I found this dry cleaners to be clean and the owners friendly and professional. Dipti explain to me that they have a VCARD text process which links to your personal account. This allows you access to your cleaning preferences, checking the status of your order, placing pick up requests and documenting your receipts. This process also sends you a text as soon as your items are ready for pick up. I found this process quite convenient. You can even text the business back if you have any questions. My suit was ready for pick up on the day I specified, I received a text stating my order was ready and I was completely satisfied with the final result. Final note, I requested the local Yelp management remove the primary picture when you click on this business, which consists of a caricature when I searched for this dry cleaners. It consisted of a character with thumbs down stating "Boooo!" It's interesting that the person who posted this picture did not complete a corresponding review justifying his rationale. This is now the location of $2.25 Dry Cleaners…read more My first couple of experiences with this business were ok. However, after my last transaction, I will be taking my business elsewhere. After dropping off my items to be cleaned, I returned the next day (when I was told they would be ready). I was curtly told, "they're not ready yet." Willing, to be flexible I asked when they might be ready. At this point, the cashier summoned her mom for help. Mom states that, since I dropped the items yesterday, they should be ready. 15 minutes later, my clothes have been located. No problem. These things happen. However, later that night I am hanging my clothes up, only to discover all but one of the items have not been dry cleaned. And the one item that's been cleaned has a rip (one of my favorite dresses). The next afternoon, I call this business and calmly ask to speak with a manager. I explain the situation (again, calmly - mistakes happen, I understand). Immediately the manager starts talking rapidly and defensively asks, "how do you know they weren't cleaned?" I explain that I know the smell of dirty clothes. He then says that they clean everything and if they can't dry clean it, they wash it (?). Direct quote, "I don't know what you're smelling, but we wash everything." His tone is completely rude. I tell the gentleman that I would just like a refund. No can do. Sigh. This man would do well to realize the meaning of this expression: "Satisfied customers tell 3 friends, Angry customers tell 3,000." Not recommended.
