I use to have this bank till they let someone in my account and take money everyone says had be a…read moreinside job taking job thing about it they took a small amount at a time to where I didn't notice until one day my account overdraft by $277 I'm like what and they use cash app to do it and me I don't use cash app or PayPal never did so now they saying I owe them $37 bucks I closed my account but my insurance still has this bank on record and the bank said they will mail me a check but keeping what owed to them from my accident I was in a few weeks ago . So yal tell me if that not she shady stuff this bank pulling my lawyer said if they take my refund he going have the bank in court over touching something doesn't belong or represent that bank account at all and for fraud

I had a…read moretransaction go thru at 3 in the evenin she hit me with overdraft fee even though a deposit was made not even 3 hours later..I don't have no 9-5 job where I can make it to the bank b4 they close so I had to use the ATM to deposit the money..she returned the item then took the money for a overdraft fee.

Don't expect this place to ever answer the phone, they have honest to god never answered the phone…read morewhen needing help; which results in being forced to make an impromptu trip to the nearest Truist location. Only gets two stars because in person service is decent.

Thanks to Truist I got it straightened out,after taking my ex back to court. Glad it all worked out. I had to wait little bit,but yes they answer phones.
