She also talks with a lisp with them in. We jumped through every hoop they asked us to jump through for months to "fix them". They were still too big and didn't stay in. She cannot use them. Every time they said they would call, they did not call. I would receive a text or email several days later, or nothing at all. We waited for over a month before I called and followed up on a product they claimed would work to make the dentures fit correctly. We asked the dentures to be remade, and instead they sent me a referral to a different dentist. I was a patient for 20 years. They are in it for the money, not to help you. I had also sent them one of my coworkers for implants, and they completely mess up his dental work as well. I suggest you look elsewhere for a better dental team.

They were all kind hearted people. I had Dr. Knutson specifically and he was amazing! He listened to any and all of my concerns. He thoroughly explained not only what he was doing for treatment but why. (Which I strongly appreciated.) Overall it is an amazing treatment center with staff who go above and beyond. Let me start by saying that before I started my orthodontic treatment with Dr. McReath, I visited 5 different orthodontists in the Madison area, where I live. After meeting Dr. McReath and his team at my first visit, I knew I was at the right place and well worth the drive to the Sauk Prairie office for my appointments. Both Dr. McReath, the front office staff, and the ortho assistants are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. Dr. McReath takes the time to explain the treatment plan and allows you to be a part of the plan. Let me add, that I am a very picky individual when it comes to my teeth. This is my second go-round with ortho after having braces as a child, and I am not the easiest patient to please. Dr. McReath has been patient with me and has listened to me explain how I wanted my teeth to look and discuss what was doable and what was not. He then worked with me to develop a plan to move towards that goal and to adjust the plan accordingly as we went along when it was needed. When my daughter was home from Sweden over the holiday and I wanted to see where I could get her a retainer made in only 2 days time, Dr. McReath's office scheduled us in the SAME DAY, and created a retainer for her. While we were there, they gave us recommendations of where we could eat lunch and shop in the area as well! These people are amazing. My 16yo daughter recently completed her treatment and had her braces removed. It was a mere 2 yr process. We had visited local orthos for opinions and costs near us in Northern Illinois and discovered all our docs were using a one size fits all plan spanning over 4-6 yrs at twice the cost. Dr. Youngquist was cost and time friendly! The office is impeccable and the staff wonderful. I feel we have grown old together with all the years that spanned between myself and my daughter. He has shared personal family stories and travel experiences with my husband and myself, as well. He keeps up to date on the latest treatment options and has a terrific additional doctor to his practice. I drive 45 minutes to an hour to Lk. Geneva and it is well worth it.
