Location great can't miss it on the big streets of Firestone recently started coming for Ladies Tuesday , I was a little dissatisfied with last jobs cleaning and just asked a couple questions regarding there duties as of cleaning and although I wasn't upset at all ....ITZY (not sure how to spell his name) he was so kind to make things right he have me the 21 dollar wash for only 13 dollars to make things right . He didn't have to but made the experience here all the difference . My favorite place to get my car washed! Staff is super friendly and they do a great job. I've been here multiple times and each time they do a great job. Prices vary so if you don't want to spend too much, you don't need to, however they also have more extensive packages. There is a shaded waiting area so that's a plus too! I recommend going throughout the week though, because if you go on a Saturday morning you will for sure need to wait some time. read more

I brought my car to be washed. It's a beater. An older car that I just wanted to keep clean. They suggested for me the $23 wash. I figured I didn't need it but I had window paint that I wanted removed. They partially removed the paint and laughed about not being able to remove it when they thought I didn't know they were talking about me. Just disappointing. My suggestion is to wash your car at home if you have the choice between that or this place. read more

The best car wash in town. Workers will take their time to clean your car and even ask you at the end of you need anything else. It's always busy, but that's a sign that it's a good place. The wait is a little long, but it's definitely worth the wait. I don't trust my car with anyone else. It's nice to be able to go to church across the street and come out to a clean, refreshed car. read more

I like the fact they service you nice. The wash itself, i was unsatisfied. They left gum stuck on my door & my carpet wasn't even cleaned properly. The windows had stains on it. Just unbelievable for the price i paid. I expected more from a $26 wash. I gave it a 2 star for the way it set up && their customer service was good. They have Tv available while you wait so it made it a plus, But the wash itself deserved not one star. Very unhappy customer. read more

I once had to bring in my car because one of my seats had throw up and they were able to get out the stain from my leather seat! This was my first time coming here and it will most likely be my last, I've always had a bit of an issue with car wash places anyway, for the fact that they never seem to do a good job. I payed 56 dollars for my car to be washed and cleaned in the inside since it was very dirty. When the nice man was done he tells my father "next time ask them you want to get conditioner inside your car" ...wait what ? ..I just payed 56 dollars that's included.?? I talk to the man which who was very nice and he told me, oh they didn't add a ticket on the dash so I didn't know ...hmmm so he continued to add the conditioner but when leaving i felt a sense of just feeling like maybe other things didn't get completed not a really good feeling when leaving a location for the first time especially when you just dropped and nice chunk of hard earned cash, oh yea there was big water spots all over my windows...smh read more

Horrible service ive gone to car washes that have missed a spot but these ppl missed a whole section and when we confronted the boss they said its bcuz i need it clay the car not knowning i had just clayed it 2 weeks bfor then i pointed out the bird shit residue on the window and this paisa had the nerve to say thats the roughness of the window what a damn idiot i got home and removed it with windex and then the whole back portion of the car had black dots again he blamed it on the claying i got a disinfected wipe out my car and literally just wiped it off in front of him read more

I love how this location is close to home & how efficient the workers are. It's always packed but the service here is quick. They have different specials depending on the day & time you come in which is a plus. My car is always left looking super new & clean after. The people who work here are really friendly & welcoming. Not my usual stomping grounds. It's a little to Far East from the West side. Had just left Alameda for a friends window tinting session. I passed by and saw the line of cars so I decided to stop to get a wash. Several wash options on the board. They did a great job and were fast. The guy and lady was very nice. Very disappointed brought my accord on a friday got the works paid 25 which i didn't mind because they did an amazing job ..... brought my husbands civic on a Tuesday which is lady special 22.99 for the same work they did on my car on friday when the guy gave me my ticket he said its 30.00 i was like are you fkn serious the car is smaller and its Tuesday shouldn't it be less so i told him they charged me 25 on friday he said they charged you wrong i was like really dick you're the one that charged...... liars last time i come here they charge what they feel like it depending on how they feel ..... bad business read more

I've been coming to this car wash for over a year now, I know there are others that might be cheaper in the neighborhood but I like this place because it's all hand wash and they have specials during the week. They have early bird specials Mon-Thurs 8-10am and the have a ladies day on Tuesday in which they take two dollars off any wash package (I never shy away from saving a buck or two) they do a good job also forgot to mention they give you a card which they stamp each time you come in and by the 10th was you get one free. read more

The service was really good. The guy that takes your request is very friendly and informative as is the cashier. The waiting area is a bit spartan with a simple bench a a view of your car getting washed. I guess it's a bit on the pricier side, after the $5 tip I paid $25 to get my SUV washed. The wash itself was just ok, there were some water spots and dirty areas on the outside, but the inside was well done. Overall if you are running late and don't have time to wash your car or just can't be bothered to do it this aint such a bad place. read more

These guys charge $24 for a car wash and than after they wash it, they let it sit in the sun for 25 minutes and all the water drops have dried up by than. When I mention it, they said no problem, we will just spray windex on the dried up water, in other words, on your paint. Wtf? Do not come here. read more

The manager then replied by saying that today it was a Free car wash because he appreciates loyal customers. That made my day and it helped me to save money. Am really thankful for the kind gesture.
