After not hearing back from them for a week, I called them asking when they would get around to it (was told it was assigned to a tech but not gotten to yet) I could tell by their response they had to get onto tech to get to it. Then they called me the following Monday saying it was done. When I brought it home it was trashed, filled with dirt and the head was super dirty. Picture and audio were x10 worse. Came back in asking what they were willing to do to make it right, and they just kept saying bring it back. I dont trust them with my property again. They charged me 150 dollars to trash my property and make it worse. Take your business elsewhere.

A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. Damon had accomplished what I could never have done. I paid his fee, but I owe him a debt of gratitude. Thank you so much, Damon. You are one of a kind.

I called first thing the next day and mind you they do NOT take calls in the actual store so I guess its a 3rd party or something, but they said they cancelled it for "fruad activity" huh??? I work for an apartment complex and the owner paid for it and I was picking it up, I am the Property Manager. Due to the name of the pick up person and the card holder not being the same it was cancelled. They said I have to drive all the way to the store to "TRY" to get it resolved if it is still available. Prices at Target tend to be a bit more than what you find at the competitive blue and gray discount store down the street. Tho Target does carry several items that the other chain doesn't. Going early on a Saturday morning was great as there were limited people in the store. The team was still stocking shelves and only the self check out was available. The layout is pretty similar to other locations so it is easy to find the things you need and things you don't need but get anyway.
