"Dr."Kevin Foster is absolutely horrible and has no idea what he is talking about. I don't know how he is in practice but he should not be licensed. He was highly dismissive of my symptoms and did not do a thorough check through. He acted like he knew what he was talking about and got frozen and made up random answers when i asked what he saw. He had absolutely no idea what to do when i mentioned i have an allergy to amoxicillin as he was just throwing an antibiotic at me. Save your money and go to a more reputable urgent care or primary. Waste of time. read more

This place better close down. From my paat experiences where my bronchitis was diagnosed as lung cancer (yes, at an urgent care!!!), my eczema was called contagious fungal problem to just two days ago when my mom and I visited for cough, sore throat and diarrhea, but the so called doctor called kevin in a dirty white coat told us "it's nothing, I recommend you do this test", what test?!!! The worst care facility I've ever visited. read more

God bless this health care establishment. Everyone was so kind and helpful, from the front desk staff to the medical team and provider. They were attentive, listened to all of my concerns, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I walked out feeling so much better and truly appreciated the compassionate care I received. read more

I came to urgent care for a routine blood test. A trainee attempted to draw blood from both of my arms but was unable to collect the sample. After multiple attempts, I was left with a painful bruise and vein irritation. The next day I returned for help, but was told there was nothing more they could do and was referred to an outside laboratory for a simple CBC blood test. I have never had problems with blood draws before. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and I did not receive the service I came for. read more

I've been taking care very well by the male doctor. Waiting time was very good. Thanks read more

My partner and I went here first thing in the morning after he cut his toe badly. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. Very clean facility, kind staff and kind provider. The provider took care of my partner, and answered all questions we had in a friendly manner. This will be our go-to urgent care should we ever need it. Thanks! read more

On the morning of December 24th, I took my 14 year-old daughter to First Aid Urgent Care in Tujunga. She had a terrible cough and 102.5 degree fever. They brought us into a room, took my daughter's height and weight, then checked her for the flu. Results came back negative. We waited over an hour for the doctor to arrive. When she finally did, the doctor breezed in, listened to her cough a couple times, then almost instantly diagnosed my daughter with a bad cold going around. She told us Tylenol and rest were the best way to address her sickness, and said it would run its course in the next few days. All follow up questions were immediately (and quite condescendingly) dismissed. We were skeptical, but thought we were receiving diagnosis from an expert, and so went on our way. The following morning (Christmas Day), my daughter woke up in dire straits. Her fever had increased, and overall condition had worsened so much that we had to take her to the emergency room. After taking several tests, the doctor there diagnosed her with pneumonia, and a strong case of the flu. They pumped her full of fluids and antibiotics, intravenously. After spending several hours there, and prescribing antibiotics to address her condition, they sent my daughter home, finally feeling better. The day after Christmas, I called the Tujunga First Aid Urgent Care, trying to get an explanation for their gross misdiagnosis. They said I'd get a call by the end of the day. Nothing. I called the next day, reiterating my concern with the doctor who provided my daughter care, and relaying the story of our miserable Christmas spent in the emergency room, because of it. Once again, they said I'd receive a call by the end of the day. Nothing. The following day, I finally hounded one of the staff into providing some sort of explanation. They told me the doctor was in a hurry, and the flu test they took isn't as precise as the one in the emergency room. I replied that, at the very least, they should refund my copay, and refrain from billing my insurance. They told me they'd need approval for this, and would get back to me shortly. They never did. I don't write reviews like this lightly. Please, do not go the First Aid Urgent Care in Tujunga. The staff lacks competence to diagnose illnesses properly, and they refuse to take accountability for the mistakes they make. Thanks to them, our Christmas Day was ruined. read more

The staff is very kind and caring, and the providers are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

It is conveniently located near my home so when I am unable to go to my primary doctor I go here. The wait time was relatively short the last time I went. The doctor was very personable and prescribed me medication that worked quickly. The staff was great! read more

I went in and they took me in right away. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and professional. The office was clean and inviting. I was very pleased with the care and would definitely go back if needed in the future read more

We came in for a check up on our kids with flulike symptoms. Parking was tough but then we found the downstairs parking they also have an elevator. The place was clean, restroom smelled fresh and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, they were prompt, kind and compassionate. We were seen by Jessica the provider who was exceptional! She was knowledgeable and seemed very experienced. She recognised the symptoms weren't solely associated with the flu but then discovered an ear infection which I had completely missed. Highly recommended and will be back again, expect the wait to be be on the longer side since they're busy but it's 100% worth every second. read more

Very rude and unprofessional staff, including the provider Terri. I have given this place a few chances but not coming back again. You have to take the time to explain treatments to your patients, especially when you're recommending something with serious side effects to a minor. Don't assume the person in front of you has no medical knowledge. And treat patients with compassion! read more

You guys have very rude provider Terry. This was the last time I go to this urgent care . She is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I don't recommend this urgent care !!! I tried to speak with manager , left my phone number , manager did not even call me to know what happened. read more

Reviews don't lie. Got a call after my visit and was told I forgot my copay. Went right back and paid. Had to call 3 times for them to send a prescription until finally the pharmacist at CVS had to call in and take the prescription over the phone. Should've told THEM to wait for their payment too. Would rather live with whatever I got from now on instead of going back . Unprofessional, unexperienced staff. Please do not go here for the sake of your own health. read more

Staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. Never had a negative experience with this office. Very easy access to being seen; in and out.

I usually dont write reviews but Im really happy with the service I received at this clinic. Its really the best urgent care with the best staff in Tujunga. I came here recently for a few symptoms, the front desk girls were so friendly and got me in to be seen within 3 minutes! The MA's also have amazing bedside manner and take time to actually listen to you and understand whats going on. I love this urgent care and will always come back! read more

Some of their advertised services are: vaccine administration, drug screening, employment physicals, and treatment of work-related injuries. Except for work related injuries none are URGENT, while concerning work related injuries, you'll find out they don't have an X-ray facility. My wife had breathing difficulties and she urgently needed a chest X-ray. Fortunately I called and they said they offered no imaging services. How in the world would they treat a work injury that consisted in a bone fracture. How about pneumonia or internal bleeding? This outfit is a medical facility, but shouldn't call itself a "First Aid Urgent Care". Two stars for false advertising. read more

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they were quick, kind and compassionate."The armenian lady , who is in the front desk is wonderful, friendly, very professional and super helpful."Dr Brandt has been our child's primary care physician for over a year she's the best. I absolutely love this urgent care. They're in my neighborhood and rarely have a huge line. they really feel like my hometown doctors. I'm a little bit of a "frequent flyer" here, and I have never had a bad experience. Great place to go for immediate first aid, illnesses and vaccinations. At this urgent care I have been treated for flu, ear infections, nasal infections, Covid, glass in bedded in my foot, migraines, torticollis and infections. read more

1/30: Back again, Dr. Dautey saw my husband and told us he needs to go to ER immediately. I told my husband last night we needed to go to ER, I'm glad he listened to the doctor. Thank you so much First Aid Urgent Care - just got back from Verdugo Hills Hospital ER, the patient is doing much better. 1/25: Back to this amazing Urgent Care again with another family member. Two times in one week. Such great service again! Thank you so much. Looking at my awesome Fitbody Bootcamp! I've been to this facility many times. They are down the road from my house and across from the best bootcamp in town (shameless plug for Fitbody Bootcamp.) I have always had great service. Today was no different. Took the kiddo in, receptionist was pleasant, efficient and helpful. PA was dutiful and professional. I've seen a number of different doctors and the doctor this morning was thorough and sympathetic. I'm glad we have this Urgent Care service so close. The note for school was also appreciated. Thank you. read more

Brought my very sicks 4 year old this morning. And was greeted with a very friendly staff. They saw him right away. The nurses and doctor were very sweet. The doctor took her time with us didn't rush us out the door like some doctors do. They even take medi cal. Finding an urgent care that takes medi cal is so hard to find. Parking was easy and free. Super clean offices. Will definitely be back if we need to be seen asap. read more

Please avoid this place for any medical issues. The doctors here will humiliate you! Yes that is correct. First time I was here I told the doctor that there has been a new virus going on that makes everybody sick these days, he said oh yeah? What is the name of this virus? I was like seriously? You mocking your patients? Second time and yesterday I aas there waiting for an hours when only 3 people were ahead of me . while I was in fever and shaking and the doctor said you sound alright! Do I sound alright??? I told the nurse that my fingers are folding inside and I think my blood pressure is low which she checked with the machine and it was true. I told the doctor that I have a low blood pressure now and my fingers are folding inside. He said: and that is the sign for low blood pressure? I was like dude you think you know my body better than me? I lived in this body long enough to know all my reactions. As a matter of fact your nurse took my blood pressure and it was low, didn't you check that? I am telling you I am shaking now and I had fever the whole night. He said: just take some advil! Well duh!!! If I was gonna take some advil then why would I waited here for two hours for nothing. As matter of fact I had fever the whole day after I visited that so called doctor. Next time ( well let's hope not) I will go to an emergency room. read more

The wait is just too long. Over 2 hours to be seen. Other places on foothill are much quicker

The doctor and staff are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They do not have any bedside manners or empathy for their patients. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Don't waste your time or money here unless you want to be ridiculed and not taken seriously. Never going back. read more

If I can give zero I would. This place is very shady! They send you bills hoping you won't call and inquire just pay. Should have read the reviews... SUPER SHADY! My brother was in a bad car accident and feeling very woozy with burns and cuts on his body, they were the closest urgent care that was still open and within his health network so we made our way over for a checkup. Once we mentioned he was in an accident, they said their policy was that if the injury was due to a car accident, they would bill the auto insurance instead of health insurance. WTF is that about? We spoke with our lawyer and that's definitely NOT the law. He has great health insurance, so we asked if they would just use that for billing and they wouldn't! We left and chose to wait hours in the ER instead. So disappointed in this business, trying to take advantage of people in their time of need. Pathetic. read more
