I come here now and then to grab a collectible item they stock. When I went to pay today, I used my card at the keypad. There is an "is this amount okay?" screen where you have to choose yes or no, however the way you select your option has you press an arrow button. Which is fine, I just didn't know at the moment. The cashier, Alyssa, told me to use the arrow which I did. Nothing out of the ordinary. When I finished my transaction and walked literally 5ft away still within earshot, I hear Alyssa loudly say to her coworker something along the lines of "It makes me SO UPSET when people don't know how to just use the arrow to answer the question!!!!" Girl??? What?? It took us two extra seconds for you to tell me what to do and then for me to select the item. I was there with my siblings and didn't want to cause a scene but that was so immature and rude considering I hadn't even left the store yet.
