I have Berber carpets which were in good condition but had a lot of staining and they were able to resolve all of my problems. Interestingly enough they do NOT move furniture, but they told me that ahead of time and I had plenty of advance notice to move things out of the way which enabled them to get to all the corners of every room. She was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. I asked if there was any way that we could have the service done this week and Lisa first said no and then said she might be able to squeeze it in. She called one of her techs to make sure and then called me back to confirm that yes, they could come that very afternoon. I was so pleased. Same-day service? Who does that? Larry was awesome. As Lisa promised, he called me to confirm his ETA and showed up right on time. He was professional, did a good job of explaining what he was going to do, what it would cost, etc. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). And when he actually did the cleaning, he was really thorough. I was so impressed with how carefully he treated our carpets. I have hired lots of other carpet cleaners for my parents and I've never seen a tech who was so meticulous and really seemed to care about getting our carpets clean. He also was a blast to chat with - and he's the master of puns! We had a great little talk as well. The work was exceptional. Instead, he gained a customer for life for not trying to gouge me and do something that didn't need to be done. The carpets now look and smell great! He charged less for the whole house than another cleaning company did for the living room and hallway! He also didn't charge extra for steps, which is appreciated.
