They actually discovered that my employer had accidentally recorded my birthday incorrectly, which was why they couldn't initially find my insurance. They were awesome and printed out my insurance info for me as well and services were then covered (yay!) and I then knew what I needed to do to fix my insurance issues. The wait to be seen was very short and the doctor and nurses were friendly and personable, and wrote a note for me for my work in case I needed time off (I did!) They called in my prescriptions and I was home again to rest within an hour. I would definitely return. Thank you Foothill Urgent Care!

Not only would she not take us, she was SO INCREDIBLY MEAN!!! She looked like and sounded like she hates her job. Completely lost my business. Never coming back. Believe the other reviews that say the front desk makes it not worth coming here. Go to Care Fast Urgent Care down the street instead. Front desk has always been polite there. After I went to the hospital for stomach pain and came in to review my cat scan, they were at a loss for what could've caused the pain. There was really no follow up or treatment plan suggested. I also recently called when I was super sick and asked if I could come in and get tested for strep and mono and they said they don't do that there and to go to an urgent care. I'm very confused by a doctor's office that doesn't have the basic tests available to diagnose illnesses - It seems like this would be an integral part of the job. The last thing Is that they told me they could do an in-house breast ultra sound with their technician because I had had some irregular results in the past and didn't want to go all the way to Beverly Hills to see my regular breast doctor. But, I never received the results from this. While the bedside manner is lovely, the actual execution of effective medicine is yet to be seen.

I then waited over 20 additional minutes just to complete the discharge process. My concerns about my neck, lower back (including a prior injury), and migraine were not fully addressed, and no imaging was done. I also informed the nurse that I have a history of liver inflammation. Despite that, I was advised to take Tylenol. When I asked whether Tylenol could affect the liver, the response I received was, "Yes, your liver is messed up," which felt dismissive and unprofessional rather than informative. I understand that ERs prioritize emergencies, but the lack of communication, minimal evaluation, and the way my concerns were addressed made me feel dismissed. I hope the hospital improves both communication and patient care

This nurse practitioner, not even a doctor, came in, didn't listen, and talked over us. She insisted my daughter had pink eye and tmj. My daughter did not show signs of either! She just wouldn't listen to us. She said my daughter needs a chiropractor and proceeded to give me a card for her chiropractic office. She also asked if we did botox because she also does that. Terrible visit. No reliable doctor on site. Quack advice. Consider this a warning. PS my daughter had dermatitis. Had to go to an urgent care with a REAL doctor.
