Slow, incompetent, constant excuses, confrontational, and extremely rude. First Eagle Realty was the lending broker for the buyer of our old home. Mila, Anahit, and Vehan all constantly made excuses and delayed the sale of our home. Thanks to them, escrow took more than two months to close. It delayed the purchase of our new home three times because we needed the proceeds from the sale of our old home to buy our new home; we almost lost the purchase of our new home because the seller and agent were losing patience with the delays from selling our old home. The seller's agent for our new home actually had to take it upon herself to push Ana and Vehan to close the buyer's loan to buy our old home. We also called Ana and Vehan every day to make sure they were diligently processing our buyer's loan. I hated to do it but we did not want to risk losing both the purchase of our new home and selling our old home. Even though we submitted our offer to buy our new home several days after we accepted the buyer's offer to buy our old home, escrow on our new home was ready to close BEFORE escrow closed on our old home. Mila was the first agent from First Eagle for our buyer but she was fired midway through escrow. The delays started while Mila was still there. Ana took over but the delays continued. We requested to speak with the First Eagle Realty owner, Vehan, but she was extremely rude to us, constantly cutting us off, talking on and on in an attempt to sound smart but just looked like a show-off, and then making a racist remark towards us, yelling angrily at Ana to speak with "Chinese". I guess she can't tell a Chinese accent from my American accent nor can she tell that our last name is not Chinese. Very ignorant and insulting. Even though we eventually closed escrow, the buyer of our old home paid a very heavy price by paying a very high interest rate. In addition to the delays in processing the loan for our buyer, First Eagle botched the processing of their loan. They lost the interest rate that they had locked at the beginning of escrow in May 2022 and when they finally re-locked in July 2022, their interest rate jumped up at least 2%. Also, our escrow firm charged our buyers additional fees for delaying the sale of our home even though it was First Eagle's fault, not the buyer's fault. I felt really sorry for our buyer especially because it was not their fault. First Eagle made everyone suffer: Us, the buyer of our old home, and the seller of our new home. read more

Buying a house is not a simple task and you need professionals that will go the extra mile for you. First Eagle Realty did this for us a few years ago, and I appreciated it so very much. We are still in the same house and very happy with our decision. We are also happy First Eagle and our family talked us out of buying other houses when the process was getting tough and we were willing to settle. We were encouraged to be patient and they worked hard and got us the house that was best for us in a timely manner! Can't ask for more. I recently had to stop by their office for questions regarding our home mortgage, and noticed lots of changes. They are always improving things and it was great knowing we were working with people that truly wanted the best for us. read more

I was referred to this brokerage by a friend. They just helped me refinance my home and I am very pleased with their service. They were very diligent and helpful throughout the process. The broker was very professional and experienced. She really knows how to get things done and treats you like family from the second you step into her office. If you have all the documents they request, they will start ASAP and work with you through the whole process. The staff is friendly, competent, and the service was very reliable. I also will be referring anyone I know who needs to sell, buy, or refinance a home. read more

Great experience! We were looking for a house in the Glendale area and if it wasn't for Vehan, we would not have gotten our home. Thank you thank you thank you! Vehan and the First Eagle team have been in this business for over 30 years and they know exactly how and what to do. They got us the BEST RATE POSSIBLE and closed our loan and got us into our home in less than 30 days. read more

I have relied on Vehan and her team to secure financing for several real estate deals this year. She and Ana are wonderful to work with with, very professional and truly get results. The difference is that these people will not take no for an answer from the various funding sources they work with. You will get your loan, and it will be at a reasonable rate. Be prepared though as a buyer to be on your "A" game and get them what they need in time and they will get the job done. Moving forward, First Eagle will always be my number one choice. read more

I am going to keep this short and to the point. First Eagle Realty has been our go-to agency for the last 3 Real Estate and Loan transactions, and I can comfortably say that there's a clear reason why this group of professional people get work DONE. They are very experienced and proficient at what they do. Vehan, Ninnet, Melody are just a few of the people that I would recommend for any guidance or advice. No hype or bs, just good old fashioned honesty and hard work! Keep up the good work and thanks for setting the bar high! Karlo N. read more

Please don't spend your time with this unprofessional agent. The owner Vehan and her team are so rude. They just want to lie to you to charge you more without any information. Because of their wrong information, we weren't able to cash out. Their rates were high and their costs were supper high. We never heard in our life that any agent ask you to pay the costs CASH, but they did. So, we just switch to other agent, and everything went smoothly. There are many professional other agents, Please Please choose them. Don't waste your time and money. I finished my whole process with my new agent in a month, but First Eagle Realty just got back the first news from the underwriter in a month. read more

My advise try someone else before you loose your time, your nerves and your money. read more

After having a Bankruptcy a few years back getting a loan approved was becoming nearly impossible for me even with a cosigner! However, First Eagle came up with a few ideas not only to get me the loan but they got me the loan with a great rate of 3.875%! I am now a proud homeowner and couldn't have done it without them! We closed in 3 weeks, I got married and moved into my beautiful home with my wife! :) read more

This broker is far from ordinary, and reading the past reviews I sympathize with those who lost their money. However, in my case, at the end of an awful roller coaster with unexpected bumps and turns, she got the job done. It wasn't easy, and there were times where I thought to myself what have I gotten myself into? Although Vehan is unorthodox in her ways because of her and those ways, I now have a beautiful property in Big Bear I can call my own. Thank you. read more

Quality people, clear communication and professional. Being a first-time home buyer, the process can be confusing and the amount of information is overwhelming. All thanks to HARUT and VEHAN, the road to buying our first home was a breeze. Harut is definitely dedicated to his work and treated us with the utmost respect and attention. Our buying time came around a period where rates were rising, however, Vehan was able to lock-in an AMAZING rate for us. Till this day I still wonder at just how fast and proficient this process was handled. Thank you First Eagle Realty!! read more

I can't speak more highly about our experience working with First Eagle Realty! The team spent countless hours helping us with going to open houses, answering any questions we had about purchasing our first home, and overall just being there for us. They sent us the first set of listings in mid-August, and by mid-October we were moving into our dream home in LA. The entire team made us feel completely at ease and walked us through every step of the process, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. They knew exactly what we were looking for, helped us get the best deal possible, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with the closing. Vehan, along with her team, made us feel very safe and were very patient with us as first-time home buyers. We had lots of questions along the way and they were always able to reply to our emails within hours. My fiance and I couldn't be any happier with our decision because we are in our dream home all thanks to the First Eagle Realty Team. I definitely recommend Vehan and her staff for all your real estate needs! Thank you Vehan, Harout, and Arsine for all that you have done for us in buying our first home! read more

My experience with First Eagle was great! My agent Angie Shahmoradian was very professional and handled my refinance no problems. Angie found me a good rate in today's market, got me out from under a FHA loan so no more mortgage insurance and lowered my monthly payment. I will recommend Angie to all my friends and family. read more

I just had the WORST experience of my life. My husband and I were working with this company to refinance our home and the person we were working with was Vehan. Anyhow, we submitted all of the documents her and her assistant Doris requested. About a week passes and we hadn't heard anything, so I wrote her an email requesting some information about closing costs/fees and any other additional costs we would be looking at. Never got a response back addressing my concerns and about a week and half goes by and they start calling my work after I did not answer my cell phone. I mean I'm at work I can't take personal calls nor do I want my coworkers to know my business. Anyway, Vehan asks me for my credit card information so she can run my credit and pay for the appraisal fee. Mind you we still have not talked about or been presented with any numbers or figures. I told her my wallet is in the car I'll email it and she insisted to hold on the phone saying she needs it right now. Again I'm at work I can't just walk out and go to my car, so I asked my husband for his credit card and he asked my why she is asking for a credit card when we haven't talked about anything except submitted the necessary docs and waiting for our file to be reviewed. So I told her hold on my husband has a question for you and transferred the call. In the meanwhile my customer walked in for our meeting and the receptionist intercoms me that I have a call. So my boss and customer are sitting directly in front of me and I answered the phone, it was Vehan. She started yelling at me telling me why my husband talked to her with an attitude and scolds me like I'm a child and telling some lies about why she needs the info and I told her every other company adds the appraisal fee into the loan or at least does the appraisal after they have some numbers in front of them. I also told her our mortgage company included the appraisal fee into the loan and she goes who's that? I said PHH mortgage and she goes good luck getting that loan thank you and hung up on me. Uh I already have the loan first of all, second of all how unprofessional and rude do you have to be to not only speak to a person like that but someone whom you've never met and a customer at that. I wasn't there for the phone call with my husband and I am not my husbands keeper and I don't care what happened during your phone conversation. I am not him don't call me at work disrupting me to yell at me for something that my husband said which he has the right to question. He said she was laughing at his questions about the fees like you don't know what you're talking about let me educate you so good you got what you deserved but don't take it out on me. Her reaction and pushiness gave me a very uncomfortable uneasy feeling so we will not be doing business with them. We are working with another company that appreciates our business and understands our concerns about releasing personal information like that. Avoid working with them and find a more professional company. read more

On the 31st of October our escrow closed. We are ecstatic first time home owners. This would not have happened for us, if it was not for Wonder-woman Vehan. No, I'm not exaggerating! We were the worst candidate for buying. I have seen dozens of realtors and loan officers from the beginning of this year. Some laughed at us, others were more courteous and told us to come back when we have two years of taxes with a specific income. Hey at least they gave us some direction, but you know what? I could not be more happy with how everything turned out for us. All the rejections led me to more digging and I found gold! 1st Eagle Realty does not have any advertisements, no fancy websites or even social media accounts. Yes I had to dig =] this woman is my sunshine! From the first time I saw her, I knew. She asked me how she can help, and I told her what I wanted. I wanted to buy the house I was renting! She had the most heartfelt look in her eye I had ever seen in another human being. She was feeling me with all my problems and needs. She said "no problem, you will have the house." The most confident assurance I had heard in a long time. I knew I was in the right place. She took care of everything A to Z. She got me something that was nearly impossible to get. And it all came with the best deal in the market today. Their commitment to us was indefinite. This woman and her group are incredible. They are the doers. They don't just sit and wait for ready done loans. They make it happen. Buying property can be very stressful unless your working with the right people. If you or somebody you know and care about is serious about buying property, don't think twice, just run to this office! read more

Vehan is completely unprofessional and ruins sales for her clients. She sends paperwork that contains very private information of her clients (banking docs, SSN, birthdate, etc.) to the sellers w/o blocking out information. If you want an idea of how bad she is with privacy, read the response she wrote to someone's review below. This is a beautiful example of how she operates. She is consistently late to meetings and is all around more of a headache than of any use. I recommend you look anywhere before using her services. read more

These guys are the biggest liers. They lost all my paperwork, were disorganized, RUDE, and simply unprofessional. I never expected to be lied to as much as I was by First Eagle. They lagged the entire process of refinancing, which eventually led to the interest rates increasing and me missing out on the opportunity to refinance. I would never recomend them to anybody. Stay far away from these liers. read more

Refinanced my condo with First Eagle Realty, process went very smoothly.Experienced and knowledgeable staff.

Premier Realty Company! Vehan's team is a group of super heroes! They are extremely hard working and dedicated to each of their clients. Ninet helped us search for and find the perfect house. I cannot rave enough about her. She is always available and ready for questions or concerns. She explained each step of the process and made us feel extremely comfortable. If you are looking for a personal experience and a dedicated staff than don't look beyond First Eagle. This was truly the worst experience we have had with anyone. Our loan agent VEHAN GRIGORIAN and her partner STELLA and NINET are a complete liers and completely rude. They told us to go and put an offer on a house and they said that our loan papers were set. So we put an offer on a house and went into escrow, 2 months passed by and they kept trying to get extensions and making excuses about why our papers weren't working out. They called us to take different papers to their office everyday, they are very unorganized and lost some of my paperwork. They called me at work one day ASKING FOR MY BANK INFORMATION like usernames and passwords to access and print my statements, and when we said we didnt want to give our bank password she laughed at us like we were the ones doing wrong. Who does that? After months of being in escrow and going through emotional hell with this agent they said that it didn't work out and we almost lost $13,500 in escrow. Every time they called us they talked in a rude tone and made it seem like we were the ones doing something wrong. They also tried to persuade us to work with a real estate agent that they had a connection with and when we decided not to they were very rude and inconsiderate about it. If I could put 0 stars I would gladly do it. Please don't waste your time and money here. read more
