Understand things come up, but not to this extent - Many places had floorboards misaligned with visible gaps, uneven surfaces and not evenly distributed by size. One very straightforward part of the hall has a cluster of short boards due to poor planning / attention to detail - Job would've been left spotted in hard-to-remove residue if we'd not intervened. Crew spent 2 days trying to clean w/little progress; we had to test and offer alternative solutions ourselves - Finally, owners refused to meet us in the middle in negotiating discount given value delivered and instead threatened legal action / a lien on the home.
