As a result of the long wait, my dad was left exhausted and fatigued, which is especially concerning given that this is a medical transport service. When you're dealing with medical appointments--particularly for seniors or people with health challenges--timeliness and reliability are critical, not optional. We planned our day around this pickup, only to be left sitting and wondering when (or if) the vehicle would arrive. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. Calls to check on the status were vague, and no apology was offered for the excessive wait. Medical transport companies should understand how physically taxing these situations already are. He was dismissive, offered no apology, and deflected responsibility rather than acknowledging a serious lapse in care. When asked directly about their standards for safe assistance, he confirmed they provide it, yet seemed more focused on irrelevant details--such as whether stairs were involved--when my father's fall occurred on a flat surface. For a service that advertises assistance for vulnerable individuals, this level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.
