I had been using the lock on the card but It's always a problem with accessing it. The system is down way too much for my comfort recently. It's horrible not being able to access your money! If it isn't locked then my account is getting hacked but if it's locked there is no guarantee I can unlock it when I need it. So unreliable. They need to increase their security measures and improve their tech!

This is an excellent bank. This review will probably be a biased opinion as I have used them for…read moreyears. Regardless, it comes down to this particular location amongst all the other locations. This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff. They are very informative, and quick at handling your financial needs. It's just nice to have a bank they can also be like your local bar, kind of like your local Cheers hey, because everybody knows your name. I've found that I prefer a credit union over any other regular bank and this one takes the cake. Also, on a side note this credit union creates ATM / debit cards for you on the spot and you can have them custom themed.... just something a little cool.

Regions Bank promised a $350 bonus for trying out merchant services, but after nearly 7 months, I…read morestill haven't seen the funds deposited. Despite my requests to stop merchant services, I've been charged for multiple months after my requested stop. Mandeep, the merchant services liaison, continually assures me week after week that the bonus will be deposited in a few days I'll receive refunds for the incorrect charges, and months later he still has done nothing. I've visited the bank in person several times and spoken with three different managers, including regional branch manager Amro Alshamari, who also keeps promising resolution but without any follow-through. At the very least these two are liars. Additionally, the app sucks. I can't transfer funds between personal and business accounts, and while a manager said it was a temporary issue, it also remains unresolved. The monthly service charges are unreasonable, especially when compared to other banks. I've found better options with American Express, which offers a free business checking account that pays interest and provides an account opening bonus without hassle unlike Regions. I strongly advise against working with Regions Bank. This place is a scam.

I opened with $2k and left it for over a year. I came back last month to withdraw it and my account had been closed because of inactivity. I waited for almost an hour for them to straighten this out. After it was resolved, I said keep it Closed. The Teller stayed, just leave $5 and make a $1 deposit monthly and that will keep it open. I get a notice on the mail how my account was overdrawn because I was charged a fee. I was never charged a fee and didn't agree to a checking account! I go into the bank and they tell me it's nothing they can do and I need to pay the overdraft. I wouldn't think twice about using this bank, even if it were the last bank on the planet. I would stuff my cash under my mattress before using them. It's the principle at this point!

There's a rep at a kiosk as soon as you come in the door ready to assist you with getting signed in to speak with the financial services representatives. There are only 3 bank tellers but the lines move quickly. There are two walk-up atms outside. The parking lot is small and easily gets congested. This is a smaller branch so seating inside is limited. I would suggest only brining people in that need to be present.

They have an ATM up front if you don't want to use the drive through ones. They have plenty of parking spaces. My favorite are the 2 lanes available for the drive through ATM when I need to get some quick cash or do a quick deposit. Not that I mind walking out of my car and having a human interaction but you cannot beat convenience especially when in a hurry or when it's super hot outside that a minute walk feels like eternity. While I cannot speak to their customer service as I've never had to go inside or deal with their associates, I would say overall, i like this location for my deposits and withdrawal purposes.

I have been banking at this branch for over 25 years. I have had several personal and business…read morechecking and savings accounts. As well as several car loans and commercial real estate loans. The people that I've worked with have known me by name when I walk in the door. However, since the merger has taken place, I haven't seen as much incompetency in a business anywhere else in my life. I tried to make a simple transaction of a loan payment after mistakingly paying a few bills after writing a check that I had forgotten about. My reserve line had covered this, and I merely went in to make the loan payment from my savings account. From that point, it took me almost a week to get this transaction resolved. I had gotten errors through the online app, so called the branch to have the payment made for me, and was met with so much confusion and incompetency for such a simple transaction.. by the end of the call, I was very frustrated, but assured that the loan payment was made and I would incur zero interest. However, upon checking a couple days later, I witnessed that the payment had not been made, and in fact a transfer had been put into my checking account. When I called back, I was again met with much confusion and the banker even attempted to try to close my overdraft protection account all together and leave me unprotected. Why on earth? Would anybody suggest this? I may need to take my banking somewhere else as I am now fearful for the safety of my accounts at this bank.
