Like any new doctor-patient relationship, it took a few visits to get to know each other. What stood out to me early on is how thorough she is. She asks thoughtful questions, listens carefully, and genuinely works to understand what's going on rather than rushing to conclusions. Is she perfect? No, she is human, but she's about as close to perfect as it gets. She's knowledgeable, practical, and very direct in the best way. She doesn't sugarcoat things, and I appreciate that. If I could be doing better, whether it's exercise or diet, she'll tell me honestly, not to criticize, but because she truly wants me to be healthy and live well. I also appreciate how efficient and communicative her practice is. My lab results are usually available the same day or shortly after through the Sharp app, and she always takes the time at my appointment to review them with me and make sure I understand what they mean. Dr. Liske is clearly very intelligent, and she's supported by a fantastic team. I feel well cared for and confident in the guidance I receive. He had an implant appointment this morning at 9. The dental office coordinated the day of the surgery requirements with Dr. Boone's office. A blood draw was needed before surgery. Dr. Boone's office said that the request for the blood draw was sent. The request was not at the lab. We called Dr Boone's office to send the request. They said it would take 30 minutes before they can do this. So, we called the dentist. The dental Office was able to do this, it, it took another 45 minutes. So, we were an hour late to the implant surgery. Both the dentist and anesthesiologist were waiting for him. This is not the first time that Dr. Boone's office was lacking in the follow through of requested paperwork. Before this, we asked Dr. Boone's.office to fill out paperwork. I was told by them that it was done. Yet, I needed to follow up again because it was not done. The office staff is inefficient and unorganized. Maybe they need proper training or hire more staff. After they called us in to take my son's vitals and brought us into a room, we had to wait again for quite a while before the doctor came in. The wait time was extremely long considering the clinic was not busy at all. They only gave my son one pill of ibuprofen for pain relief and that was basically it. We had to go to the CVS right after to buy more. Some urgent care clinics provide it on-site. Overall, the biggest issue was the excessive waiting time. He is definitely reaching the later stages of his career but I can tell that he really enjoys what he does and is still as sharp as anyone in the business. I always enjoy having a conversation with him not only about my health but just really about whatever we happen to talk about. I really respect his opinions and advice both medically speaking and just in general. For my past 2 visits, I saw Dr McFeeters who, I think, is also great at what he does. Like Dr Kaleen, he is also very personable and does a great job of explaining what he means. He also includes a personal touch so you can understand where he is coming from. At my last visit, Dr McFeeters realized that I needed some emergency care and was able to get me an appointment to get a CT scan and an appointment with the appropriate specialist that day. I did not realize that my condition was as serious as it was and he was able to to get me the important care I needed that very day! Can't say enough good things about these guys and I'm sure I will continue to visit their office for years to come.
