They are above and beyond any other service and technology company I have ever utilized, going above and beyond my already higher than average expectations. Not only did my original implants (made by another local dentist) not fit properly, but, after making digital photos of same, had to remake them for a very reasonable fee. Beyond that, Josh suggested reinforcing them, and since that time, nearly a year ago, I have not had any problems, and they still look and act as if they are brand new. And the excellent serrvice extends all the way out to the office staff, who always treated me with respect and kindness, squeezing me in on an emergency during the holidays, and still seeing me when i was terribly late one time. You may receive perhaps a nominally better price (i cannot say for sure) but i can assure you will be hard pressed to receive better ongoing support, technical expertise, or true concern and compassion. Columbia Basin Denture Serice may someday be equalled, but not likely ever bested. I am willinng to bet on them as best not just in tricities, but anywhere else in this country! Went in for x-rays and was told the doctor was too busy to see me but he looked at my x-rays and things look fine. Are you kidding me? They made an appt for a cleaning because they only do x-rays separately? Wtf? Came back for cleaning and was made to wait almost 20 minutes. The hygienist asked how often I get a cleaning. I said once a year. I try to take good care of my teeth so this is never an issue and my insurance covers once a year. She said well if you did every six months you'd make my life a lot easier. Again, excuse me? I asked her if my teeth were really bad or something and she said if no no I could see patients like you all day long. Well then why the comment? Then she said I should pay the extra $100 and do cleanings every six months. I said I would come back in six, why not. Kind of awkward discussion so I agreed to move on, knowing I could reschedule whatever I wanted later. After awhile the dentist came in. First time ever seeing him yet he didn't say hello, introduce himself, or ask me how I was, etc. All he did was stick his fingers in my mouth and tell me I need a night guard due to an old grinding habit I had. I told him I don't grind anymore and he argued that I couldn't know cuz I'm asleep and I explained no I used to and wore a guard and my dentist determined I no longer needed it. He was just a dick about it. Obviously wanting the money for a new one, I'm not stupid. He left abruptly after that and whistling said goodbye to all the staff since it was half day Friday. So unprofessional. The Hygienist said, do you mind if we finish the periodontal part of your cleaning next time? I'm running out of time. I was shocked. Ummmm I guess?! Has anyone ever heard of this? Was I interfering with half day Friday and her pedicure appt or did she think it'd be only 6 months ago that can wait? This place is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN.
