I booked the Deep Clean package before Easter because I had family visiting and didn't want the usual holiday stress of deep cleaning myself. Scheduling was easy, and they offered both recurring and one-time options. Since my townhouse is already fairly clean overall, I mainly wanted the detailed cleaning -- wiping everything down thoroughly and getting the oven spotless. For reference, my townhouse is 2 bed / 1 bath, 786 sq ft, and the total cost was $388 including fees. They also send a welcome packet beforehand and everything is manageable through their online portal. Two cleaners plus a trainee arrived on time and spent about 3 hours cleaning. During the walkthrough, everything looked great overall, and one of the cleaners even mentioned they thought I already had a regular cleaning service because the home was already well kept. After they left, I did notice a few missed splatter spots on the kitchen walls above the counters, but overall the service was professional and thorough. I'd probably use them again a couple times a year before holidays or hosting guests. For someone who already keeps a clean home, I'm not completely sure the deep clean was worth the full price, but overall I had a positive experience, which is why I'm giving 4 stars.

I spent the better part of 20 years in the apartment industry and have worked with dozens of different carpet vendors and these guys hands down surpass all of the others. Since the service was in my home versus work my expectations were much higher and they delivered! I think it's important to say that no matter how good the carpet vendors, they can't work miracles so if you are expecting someone to rehab severely pet damaged carpet or heavy stains due to fabric paint that your teen daughter got all over them you have to be realistic. Aaron and Jonny actually removed way more of the aforementioned carpet paint than I was expecting. These guys are the best for sure. Also, they are very good at communicating their ETA prior to arrival so there is no surprises. I am guessing that this is due to their awesome office person Jenny.
