Slow, incompetent, constant excuses, confrontational, and extremely rude. First Eagle Realty was the lending broker for the buyer of our old home. Mila, Anahit, and Vehan all constantly made excuses and delayed the sale of our home. Thanks to them, escrow took more than two months to close. It delayed the purchase of our new home three times because we needed the proceeds from the sale of our old home to buy our new home; we almost lost the purchase of our new home because the seller and agent were losing patience with the delays from selling our old home. The seller's agent for our new home actually had to take it upon herself to push Ana and Vehan to close the buyer's loan to buy our old home. We also called Ana and Vehan every day to make sure they were diligently processing our buyer's loan. I hated to do it but we did not want to risk losing both the purchase of our new home and selling our old home. Even though we submitted our offer to buy our new home several days after we accepted the buyer's offer to buy our old home, escrow on our new home was ready to close BEFORE escrow closed on our old home. Mila was the first agent from First Eagle for our buyer but she was fired midway through escrow. The delays started while Mila was still there. Ana took over but the delays continued. We requested to speak with the First Eagle Realty owner, Vehan, but she was extremely rude to us, constantly cutting us off, talking on and on in an attempt to sound smart but just looked like a show-off, and then making a racist remark towards us, yelling angrily at Ana to speak with "Chinese". I guess she can't tell a Chinese accent from my American accent nor can she tell that our last name is not Chinese. Very ignorant and insulting. Even though we eventually closed escrow, the buyer of our old home paid a very heavy price by paying a very high interest rate. In addition to the delays in processing the loan for our buyer, First Eagle botched the processing of their loan. They lost the interest rate that they had locked at the beginning of escrow in May 2022 and when they finally re-locked in July 2022, their interest rate jumped up at least 2%. Also, our escrow firm charged our buyers additional fees for delaying the sale of our home even though it was First Eagle's fault, not the buyer's fault. I felt really sorry for our buyer especially because it was not their fault. First Eagle made everyone suffer: Us, the buyer of our old home, and the seller of our new home. read more

Buying a house is not a simple task and you need professionals that will go the extra mile for you. First Eagle Realty did this for us a few years ago, and I appreciated it so very much. We are still in the same house and very happy with our decision. We are also happy First Eagle and our family talked us out of buying other houses when the process was getting tough and we were willing to settle. We were encouraged to be patient and they worked hard and got us the house that was best for us in a timely manner! Can't ask for more. Please don't spend your time with this unprofessional agent. The owner Vehan and her team are so rude. They just want to lie to you to charge you more without any information. Because of their wrong information, we weren't able to cash out. Their rates were high and their costs were supper high. We never heard in our life that any agent ask you to pay the costs CASH, but they did. So, we just switch to other agent, and everything went smoothly. There are many professional other agents, Please Please choose them. Don't waste your time and money. Big time liers, they lost my refinancing rate whith my over 800 credit scores and whith my full documantaion which provided to them from very first day, any paper they need I provide them whitin short period of time. On the 31st of October our escrow closed. We are ecstatic first time home owners. This would not have happened for us, if it was not for Wonder-woman Vehan. No, I'm not exaggerating! We were the worst candidate for buying. I have seen dozens of realtors and loan officers from the beginning of this year. Some laughed at us, others were more courteous and told us to come back when we have two years of taxes with a specific income. Hey at least they gave us some direction, but you know what? I could not be more happy with how everything turned out for us. All the rejections led me to more digging and I found gold! 1st Eagle Realty does not have any advertisements, no fancy websites or even social media accounts. I just had the WORST experience of my life. My husband and I were working with this company to refinance our home and the person we were working with was Vehan. Anyhow, we submitted all of the documents her and her assistant Doris requested. About a week passes and we hadn't heard anything, so I wrote her an email requesting some information about closing costs/fees and any other additional costs we would be looking at. Never got a response back addressing my concerns and about a week and half goes by and they start calling my work after I did not answer my cell phone. I mean I'm at work I can't take personal calls nor do I want my coworkers to know my business. Anyway, Vehan asks me for my credit card information so she can run my credit and pay for the appraisal fee. Mind you we still have not talked about or been presented with any numbers or figures. I told her my wallet is in the car I'll email it and she insisted to hold on the phone saying she needs it right now. Again I'm at work I can't just walk out and go to my car, so I asked my husband for his credit card and he asked my why she is asking for a credit card when we haven't talked about anything except submitted the necessary docs and waiting for our file to be reviewed. So I told her hold on my husband has a question for you and transferred the call. In the meanwhile my customer walked in for our meeting and the receptionist intercoms me that I have a call. So my boss and customer are sitting directly in front of me and I answered the phone, it was Vehan. She started yelling at me telling me why my husband talked to her with an attitude and scolds me like I'm a child and telling some lies about why she needs the info and I told her every other company adds the appraisal fee into the loan or at least does the appraisal after they have some numbers in front of them. I also told her our mortgage company included the appraisal fee into the loan and she goes who's that? I said PHH mortgage and she goes good luck getting that loan thank you and hung up on me. Uh I already have the loan first of all, second of all how unprofessional and rude do you have to be to not only speak to a person like that but someone whom you've never met and a customer at that. I wasn't there for the phone call with my husband and I am not my husbands keeper and I don't care what happened during your phone conversation. I am not him don't call me at work disrupting me to yell at me for something that my husband said which he has the right to question. He said she was laughing at his questions about the fees like you don't know what you're talking about let me educate you so good you got what you deserved but don't take it out on me. Her reaction and pushiness gave me a very uncomfortable uneasy feeling so we will not be doing business with them. We are working with another company that appreciates our business and understands our concerns about releasing personal information like that. Vehan is completely unprofessional and ruins sales for her clients. She sends paperwork that contains very private information of her clients (banking docs, SSN, birthdate, etc.) to the sellers w/o blocking out information. This was truly the worst experience we have had with anyone. Our loan agent VEHAN GRIGORIAN and her partner STELLA and NINET are a complete liers and completely rude. They told us to go and put an offer on a house and they said that our loan papers were set. So we put an offer on a house and went into escrow, 2 months passed by and they kept trying to get extensions and making excuses about why our papers weren't working out. They called us to take different papers to their office everyday, they are very unorganized and lost some of my paperwork. They called me at work one day ASKING FOR MY BANK INFORMATION like usernames and passwords to access and print my statements, and when we said we didnt want to give our bank password she laughed at us like we were the ones doing wrong. Who does that? After months of being in escrow and going through emotional hell with this agent they said that it didn't work out and we almost lost $13,500 in escrow. Every time they called us they talked in a rude tone and made it seem like we were the ones doing something wrong. They also tried to persuade us to work with a real estate agent that they had a connection with and when we decided not to they were very rude and inconsiderate about it. If I could put 0 stars I would gladly do it. Please don't waste your time and money here. read more
