Previously, I posted I was very satisfied with my experience with First-Class Vacations. Sadly, I have to amend my review due to a new development: I scheduled a cruise for myself and three other adults for early September. I paid extra for the trip insurance because one member of our party was suffering from a serious illness, and we knew she might have a setback and be too ill to make the trip. FCV didn't give me any info about the insurance, or what it does and doesn't cover. Thus, I didn't know the insurance that comes ordinarily with the purchase, does not cover cancellation of trips resulting from a health condition related to an illness which afflicted the member of the party prior to scheduling the trip. As a result, our friend suffered an unexpected worsening of her condition, so the trip had to be cancelled; the claim I filed with the trip insurance was denied because of our friend's pre-existing condition. I called FCV to inquire about it and the agent to whom I spoke claimed "they" didn't know anything about conditions that would invalidate the insurance. If they really didn't know, that seems unacceptably uninformed. More likely, I think they were quite aware of the policy about conditions not covered under the insurance policy, and the agent on the phone simply was not truthful. What makes me even more annoyed is I called the director of FCV's marketing and I warned her I would be forced to change my good review to a poor review if I didn't hear from her. She never called back, so I have to assume she has no concern for a dissatisfied customer, or a critical review. What a shame. If you're going to buy the trip insurance, make sure you research the policy thoroughly, and that you're fully aware of what is or isn't covered. read more

My parents had an Alaskan cruise paid for in 2017. They still have not taken a cruise or received a refund. My parents are no longer able to travel so we have requested a refund but they are unable to because FCV do not have any money. $6500 is ALOT of money for my parents They only have SS income. I really hope they receive their hard earned money back. Shame on FCV for taking advantage of people. My parents are 82 years old and the money could be very helpful to them. read more

To this day Jeff Nahon the owner of first class cruises has not refunded our money that we sent his crook Steven Bradley back in 2019. The total amount of checks sent to him was over 26 thousand dollars by mainly senior citizens. Paid for a cruise pre-pandemic. Covid hit and cruise was cancelled. Couldn't get the money back from First Class Vacations so I called the cruise line. They told me they refunded the money to FCV. Elise at FCV said the money was refunded to them but the owner took everyone's money and cannot be found. If you know the owner's name, please post it as it doesn't seem to be online. I bought a diamond pkg in 2017 had a wonderful time all worked out SO...I bought 7 more Diamond pkgs for a family vacation. Then I invested in the Fan Cruise. NO cruise kept getting promises that I would get a refund as soon as possible. Now no answer to my emails, msgs or phone calls Since he got money back from Philadelphia Eagles and Cruise lines. First of all the owners name is Jeff Nahom now. The new name is first class cruise. Dont do it go directly to the cruise ship of your choice and book cruise yourself and pay with a card. Second this is a total scam and I am so disappointed. We are in our mid 70's and sent money to Steve b in November 2019 for a diamond package cruise with all these extra services only to find out it was a total lie. Money from our retirement we saved to trip for our 45 anniversary now gone. $3299. is what we paid for a crook to enjoy. THEY ARE A SCAM! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PRETEND TO BOOK YOUR CRUISE! We used FCV a few times several years ago, and all went great. So, when they called to sell us on a pre-paid vacation package in 2016, we were excited to start making the payments (a sort of vacation layaway plan). We explained exactly what we wanted to the sales person, an Alaska cruise for 4 in an exterior room in early August. We didn't need airfare. We were given a price and made all of our payments as agreed. When the time came to book our cruise, the staff seemed responsive. We received our booking number for a Royal Caribbean Cruise in the first week of August, and we started making plans such as obtaining passports and arranging childcare. By June I was starting to wonder why we hadn't received boarding or itinerary information. So, my husband began trying to contact FCV via phone and e-mail. After receiving no response, we called RC directly. They told us that FCV had failed to make the final payment, and our booking had been cancelled. They also told us that the ship was full leaving no chance to rebook. We were finally able to get someone from FCV to call back, but often it would take 2 to 3 days between communications, and we had to initiate every single time. They did take responsibility, claiming it was due to an employee error on the part of someone who was no longer employed there. After over a month of sporadic communication, we were finally offered $1000 credit to apply to the same cruise in 2019. We were told to call back to rebook in February. Well, we called back in January and were told that the first two August sailing were unavailable. We are both public school employees and beholden to the school calendar. But, at this point we've been waiting since 2016 for this trip and agree to figuring out how to make a late August sailing work. We book the trip and again receive a booking number and are told "don't worry, we've got this covered". I confirmed with the RC website that we had a balcony room on the correct cruise. While I was on the site, I noticed that there were rooms on both of the early August sailings which we had been told weren't available. About a week later, I logged back onto the RC website, and it didn't recognize our booking number. I again called RC, and they let me know that the reservation had been cancelled and they had no other reservation in our name. When my husband was able to speak with someone at FCV, he was brushed off and told, "this happens a lot...because of price changes". This person, however, did not offer to fix it, AND no one from FCV had even attempted to contact us to change our booking or warned us that this could happen. So, I have to think they did it on purpose and did not intend on contacting us. So, here it is--2019. We've given them well over $4000, and supposedly have a $1000 credit which is completely useless if they don't actually intend on paying for our cruise. We've had 2 bookings, both of which have been cancelled without anyone from First Class Vacations contacting us. One was cancelled less than a week from when it was made! We've asked them to book our cruise, pay it in full and transfer control of the booking to RC, and have gotten no response. My husband tried calling this morning and even offered to wait as long as it took to talk to the person who booked our second cruise. She claimed she would call by the end of the day, but you guessed it, nothing. We've now started the process of trying to get a refund, along with contacting the attorney generals in both states, the BBB, and consulting with a civil attorney. If you would like to give thousands of dollars to a company and in exchange get to wait days for return phone calls that may not even come, use FCV! If you would like to rearrange your entire summer schedule as well as the schedules of anyone who will be helping you and then not even have a vacation, use FCV! If you would like to pay a travel agent thousands of dollars only to have to spend hours upon hours figuring out what the hell happened to your cruise and what to do about it, use FCV! If the hope of a trip is worth $5000 to you, go ahead. You won't actually get a trip, but it's fun to think about it--use FCV! read more

This is the biggest rip off company out there. When Steve calls you to give you his sales pitch and you say it's too good to be true. It is. Hang up, block them from ever calling you again. I fell prey to their sales pitch. I did a cruise with them and nothing of which they said panned out. I kept calling the cruise line and they would not deal with me because I booked thru a 3rd party. They asked for a deposit of 600.00 and that would be deducted from the price of the cruise. That didn't happen. Now I sent them the $100.00 clerical fee to book my free 4 night cruise. I know, big mistake. Every-time I call or email I don't get a response. Finally weeks later Tracy called back and told me I needed to schedule an appointment to be called back for pricing. Waited for the call today and no one called. Called their main number and was told they were an answering service(at 4 in the afternoon). They would take my number and have someone call me back. Called Tracy's direct number and got her voice mail. Told them to return my 100.00 and we could part ways. They fooled me 2x now. I have learned my lesson. When finally catching them on the phone they ask your name and say someone will call. We will be pursuing them in court soon and seeking criminal charges. So far I have had the worst experience with this travel company . I was referred to them through my grandmother who was being very generous to help us with out honeymoon. First of all what we paid for and what was explained to us has not been what the contract states , that you get after you pay . I have been in contact with this company since January trying to book our package for August , when we bought the package they stated we had to book for 6 months after purchase date , in our minds we thought that meant that August would be fine since it is 9 months after our purchase date , that is not the case . They won't even allow you to make reservations until six months after , then if you want to make a reservation it has to be 90 days out from that .. which was never told to us , also they are booking on if they have room with their promotional rate and availability! Again never told to us. When we talked to Steve our travel agent he stated any cruise 7 nights and cruise ship or time we want as long as it's six months after purchase . I had been trying to get this booked since March and April and in May I received a call from Tracy who left me a voicemail stating everything will be fine and we can book July 1 . I then schedule a call July first , which I guess was only to schedule another call that they said they were available July 4th then July 3rd of course they canceled the phone call. Finally got ahold of them July 9th only to be told by Eelise there is nothing she can book for this year that we wanted. I called Steve to let him know the issues and then Eelise was to send me dates available . She sent me a list and of course the one she sent me that we wanted she is stating we can not go on . I am completely over going back and forth with this company . It is a scam , you must book on their reservation time , they don't fulfill what they sell you over the phone . And the worst part is they have already tried to sell me more packages when I can't even get my first one booked. To update this review it has been still since there review empty today from my original most a month later no resolution , this company never calls back, decline to answer question , and unable to get thing scheduled again after being told we were good . Beyond hate this company , reported them to BBB where they stated I broke the contract even though I have not they make up the contract on their terms , it is ridiculous , we have report them to the bank at this point for fraud . I have made multiple attempts to get my cruise package confirmations for a March 2020 cruise. I have not heard from anyone since 8/22/19. I purchased 3 diamond edition luxury cruise packages in 2018 for a March 2019 cruise. We did receive reservations for this cruise and it was cancelled in Jan 2019. We made several attempts to reach out to First Class Vacations (FCV) and they were not responsive. We were unable to complete our cruise in March 2019 due to FCV cancelling it and not notifying us. We filed a complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture and consumer affairs. They investigated and FCV told them we still had 3 packages to use and therefore would not issue a refund. I sent an email to Elisse at FCV on 8/22/19 and indicated that all correspondence will need to be via email at this time as they indicated to Florida Dept of Ag they had reached out to me several times (which they had not). Elisse agreed to honor the past packages and indicated that we would need to book quickly to ensure would could get rooms on a March 22, 2020 cruise on Harmony of the Seas. We did hear from Renee at FCV (via email) on 8/26 and she needed info to complete the cruise reservation which I provided on 8/26/19 (all via email). Since then we have not heard from anyone at FCV confirming our cruise reservations. I have reached out via email to Elisse and Renee on 8/28/19, 9/9/19 and 9/16/19 and have not heard back. We already have had a horrible experience in March of 2019 with them cancelling our cruise last minute and not letting us know- and Elisse indicated that she would like to correct this past mistake, but I have been gravely disappointed that I have not heard from anyone in a month despite repeated attempts to ask for an update on our cruise reservations. It is clear from my experience and other reviews that this company continues to rip off customers and is fraudulent in practice. They will take your money and make reservations so you think everything is ok and it will be cancelled with the cruise line since they fail to make payments. Two years ago FCV did not pay for the British Isles cruise we had booked through them. They had all sorts of excuses why they couldn't pay the balance. FCV didn't have decency to tell me the cruise was cancelled. Princess told me that the cruise cancelled. I had two people at FCV for two months tell me they were going to handle the cruise so we could go on it. Even the President of the company stated he would make sure we would take the cruse. That was a lie. They dropped us. I filed for a refund for a considerable amount of money almost two years ago. I have not received a dime.. The last conversation I had with FCV they told me I would receive the money in February, 2020. I don't believe it. We paid for a package with FCV. In February of 2018 we wanted to schedule a cruise to Alaska (which was on the list of available cruises). We were told by Elise that a balcony was not available for this time unless we paid an additional $500.00. But if we waited until Sept of 2019 there would not be a problem and would not be an additional cost. We agreed and she notified us in March of 2018 the cruise time, ship name and even the balcony room number. Everything was set. She informed us of a possible additional cost for travel to airport and airfare. that was understandable since the contract had a price limit on these items. In March of this year we were contacted stating we need to pay an additional $2000.00 for the room we had booked. Elise stated that that room would cost more but we could allow the cruise line to assign a room for only $905.00 dollars more. The contract did not have a maximum cost associated with the cruise. We talked with Steve Bradley who stated that was just the way it was. He stated surely you do not expect us to book the cruise for what you paid for this package. We told Steve we wanted the cruise and would allow the legal system to deal with the additional cost. This was on May 21. Elise stated she would contact us on May 24 to finalize the trip. We never heard from her. After several attempts to contact FCV, we contacted the BBB. From a response from Steve, through the BBB, our cruise had been canceled and he would contact us on rescheduling. We have tried again to contact FCV but only get voice mail. Talked to manager John Sims on Wednesday about a job as a fronter telemarketer. He said to me 10.00/hr. + 7.5% commission of the revenue for the cruise deposit 698.00 so I would make 10.00/hr. + 52.00 for each deal closed. I worked a total of 8 fdays 4 hrs./day and the closers made one deal only out of the 30 leads I gave them and got a 100.00 deposit. I was supposed to make 32 hrs. X 10.00 =320.00 + 7.50=327.50 total. We agreed to part ways. I said I will wait the week required to get pay. When I got my paycheck he said he never said 10.00/hr. he said 100.00/wk + commission. They shorted me 120.00, paying me only 207.50 for 32 hrs. of work. The manager, John Sims is a liar and will cheat you out of your pay if he decides he doesn't want you anymore. This company is despicable and preys on people. I agreed to a cruise package that would include a free vacation after the 7-night cruise. I never received the information for this free vacation and never heard from them after that until I called them up to ask about my free vacation and LOW and BEHOLD they say it is expired - how can it be expired when I never received the paperwork!!! After over 4 years of dealing with them calling me every 2 months (never leaving messages) and wanting me to take another vacation with them I STILL have not received my free vacation package. I was very disappointed in what the travel agency(First Class) viewed as first class. 1st- if you are travelling with someone who is not in your household or on your bank account, transactions become strained and lies are told of what you are actually getting. 2nd- "Money Matters" Never tell clients you can provide something, then change the provisions when the time comes to fest up. 3rd-When arriving at your destination, if you are truly first class, a welcome of some sort should greet you in your room, such as bottled water, or chocolates, or butter cookies compliments of FIRST CLASS. There was bottled water in the room however no mention of who it was from and it was not purified but spring which i did not care for, so i used it to brush my teeth and rinse my mouth, only to find out on the end of the cruise i was charged for the water with no mention in the room it would be charged to us if used. 4th- No mention of beverage charges until after you have paid for this First Class trip, something should be included. No mention of extra charge for travel insurance, No mention of extra charge for excursions when boat docks, No mention that you can only go to certain restaurants, others were additional charge to attend. Everything should have been accounted for at the rate we paid for our trip. I was highly disappointed, but not broke. I will travel again, just not with First Class, or any of it affiliations read more
