Did not get what I paid for. Stereotypical lawyer that makes everything sound good at $500/HR Ms Rozen idea of negotiating was hearing the answer no. Overcharged me for administrative matters after she personally requested that I contact her instead of her assistant. I sent an email which she did not return for eight days which materially damaged my case. When I complained only over her, not responding for eight days, she resigned. *It is my belief that Ms Rozen writes her OSC's and other official docs with AI. *that is only my belief. I can draw up an OSC with AI. It takes five minutes and does not cost upwards of $3000. 5* up rating you have 10-20% chance of getting ripped off. read more

I highly recommend Rozen Law Group. The small, old, rent-stabilized Manhattan building I've lived in for almost 30 years was bought by a private equity firm (a.k.a. predatory equity) 5 years ago. I have no words to thank Jen and Mike for helping me out in a very stressful situation with my-now-former landlady. Jennifer Rozen represented a group of 14 tenants/apts with a claim against our landlord. I was one of these tenants. She was very diligent in collecting information from us and wanted us all to prove our information was correct. Then after 6 years of her skillful and knowledgeable litigation (writing and answering legal motions to prove to Judge they should rule in our favor), she reached a settlement with landlord.
