They were great at explaining to me the issues the vehicle was having or could have, and kept me informed and involved in all decisions and updated me with any possible price changes. More recently, I was involved in an accident. I chose 15th Street as the tow company. The tow driver picked me and my truck up. I was a bit shook up. I have no family here and was having an "i want my daddy" moment and Gary was very patient. Helped me out of my vehicle, as the door was stuck shut, explained processes to me. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself. He drove me to More than one car rentals, waited for me to get a rental. he went out of his way out of the kindness of his heart and made being far from home seem not so far.

I'm presently in North Dakota and experiencing significant Transmission shifting problems. My next stop on tbis grand tour will be Glacier National Park so I began a search for a reputable, trustworthy transmission shop along the way and turned up Winters Transmission. I called today and spoke with Jeff over the phone and described the issue. Jeff asked me detailed questions as he zeroed in on where he thought the issue might be. It turns out that the problem is likely electrically sourced from a component much further upstream than the transmission itself. Jeff referred me to a Chevy dealership's service center as they have the computers to diagnose an electric problem, possibly within the electric harness or ECM. He could've had me come in and sell me a transmission, but he didn't. He spent a good 30 minutes with me on the phone, was patient and he listened; and then pointed me in the right direction. I started this journey to find America and real Americans, and I found a terrific man in Jeff. Honest and extremely helpful.

After about 30 minutes they called and told me my tire was toast and asked if I had a spare, I told them I wasn't sure because I've never had to worry about it. Frank told me he'd look and let me know. About another 30 minutes and they called me to tell me they had the spare on and I was good to go. When I showed up and asked them the cost Frank told me not to worry about, it was free!!!!! I asked if I could order a new tire through them and they said yeah, it'll be $138 and be here tomorrow. Frank asked me for the rim with the flat back so they could just get it ready to go when I came by the next day. I dropped my car off today and in about 35 minutes they had put my tire on. It was less than what they originally said, $128. I've NEVER had better service in my life. Everyone in the office was amazing and friendly.
