I've been coming here for 13 years now. Why?…read moreBecause of Deb! She's at the front desk and the best! I always feel welcome coming in, and well taken care of when I leave. She's been here since the beginning, and through the 4 doctors I've seen. Oh wait. I've known Deb the longest, but seriously, I keep coming back for all the other personnel I see. Kim is also very nice at the front, though I haven't built up as nice as a rapport with her yet. Stevie is also the best! Currently my doctor is Dr. Anderson and my hygienist is Stevie. Dr. Anderson is nice and straight forward, and explains things very well for me. I've mostly only had normal check ups and cleaning since I've been seeing her and haven't had any procedures done. But she is sure-fingered and confident, and I would be happy to get any treatment done with her. Well, I guess I won't be happy to get anything done with my teeth... Cleaning is like pulling teeth as it is. lol. Stevie is another reason I keep coming back here every 6 months. Despite her having only one day available out of a week! She's gentle and kind, but gets my teeth feeling polished. And so friendly. And so informative. I seriously have all my teeth related questions answered here without feeling like I'm asking for too much. Thanks for making my scary dentist visits pleasant, always!

My dentist Dr. Madiha Khan and amazing and ensured to thoroughly inspect my teeth. She gave me great recommendations and they were able to get me scheduled for my next visit immediately. When she questioned her about it and tried to explain that she was wrong about the payment and offered to provide proof, she was rudely told she either had to pay what she was asked to pay or cancel her appointment. Then when asked if we could prove there was an error after the fact if we could get a refund, she rudely said "we could talk about." She ultimately ended up making my wife reschedule for TWO WEEKS later. I called to complain and talked to a different woman who was very understanding, professional, and patient. (despite my frustration) She correctly identified my insurance, walked me through what I should have been asked to pay, and rescheduled my wife for two days later. This first woman, who again, turned away my wife who was in pain for her appointment despite her having the correct insurance she claimed to have, was completely unreasonable and unprofessional. She extended the pain my wife was having in her tooth and embarrassed her in front of the other people who were in line behind her. If I were you and this lady was the receptionist I would wait until someone else was available and refuse to work with her. She no idea what she is doing and a miserable person to interact with. (This is not the first time shes been uninformed, unhelpful, and rude to us) This woman should have no place interacting with patients in any manner.

It was the…read moreday before New Years Eve and I was having terrible tooth pain that no amount of medicine could subdue. I called and left messages at about 8 different dental offices, including an emergency office. The emergency office called back and said they didn't feel comfortable giving pain medication to someone who wasn't a patient. I didn't want medicine, I wanted my tooth fixed and isn't the point of someone going to an emergency dentist the fact that there's no other option? I digress. So on New Years Eve Dr. Geller called me back and got me in for an appointment that day. Before that call I was sure I was going to have to wait a few painful days before I could see anyone, but I was wrong. It turned out to be a cracked tooth from an old injury and he was able to take care of it promptly, putting me out of my misery. He's incredibly knowledgeable and kind and treats you with compassion like a person who is in pain, not someone who is being whiny. The office is not like the dental spas you may find elsewhere, but they make up for it with the quality of service and professionalism. I only recommend people to Dr. Geller. And as a plus, he does not lecture or judge you for smoking.

Showed them the tooth that was giving me the problem. They extracted that one. Provided them with insurance that I thought and they reassured would cover the procedures that were required to get me out of pain. Here I am now trying to schedule a routine dental exam can not even get an appointment scheduled or a payment put in place for a balance that I was reassured insurance was covered or I would've paid for it out of pocket just like I did for my cleaning and exam to see what the problem. I would just have them make sure what ever procedure needed or required the insurance company will pay and not have bad Debt added to your name or profile because in reality the insurance company don't cover the dental procedures required. Overall alright I guess just don't like hidden surprises fees or policy that have a bill added to you without you knowing. Just sad bad debt was added without communication of payment plan or other ways to take care of the bill insurance didn't take care especially if you're paying the bad debt to come to good standing.

Fast forward to later in the year, and our son is now complaining of pain (from the cavity). We explain to him that we need to get the cavity filled, otherwise the pain will not go away. Our now 4 year old son is finally mentally prepared for a dental procedure. So we call back to schedule an appointment, and Margita U. Meyers, DDS informs us that because we did not follow the schedule she set out for us, that not only will she not see our son for the appointment - but that we should find a different provider all together. As I type this, my son remains in pain. Merry Christmas I guess..

However, we waited over a half hour after having to make the appointment in the middle of the day because the doctor only has appointments in the daytime on Mondays and Tuesdays (and she's a pediatric dentist). I chose a pediatric dentist because my son has a lot of anxiety about dentists. Dr. Meyers did nothing to help that. First she consulted us and rather than praising my son for his good choices for his tooth care, chose to criticize him for all his bad choices. ("Don't eat this or that. Don't drink anything but water. You are not brushing enough/well/right." I almost suggested he just stop eating or drinking anything.) After basically criticizing him about all he does wrong rather than also positively reinforcing what he does right (doesn't eat candy, eats healthily, brushes daily, flosses a few times a week, doesn't drink sodas or juice), she decided to poke around in his mouth and then criticized him for feeling anxiety about his teeth being cleaned. ("This is not painful. You shouldn't be crying. Put your hands in your lap and stop that.") I am sure she is a competent dentist and knows how children's teeth develop and how to do dental procedures but I am not sure she understands the first thing about children's anxiety or motivations. I nearly laughed when she offered him a sticker. He's 12. I am guessing that she only works two days a week because this profession as a pediatric dentist has become difficult for her. I would recommend she consult adults rather than deal with children because this is not her forte. My son goes to the Marquette School of Dentistry for his orthodontics and never comes out with anything other than a smile. The young doctor attending to him there always motivates him to take care of his teeth and gets through the procedures without any issues. And this is a person clamping metal wires on to his teeth! I am supposed to return for sealants on his molars. I will be cancelling that appointment and finding another dentist for him.

I'm honestly still shocked by the way I was treated at this dental office…read more I came in as a new patient for a routine cleaning and checkup. I had no pain, no symptoms, and no dental emergency. Before the dentist entered the room, I politely asked the dental assistant whether it might be possible to focus on the cleaning that day and defer X-rays, due to recent medical imaging and extensive international air travel. It was a calm, normal question -- there was zero tension. When Dr. Dina Kaloti, DDS came in, everything changed. She immediately stated that all new patients must have a full set of X-rays. I explained my situation and offered a compromise: bitewing X-rays now, panoramic X-rays at a later visit. That compromise was rejected outright. During the conversation, she questioned my understanding of radiation and then said -- verbatim -- "Are you a dentist? Did you go to DDS school?" This was said in front of the dental assistant, with the door open and staff just outside. It was demeaning and completely unnecessary. She then told me that my questions were making "her and her staff uncomfortable" and said I would be asked to leave unless I agreed to all X-rays. No staff member ever appeared uncomfortable -- my interactions with them before and after were friendly and normal. Feeling pressured and not wanting to leave without care, I agreed. Ironically, during the panoramic X-ray, the chest shield was placed incorrectly and the X-ray had to be repeated, which was exactly what I had hoped to avoid. After all the X-rays were done, I was then told that because of my questions, my teeth would not be cleaned that day -- the entire reason I had come in. I returned the following day for the cleaning. The hygienist was kind and professional, but it was clear that my private medical questions from the prior visit were known within the office, which raised serious concerns about privacy. I have never been asked to leave a business or medical office in my life. Asking reasonable questions about one's care should not result in humiliation, pressure, or denial of service. I attempted multiple times to speak with the practice owner and never received a response. I would strongly caution anyone who values respectful communication and consent-based care. Also, after waiting for a personal conversation or a call with the owner after five days I have still not received a call. This is another warning to search elsewhere for dental services.

Dr. Eslami is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever met. His calm demeanor, patience, and genuine concern for his patients immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer every question, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. His precision, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome far exceeded my expectations. The results have been nothing short of amazing. The before-and-after photos I attached were taken just one week apart, and I was blown away by the transformation in such a short time. Knowing that I'll continue to heal over the coming months makes me even more appreciative of Dr. Eslami's expertise. I also want to recognize Shauna, Sarah, and Aubrey, who made every visit a positive experience. They were warm, compassionate, reassuring, and genuinely fun to be around. Their kindness helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into one where I actually looked forward to my appointments. Thank you as well to David for helping coordinate my care throughout the process. It is rare to find a practice where exceptional clinical skill is matched by such genuine compassion. That culture clearly starts with Dr. Eslami and extends throughout his entire team. Thank you all for changing my smile and for taking such wonderful care of me. I am incredibly grateful and recommend Dr. Eslami and his team without hesitation. I need more periodontal treatment again, and I won't hesitate for a second to return to Dr. Eslami.
