I paid for expedited personal service and gave explicit instructions that the court had ordered personal service only, meaning the documents had to be delivered directly to the specific individual. Despite those clear instructions, the process server decided on their own that personal delivery wasn't necessary and used an alternative method of service that did not comply with the court's order. As a direct result of their failure to follow my instructions and the court's directive, the individual was never personally served, and the court refused to hear my emergency petition. Their negligence caused even more delays, wasted my time and money, and jeopardized an urgent legal matter of mine. If you have court-ordered service requirements, I strongly recommend choosing a company that understands the legal significance of complying with those instructions instead of making unilateral decisions that can have serious consequences.

Someone took my money and I received a judgement in small claims court. I used my last $87 to hire these people to serve an information subpoena on T- Mobile . T-Mobile gave me an address that turned out to be the wrong. They claim they attempted the address 1 time and its the wrong address. They did not care to show proof of service until I disputed the charges. Normally a Process Server give you 3 attempts. I thought they would just send the subpoena by mail without charging me. They are not nice and don't care about you. Don't waste your money!
