I had a special situation in my basement that needed to be cleaned out and other issues with a crawl space and my foundation, where Lea and her husband Carmen were able to give good advice and care enough to let me know what to expect and more. Again, very professional, they are licensed, insured and experienced. Lea also provided everything in writing as I needed and called and followed up in every step of the way, which made us feel better about our situation. When they were scheduled to come do the clean out, the guys were on time, had their masks on, got straight to work, and did a phenomenal job cleaning out the debri in my basement. They are not a big corporate company, I love that I was able to get the job done and also support a smaller local company that actually cares about the jobs they do and the people they serve. We were working on renovating our back yard and were trying to do it as low budget as possible. So, we did the demolition ourselves and Carmen came to remove the debris. We were impressed by how quickly he came, how friendly he was, and how good of a job he did at clearing out our concrete. His wife, Leatrice, was so friendly and helpful on the phone. I called First Call Demo to demo the closet in our main bedroom. It was a very seamless transaction. For this small job, I was able to obtain a quote by sending them pictures over the phone. For last minute questions and concerns, Leah was able to respond after hours, which was nice because I work long hours. From beginning to end, one of the best contractor experiences I have had. Leah was friendly and very helpful from the first phone call. Carm and his team delivered all work as promised on 2 separate projects in my home. The first project was a near full gut that was done efficiently and catered to a few specific requests.
