We were traveling from Boca to Miami and looking for a limo solution. We called this company and spoke directly to the owner. He asked us for a credit card deposit, which is totally atypical for a transportation service (you usually always just book and pay upon completion of the trip). But that was just the tip of the iceberg. The limo showed up late. The limo itself looked like a beat up car from the 80s. When you think limo, you think luxury and quality. Unfortunately, this limo was far from that -- it wasn't even clean. It was a disgusting limo that looked like it hadn't been cleaned or serviced in years. Furthermore, the driver was an absolute shlub. He was wearing sandals and jeans that were below his butt. It looked like he was hired off the street. But it gets better. Because we needed more luggage space, we opened the front passenger door to throw a bag up there. But we couldn't use that area of the limo because the driver had another passenger with him up there!! What a joke. Oh, and you want to really get a good laugh about this all? For some inexplicable reason, there was no seat in the front passenger spot, so this mysterious passenger was sitting on the car floor!! Sounds pretty safe and normal, right? So at this point, you add up the late arrival, the gross driver, the even grosser car, the weird passenger sitting on the floor of the car in the front -- and that was enough. We called the company. And who picks up? None other than the owner. We kindly explained to him our issues -- and you know what he does? He tells us to get the F*CK out of his car. He literally cursed and screamed at us. And just like that, we got our bags, and the "limo" drove off. We ended up calling an Uber van that was cheaper and far more luxurious, not to mention comfortable and more professional. So to be clear, this is not a limo company. The word company implies a certain level of business acumen, customer service, professionalism, quality of product -- all of which were nonexistent. What this actually is, is one guy who owns a beat up limo and tries to generate money from it from unsuspecting customers who don't know any better. He hires a shlubby driver and sends this car out to whoever will give him a shot. In our case, it didn't work out so well for him, and when we called him on it, he obviously felt a need to get very defensive and curse at us. Needless to say, you should stay far far away from this joke of a "company." Use another car service, call an Uber, take a train or a plane.. Walk it out if you have to.. But whatever you do, don't make this mistake of giving this guy your business -- you'll be sorely disappointed. Oh, and one more thing -- you've got to laugh at this guy naming his "company" Always Dependable. It's kind of like McDonald's calling itself Healthy Choice Restaurants.. By no stretch of anybody's imagination (except maybe his own) do these names make any sense. Always Dependable ... I'll have a good laugh over that one for the next few days...

Worst limo ride I've EVER had! I found them on Groupon for $39 one way to the airport. When I…read morecalled to check on availability - they offered me the same price as Groupon. (Basically cheating Groupon out of their commission) -- I scheduled the ride and gave them my pick up time. The day before I called their office to verify the drive would be there on time. "Absolutely" they said. The driver was ~ 35 minutes late!!! There was supposed to be water in the limo for refreshments, NOT!! Then the asked for the $20 MANDATORY CASH TIP IN ADVANCE!!! He then took a LONGER route to the airport - stating this was a "short cut" -- but according to my Google maps -- it wasn't! A 20 minute ride turned in to about 50 minutes! The charge on my credit card was $40 not the $39 as they claimed (Evelyn in the office who took the call said it was actually $39.99 -- Um, not according to Groupon!) -- I called her to complain about the ride to request a 50% credit - which I felt was fair. She had to speak to the boss and would get back to me. After 8+ hrs -- I emailed them. I got a reply from the owner (Seth) who claimed to be out of town and hadn't heard of the issue. I re-explained it to him. He claimed he is - and I quote: "i am a honest man with Integrity." and has all his calls recorded - which btw is ILLEGAL in Florida!! Recorded calls must be approved by both ends of the call. If he was he could have avoided all this and give me $20. But NOW - it will cost him $40, plus a black mark on his reputation! (Integrity, my a**) After a number of back and forth email - there was no response in a few days-- needless to say I've disputed the entire charge and informed Groupon of their deceptive business practices. 9/20/17 Asked him again, this time a partial refund.. I get this in reply to a comment I made about making peace with himself and the Lord for his lousy cheating business practices...
