This was by far the most friendly, thorough, and best priced of all the limo services I called in Akron. And I called most of them. And when I did call, I was walked through each step of the process, everything was priced up front (and he even told me the recommended tip range), and the quote was far and away better than every other service I contacted. Pat showed up a half hour early, was friendly and cordial, even all the way until 2am when he dropped us off after the bachelor party, in which he took us to three different places and waited nearby while we ate dinner and trotted around Cleveland. When they say their service sets them apart, they mean it. I will unquestionably use these guys again if I need a limo in the Akron/Canton/Cleveland area. Total five stars. After booking I was kept informed by email and text to the date, pick-up time, and also to verify the agreed upon price. I had booked the service two weeks ahead of the concert date and I was kept informed that everything was on track and the vehicle would be there as we had arranged. The day before I was emailed with the drivers name and again assured that they would be there at the specified time. The day of the service I was emailed and texted that the driver, John was in route. John arrived early, introduced himself and asked if we needed anything special. He was very professional, friendly, and the vehicle was immaculate. John transported by wife and her friend to Rocket Arena and gave them his phone number in case they needed to contact him for any reason. He also told them where he would be once the concert was over and exactly what exit to come out of. Once the concert was over he texted by wife to reaffirm where he was at and inform her he was waiting. They exited, got in the vehicle and John brought them back. Both my wife and her friend praised John saying how courteous, professional, and attentive he was. I have been looking for a limousine service for well over two years as the company I used to use was purchased and the new owners are far from professional and their equipment is not dependable. Statement Limousine has ended my search, they are now my go to service for executive car and limousine transportation. If you need a limousine or car transportation you can't go wrong calling Statement Limousine, you will not be disappointed!

We called from multiple phones for an hour and a half and she ignored us. Then Informed my husband that "the contract was breached" and she left. I called and left a voice mail stating if she didn't go get them I was calling the police and she finally answered and said she was at dollar general. One of the key things I appreciate in customer service is when the experience is not about the people giving the service. We were all in our own little worlds at the wedding, and Gene didn't take any of that away from us. It is only after looking back that we realize how he worked (behind the scenes) to make our night special. LAnd at the end of the night, my wife and I got stuck with a surprise errand. What about worrying that your Uber driver will be late when picking you up to go to the airport? I used to experience this every time I would travel until I started using TL Worldwide on every trip. They make it completely stress free and their professionalism is unmatched. They will pick you up any time 24/7 and always arrive early. In a recent trip, I had to depart at 4 am and it was raining. I found the uniformed driver waiting outside my house with an umbrella and offered to carry my bags for me. When you are getting picked up at the airport, you can expect to find the driver waiting for you at the baggage claim with a sign. If you checked a bag they will know what carousal you are at and will carry your bags to the car if needed. The cars are always freshly detailed, and you overall get a much higher level of service. All of their cars are the highest level of trim typically with seat heaters and leather seats in the back. My favorite is the Lincoln Continental.
