I spoke with Mike at Air Repair, and he came over (on time) a couple of days later. He saw that my house was relatively new, and asked me when it was built (Dec 2019 - 4 years ago). He took a look at the ducts in the furnace room and said that cleaning the ducts would not help as they are already clean. He recommended changing the air filter a bit more frequently and said that the dust was probably normal. Next, I asked him to look at our dryer vent/tube. He said he would need to come back for that, and he did - on time. Wow! He quickly and efficiently cleared out the dryer tube, vent, and dryer filter. He showed me before and after pictures. He also advised me on how to clean the dryer more efficiently with a long bristle brush and flat vacuum hose nozzle. Very friendly, polite, on-time, and reasonably priced. With all the years I have been with them I could say that they are fair, and they won't gauge you. I had an emergency Saturday appointment recently that was made the day before which costed a couple hundred just to come out. The guy came, located the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes and charged me for the basic cost and the part. Did a few things to help maintain my system while he was at it. Mind you I still have FH furr HVAC plan and don't even want to touch them with a 10 foot pole. This shop is mom and pop, not private equity.

Then whenever we had any need of them to see the A/C or Heating unit the company usually have specialists to come the same day, especially if there is a problem if somehting is not working properly. Administrative staff is also very nice and helpful. We are clients of them for over 14 years already and planning to stay for many years to come.

Today I got earlier before 8AM in case I am the first call. By 3PM, I am still waiting. I got a call from the technician that he will arrive in 20 mins., so much for the 30 minutes advance call. Joel Hernandez finally arrived at 3:45Pm. He was very polite and pleasant and I really liked the job he did. He was thorough and explained everything to me. My problem is not with Joel but with GAC. The 8 hour window is ridiculous, inconvenient, and frustrating. I have been a customer since 2013. Bring back the 4 hour window so I am not restricted to be within 30 minutes from my house if I want to do some errands. Otherwise I have to look elsewhere for my HVAC and electrical needs.
