I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. After going at least twice a year for 8 years, I've always been treated exceptionally well. Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.
