Agreed. Go Wells Fargo. Better rates and service. This loan officer doesnt use a secure system for your personal info. Run. Low budget.

We recently had an HVAC issue and called Marine Services since we have used them before for…read moreplumbing issues. Charles arrived right away and assessed our situation. He took his time to explain what he saw as well as options for us to consider. He was professional, helpful, and timely with responding to our questions. We didn't hesitate and hired Marine Plumbing to fix the issue. Charles was actually at our home working on his anniversary and even stayed late to finish. A big thanks to him...and his wife! Thanks again, Marine Services!

Do you need a new water heater? This is the company to get if you don't want to wait!…read more Luckily my hot water heater finally decided to die in the middle of the summer. However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!

I hired Reddick & Sons Plumbing to install a new heat pump system. The work was done on time and…read morewithin budget and I am very happy with the results. I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

I found them through Yelp project among 10 others and after talking to reps I decided to stick with…read moreReddick, because of clear explanations of pricing and upfront fees. It's unbelievable but some companies required upfront deposit even before assessment of the issue. Our technician,Brian, was on time, called prior, came with shoe covers, quickly identified problems with toilet, gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time, very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere, but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area, but service is superb. Can't deduct star for high prices, because they are using gas and supplies which are horrible now.

This is a long review, but if you want the short version. Bottom line, the company and the people…read more(Rick, Horatio, Skip, Tercio, and Willy) working here are awesome, when I save up some more money I will be looking to do a few more projects. First and foremost everyone with Before and After Home Improvement has a work ethic and it's a good one, no shabby shoddy work here. When Rick came to give me an estimate for the project he brought books that had the different colors and grades/levels of composite decking as well as a book with the different railing and baluster choices. Now I did have other estimates set up, however one did not show, and the other company was very nice but they emailed me the quote a few days later and told me they used Trex decking and that was it, no brochures or explaining the different options, nothing, made me wonder if I was supposed to do my own research. Rick explained the high and low end options and the differences in the type of boards Trex carries, which were also pictured in the brochure. If you are within a budget he will let you know what the pricing differences are, your best option, how long the product will last, warranties, ect. He takes the time to talk to you like you're a person and not just a customer in the assembly line. The gentlemen that came to do the work have a work ethic (getting harder to find in people nowadays), they showed up on time, didn't mind me asking questions here and there and wanted the installation to be and look the best. I highly recommend Rick and his company, he uses the same crews on all projects. Here are some before and after pictures.

Please avoid contracting with this horrible company. The owner, Rick is a pain to work with. He…read morehired subcontractors to tarp my property and they trespassed my property when I wasn't there despite making it clear that I need to be there and let them in. I scheduled their visit for 9am but they jumped over my fences around 8am. They proceeded with the tarp and severely damaged my sidings/window frames and hammered large nails all over my deck which seemed to be an experiment because they weren't sure if those nails would work on vinyl siding. The two man were also coming in and out of my kitchen door (connected to deck) inside the house to see if my windows were covered or not WITHOUT knocking/permission. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Pricing - the owner said it'll be a few hundred when HE STOPPED BY in person after evaluating the house but hit us with a bill that was over a thousand dollars. This quote was for urgent service however, he tried billing us much more. Inconsistency occurred throughout the interaction. PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire someone else. I informed that he'll be paid once insurance pays or he can directly claim with insurance, which he agreed however he is now threatening to put a lien on the house. AVOID Rick and this company at all cost.
