Barely felt the pinch of the shot. Once again, 10/10 highly recommend.

Showed them the tooth that was giving me the problem. They extracted that one. Provided them with insurance that I thought and they reassured would cover the procedures that were required to get me out of pain. Here I am now trying to schedule a routine dental exam can not even get an appointment scheduled or a payment put in place for a balance that I was reassured insurance was covered or I would've paid for it out of pocket just like I did for my cleaning and exam to see what the problem. I would just have them make sure what ever procedure needed or required the insurance company will pay and not have bad Debt added to your name or profile because in reality the insurance company don't cover the dental procedures required. Overall alright I guess just don't like hidden surprises fees or policy that have a bill added to you without you knowing. Just sad bad debt was added without communication of payment plan or other ways to take care of the bill insurance didn't take care especially if you're paying the bad debt to come to good standing.

I was told that if I didn't want to do the paperwork until the day of my appointment I'd need to arrive 30 minutes before my scheduled time. My appointment was at 7:30am which is the time the office opens so I'm not sure how that would have all worked out. In the end, doing the required paperwork in advance is for the patient's benefit and it's always nice to know cost up front for anything dental (at least I think so). As for the appointment, I have to say I was genuinely impressed with the office. It's an up-to-date facility in an unassuming office building. I was greeted by a calming waterfall when the elevator doors opened, a friendly receptionist offered me water and the bathroom even had essential oil spray. Oh and there was an aquarium in the waiting room! The equipment used for scans was all very clean and felt state of the art. I saw Dr. Zielinski. I found him to be knowledgeable and straight forward. I will say he talks a lot so if you see him be sure to ask your questions and even ask him to clarify terms if you need to. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed which is important to me. In the end I don't need work done here but if I did I would feel comfortable moving forward.

Every time they said they would call, they did not call. I would receive a text or email several days later, or nothing at all. We waited for over a month before I called and followed up on a product they claimed would work to make the dentures fit correctly. We asked the dentures to be remade, and instead they sent me a referral to a different dentist. I was a patient for 20 years. They are in it for the money, not to help you. I had also sent them one of my coworkers for implants, and they completely mess up his dental work as well. I suggest you look elsewhere for a better dental team.

Going to get dental work done (from regular check ups to extractions) was never scary. She has movies for you to watch or music to listen to while the exam is going on. But if you don't want to use those resources, she is a delight to chat with. She is unendingly kind and does all work very gently. Which brings me to my next point: She does every single exam herself. I wasn't aware until I was an adult that most dentists have their assistants do all the work, only coming in to check over the results at the end. How great is that? I remember that at some point, my grandmother went in to see Dr. Sachs for a root canal. Naturally, she was worried. But she came through it and said, "I never knew a root canal could be a somewhat pleasant experience." I'm sure that's exaggerated somewhat, but I can think of no better testimonial.

Dr. Eslami is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever met. His calm demeanor, patience, and genuine concern for his patients immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer every question, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. His precision, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome far exceeded my expectations. The results have been nothing short of amazing. The before-and-after photos I attached were taken just one week apart, and I was blown away by the transformation in such a short time. Knowing that I'll continue to heal over the coming months makes me even more appreciative of Dr. Eslami's expertise. I also want to recognize Shauna, Sarah, and Aubrey, who made every visit a positive experience. They were warm, compassionate, reassuring, and genuinely fun to be around. Their kindness helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into one where I actually looked forward to my appointments. Thank you as well to David for helping coordinate my care throughout the process. It is rare to find a practice where exceptional clinical skill is matched by such genuine compassion. That culture clearly starts with Dr. Eslami and extends throughout his entire team. Thank you all for changing my smile and for taking such wonderful care of me.
