You can tell she is honest and not out to squeeze more money out of you or to rush you into a deal. One of the places we were looking at didn't have the best financials and she made sure to warn us about it. She is always available for a call and will explain everything to you, something we greatly appreciated as first time home buyers. She is always on top of deadlines, and communicates decisions/updates in a timely manner. We would gladly work with her again.

Anna Rovenskaya messed up our closing. I wish I read the other reviews about her incompetence…read morebefore moving forward with this firm. She barely connected with us the entire time, didn't advocate or represent us in the manner she should have and it end up costing us thousands of dollars. She made various mistakes on our closing documents including the following; spelt my name wrong on every document, wrote the wrong amount on a check (the difference was thousands of dollars) and addressed a different check to the wrong name/address. It quiet frankly embarrassing being represented by her at our closing. She showed up late with multiple incorrect documents. At one point during our closing preparation she said and I quote 'I don't look at contracts' when I asked her to review something. Please save yourself the headache and most likely money and do not let her represent you.

Every person I interacted with made me feel like I mattered -- like I wasn't just a case file, but a real person navigating difficult circumstances with their help. Janet went above and beyond for me, personally and professionally, and I will be forever grateful for her relentless advocacy, integrity, and warmth. If you are looking for a law firm that is intelligent, trustworthy, and genuinely human -- this is it. I would recommend Esagoff Law Group without hesitation to anyone needing expert legal support. All I wanted was some information regarding serving divorce papers to my husband in France. I was told by the individual who answered the phone that we only speak to attorneys. Not only was I insulted, but I thought it was ignorant for a person to blatantly discriminate over the phone. That's why I immediately went on yelp to give them a horrible review. I truly believe if Joel Graber were able to have heard this interaction, it would have turned out differently!!!

Reviews are not a reliable way to determine if an attorney is good or not…read more Rely on referral from family and friends. The reviews on here are not a good reflection of my experience with Julie Rendelman. I am a Persian Gulf/ Iraq Freedom Veteran and was framed when my sons mother made a false race based 911 call against me. Unfortunately I did not record her with my cell phone to prove that. Moreover, I was relying solely on my attorney to give my case the attention it deserved. This incident happened on March 11th. It is now August. COVID did more work than her. She did absolutely nothing besides ask me if I would accept my charges dropped down to a violation. And dump her load onto a lesser experienced junior attorney. I made it clear in the beginning that I would not accept any plea. I explained to her over and over about being empathetic to my circumstances of having my son kidnapped from me using the corrupt broken system. They seemed so dull, close minded or blinded by the court room politics. Institutionalized by the court room that they forgot what it's like to be a human being. And what really happens when people are going through a custody battle. Take your head out of the law books and put your eyes and ears to the streets and pay attention to what really goes on. My experience seems very similar to the other bad review on here. She seem to be better at accepting deals with the DA. Conflict of interest rather than doing what's best for the client. I question the integrity of the reviews on here. They seem exaggerated, fabricated and a misrepresentation of this firm. I certainly did not have a five star experience and would like to inform others of that so you are not fooled by it like I was. She did not do any work in the court room as all of my dates kept getting adjourned. I still haven't received my detailed invoice, so I will be taking further action including filing a grievance. I think it's very important that the public stay informed on this. Enough is enough. #BLM
