The business is clearly afraid of the staff and their business will suffer from their employees laziness and lack of caring and skill. I used to like this place however they have shown me that they are only in it for money! I was seen back in September, and just now billed 60 days later!!! Not only that but they put on the bill that I'M the one 60 days late! Then I come into the office and have another procedure costing over $500 and they say I have a balance to pay on top off the current test. It shouldn't take you over two months to bill a patient nor should I be the one at fault for your piss poor billing practices! I will never return to this practice again! P.S. I find it very odd how they don't have a billing office to speak to listed. read more

Would give no stars if I could. My wife and I went there and they exaggerated the numbers and odds of getting pregnant. Then they kept sending us a bill for one penny that they said insurance did not pay! They called and harassed my wife for one penny. Unbelievable!!! read more

Dr. McCarthy and her staff are wonderful. We have used IVFMD Jupiter to conceive two children. The second time actually happened much quicker than the first because we weren't starting from square one in terms of all the diagnostic testing. There were never any hidden costs or surprises, but if I felt unsure about the cost of something I would ask and they were very upfront with me.
