This company started off strong. I was super impressed with the owner- she came to my house and gave me a rundown of what I should expect with every cleaning, and that is what I got. I was thrilled with the way my house looked after the first cleaning. The next couple of times, I was very happy- especially because the same ladies were showing up each time, and I really liked them. Then, I got a different pair of women, and NOTHING was moved- they cleaned around the things on my kitchen counters and around the items in my showers. Even though I was having my house cleaned every other week, I requested that the team that I like come back the next week. When the ladies came, they asked if I scheduled them so soon because I was unhappy with the girls from the previous week. I wasn't going to say anything, but since they asked, I did. They told me that that team always cleans like that. That annoyed me because not only was it known that those particular women didn't clean in accordance to what the owner advertised to me, but I was also charged FULL PRICE AGAIN! Then the ladies that I really liked started flaking on me. They would come HOURS after the time that they promised(and I was the first cleaning of the day). Then one day they just didn't show. I was told that they would be later than the 8:30 time I was told- by 10:30. Then I was told that it would be no later than noon. So, I stayed away from the house until I needed to be back to get my son from the bus. When I got home, at 2:30, it was clear my house was not cleaned. At that point I canceled. I was told that they would come the following week- and no one showed. No one called. I left a message telling them to take me off of their calendar since I needed a company that I could count on. I was called back and told that I would get a discount if I would allow them yet another chance. I did, the cleaning was good- and I was charged FULL PRICE. Then the next time that the ladies came, nothing was moved on my kitchen counters, there was a small part of my counter that wasn't cleaned at all, the 3x5 area rug by my door wasn't moved, so that part of the floor was cleaned at all, my iron was dropped on the floor and broke(no one said a word to me). I was so annoyed. I called and left a message with all of my concerns and received a message back from someone else saying that she wished I had called her instead of the owner. She told me I would receive a bill for the cleaning and I could deduct the cost of my new iron. I bought an iron(on sale- and did research to make sure I didn't spend a lot)- and never received a bill. I received a bill yesterday stating that if I don't pay I will be taken to small claims court for the $90. I am livid. I pay my bills. If these people cared at all about customer service, they would have called me. read more
