Then I noticed the other Body Washes we're just as empty too? I finally found one that seemed completely full. Then, when I was walking back I noticed the Cashier walking by. He noticed me and said, someone will take care of you. Then, when I got to the register, the Cashier that took the previous Cashier's spot saidz oh I'm not open?Then I went to another Lane and the person in front of me was striking up a conversation and taking a minute to get her cash out. Previously ,I asked a Target Associate for help with finding Cellophane wrapping paper. She politely told me two places to look for the paper. I sat down and waited about 5 minutes and then got up to go browse the accessories. Another 10 minutes passed and finally I got up to ask how much longer I might need to wait and one of the employees said "5 minutes." Then a third employee comes out from the back room and also doesn't say anything to me. He didn't offer to help me or either of the other two customers either, he just sat at the computer and said and did nothing. Finally an associate was free to help me and she was friendly and took care of everything but I was unhappy with how long it took for anyone to acknowledge me. They should acknowledge anybody who walks in the store to say "hi," or "welcome," or "we'll be with you soon." It's customer service basics, y'all.

Disgraceful to all television repair shops. My $2400 Sony had a solarized screen and after several…read morecalls my wife found this lady who assured us it's a quick and easy fix and this happens 'all the time' with Sony. I found out from online research that the problem lies with a chip that needed to soldered on. She keeps my TV for 6 weeks and the one time I call in to check on it she asked if I was on vacation or hard to get ahold of! She originally tells me it will be no more than $250 for a new Tcon board and then tries to charge me $250 for soldering on the chip that fixed it. She even had to find this guy as they had NO ONE in house that could do it!!! What ensued after this was a nasty bout of name calling, insulting, tv-hostage-holding act of unprofessionalism I have ever witnessed in a so-called business. She told me I was 'a real baby.' She said I had no right to know how much her outsourced soldering guy charged her. She even tried to sneak in the extra $50 after we agreed on $200 for a total out the door price. If you're into highway robbery I would say this is the place for you! Where is that 0-star rating?
