However, within the past year, we have definitely noticed a significant decrease in customer service, and the way they treat the patients. Just trying to get a hold of anyone in the office is so unbelievably frustrating. Nobody ever answers the phone, it always goes to a random voicemail, and when we do receive a phone back, it's always at the very end of the day on a Thursday. They are closed on Friday. Our daughter had to suffer through an entire weekend of having her tongue cut open because of an issue with her braces. When we called them on a Wednesday, we never received a phone call back until Thursday at 5 PM. So she spent six days in pain because they could not see her until Tuesday. Additionally, we are trying to order our other daughter a replacement retainer. I can never get a hold of them to get that order placed. Now her teeth are moving, and I don't want to have to put her back in braces. I really hope that they read this review and realize that they might need to step it up. You're well known in the towns of Erie and Louisville and countless people go to you. You are going to lose your customers due to lack of customer service.

Having a mouthful of overcrowded teeth for most of my life, I had already endured a great deal of gum health issues - some of my own making, but many due to the severe overcrowding. Over the course of 9 months, I interviewed with 2 other local orthodontists and although they were both great (each made sure to tell me how great they were) and I was confident that they would have done a wonderful job taking care of my teeth, I was still hesitant. Thankfully, as the old saying goes, third time's the charm. I made my way to Longmont Braces and before I even left the initial consult with Dr. Stephanie Ross, I knew that she would be the one I would entrust with my braces journey. She is confident and extremely intelligent, but without an ounce of pretension in her explanations or presence. I have witnessed her demeanor with patients of all ages, from young children to elderly, and have always been so impressed with her laid back approach. In addition, behind every great doctor is the team, and what an awesome team they are! From the moment my treatment started, I have been amazed by how this group works so closely together and makes each visit comfortable and pleasant even under circumstances that may not predispose you to that sort of experience. We have been going to Dr. Patil for many years now. The front desk staff is super friendly, caring and very helpful! They make adjustments and reminder calls for appointments and are always smiling when you walk in. Extremely welcoming office, it's clean, well organized and comfortable. Two of our sons have had braces with Dr. Patil, but more recently I, myself had gotten braces. Dr. Patil used clear brackets on both my top and bottom teeth. They were almost completely invisible!!! At 35, it's not very exciting to have braces again, but with the team at Patil I felt very comfortable and I knew that I was getting the best treatment around. Dr. Patil's Office is unique to me because after your consultation you are able to go home and set up a payment plan completely from your phone or computer. This program allows you to set up payments that you can afford for the term your comfortable with- You can then set it all up privately from your own home. This is really nice because you don't have the stress of an office or staff member trying to help you decide what you can afford. Jump ahead to a little over a year... I got my braces off today! My teeth are perfect! Dr. Patil was able to contour a few of my teeth. He removed a small chip, a few small bumps, reshaped, and the best part is that this process is completely painless.
