Literally took it for the first time and ruined my transmission! I drive a car that's stick shift and I specifically asked if everyone can drive stick shift and they said yes, I saw one of the workers forcing my car in gear but I thought he was cleaning it, after driving home I find out that the transmission was completely fucked over. What's worse is that I came back just for them to tell me that it's my fault for bringing the car there in the first place and that the policy states they're not responsible. I've brought my cars here on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. I usually get the detail and every time my car comes back looking like it's brand new. I've got a dog that sheds a lot and there's little to no trace of hair by the time I get it back. I come here often and today I paid extra to get my car cleaned and I notice that my car had white stains on my interior and the inside was still dirty.. I was hoping the white stains would go away.. When I got home I wiped down the stains and it looks like my interior was scratched or burnt with the chemicals that they use.. so I called and they said I should stop by for a refund when I got there the guy in charged said he couldn't do anything about it. I took my car here for the first time. My Jeep has water spots everywhere. It's more obvious on the windows. I'd never return you're paying for a service and you're practically forced to tip the last guys that hand dry and clean your windows. Even though you're not happy with your service. It could be because they are busy either way they should be able to do a better job. I think you should stick to washing your own car it's cheaper and quicker too. read more

Very busy, you might have to wait a little longer than a regular car wash but the staff moves very fast for the amount of cars they wash throughout the day. I've been a loyal customer to this Firestone handwash for about 10 years or so. I went in yesterday thinking I would have a great experience like I always do. It's unfortunate this happened but I will be hiring someone to personally deal with this issue. I fully stated before anything. Please make sure you handle my car differently as it is a full electric vehicle. I don't know where the confusion came from but I had to bring it into my dealership to get checked. The electric brake started flashing which is very hazardous this morning my dealership ran a full diagnostics & whatever Firestone Handwash did to my electric vehicle they will be held responsible for their lack of listening to the customer. My car will not work now. It is non functional according to the Volkswagen dealership & it will not be covered. So who will be paying for my damages Firestone Handwash. I'm usually very picky with my car wash because they'll either leave marks and the worst of it all not vacuum my little girl's crumbs. However, the first time I came I emphasized on the vacuuming, paid 24 dollars and as I sat waiting for my car I watched this man clean my car like never before, I almost felt as if they were washing their own! They have a few different packages depending on your needs. I went with the silver wash and wax package which was $55, and that's a pretty fair price in my opinion. I am so happy I found this place! I've been coming here for years and they usually do an amazing job and this time the first time I tipped without looking & when I arrived home I saw huge spray stains all over my back seat and large black lines on my passenger seat I ended up going back and they completely dismissed me saying they weren't liable and that it looks like I spilled something and it got hard also that they don't "wipe down seats" when I've seen on many occasions that they do. I love this place, they're fast, and actually take their time to get your vehicle cleaned. Process is simple, go through the back, wait to get pull to the vacuum area, and leave your car there while they vacuum your vehicle. There's a nice cool/shady waiting area, they have drinks, snacks and stuff for your vehicle. Prices are actually moderate depending how much detail you need to get cleaned, and they're actually punctual about the time frame they give you! Patience is necessary for a clean car. This place does a good job at washing cars but they do take forever!!! Plan to wait minimum one hour on a slow day for the car to be ready yet most of the time it's a good almost 2 hour wait time. They only have an outside waiting area needless to mention no AC so on a hot summer day plan to wait in a shaded but hot waiting area. Regardless, the guys here do a good job at washing and drying the cars. I have never had an issue.
