I had a great dinner at manninos for my aunts birthday, but unfortunately after pulling out of the parking lot, and into the gas station I noticed my side mirror had been moved. When I attempted to readjust my mirror I realized the control was broken. The right side was completely pushed in entirely to the right. My mirror no longer moves right and left, only up and down. Along with the damage to my mirror my window buttons are delayed, and getting stuck. I could not open my window for a half hour this morning on the way to work. I am not sure what exactly happened. I had spoke to the young man who valeted my car, who claimed he didn't do anything that could potentially damage the car, but promised they would fix the damaged because they didn't want to go through insurance. Once I spoke with Eric the owner he had told me he talked to the owner of the restaurant, but since the cameras did not show anything out of the ordinary he would not compensate me and pay for the damage being he trusts his employee. He claimed people are constantly making false accusations, and he did not believe his employees caused any damage and to file a report with the police. I find that statement questionable being that he constantly gets complaints maybe he should reevaluate how credible his employees are. Manninos is a classy restaurant and I can't see many people who go there lying about people damaging their cars. Not only is this a financial nuisance, but I run my own business and barely have time to take out of my day to take my car to get fixed for damage I did not cause. As a business owner, if one of my employees damaged a clients property, I would absolutely fix the damage, as it is the right thing to do. Not only does this make the business untrustworthy, but it proves poor character on the business owners end. DO NOT VALET YOUR CAR!!! read more
