I looked up cleaners and Mom's House cleaning "popped" up...I sent word I was in need of help and "immediately" Edel responded to my need/request. I was also, in a crunch time-wise. The furniture was to be delivered only a few days away and Edel made arrangements to get to my house prior to the delivery so my wood floors, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, could all be cleaned. Fine, I had an event at 630 so they needed to be out by 6. I told them I didn't know if a deep clean would be possible. Well, they took my deep clean money ($300 with tip) and did NOT do a deep clean job. So many of the things they said they'd do, they didn't do. They were 30 min past 4 so only cleaned for 1.5 hours. So much dust left everywhere, notable dirt left in places that should have been swept, many surfaces left uncleaned, lots of implements in the bathroom not cleaned at all. Didn't wipe down the sink or its cabinets. Found stuff shoved under a rug in my living room/pushed under my sink. Just not at all "deep clean" quality. I should have refused to pay full price but I felt bad. Either way, would not recommend this group, their work is shoddy/inconsistent at best.

The windows were filled with dust and the bath tub was badly stained. I was actually planning to repaint my bath tub, because of crazy stains but Jose told me to let him try to clean it - let's just say both bath tubs look brand new! The entire place looks spotless and he even pulled out the fridge and stove to clean the back! I was very impressed coming back to a place that is definitely move-in ready and plan to call Jose back for regular cleaning after I settle into my condo! They had a conflict with my original appointment time and asked me to move my appointment earlier so they can make sure they are on time for their next client which I did not mind at all. I appreciated the honesty and the good communication. The gentleman cleaning the carpets came earlier than we were scheduled for. He went through all the options I had to clean for a new empty home. I had two very small closets inside the bedrooms which he helped me clean as well and I was so appreciative of it. They were so professional, quick and did not need me to assist them with anything. He gave me tips of what to do after he leaves, warned me about walking on the carpet and hardwood floor after may be slippery etc. The one guy that cleaned my home (2 bedrooms with closets, hall way, and stairs) finished within half an hour. My new home smelled so nice after they cleaned it. I was very happy I went with Bechwith Pro Clean. Customer service is always important to me and this company was very good with their service. I had a 12 - 2 hour time frame and he got here at 5:20pm. Michael did a good job on my carpet but they were left very wet. Took almost 24 hours to dry and I had fans on the carpet. I had him clean my ottoman because I spilled some water on it and it left a water stain. He did tell me that it might not come up. That water stain came up but he left other water stains and black marks all over my ottoman. When I texted him about the black spots shortly after he left he responded w a rude defensive answer telling me that he didn't leave the black marks and told me it was a stained ottoman to start with. I told him it was not a stained ottoman. Since then no one will respond to my texts or messages. Horrible customer service and expect a late arrival as others have mentioned. If someone just got back to me and fixed my ottoman this review would not be here.
