4/7/26 our right front low tire light came on while running errands. We dropped our Bronco SUV off at Firestone on W Concho and Adrian greeted me and wrote up our repair ticket within minutes upon my arrival. I left the vehicle with him and walked home as we live just around the corner. As newer residents to San Angelo we remembered the great service from our Michigan Firestone and are hopeful this location will meet or exceed our expectations as Jason was able to do back in MI. I told Adrian no hurry on the tire as we were finished with our errands. In about 2 hrs he called and let us know the vehicle was ready for pick up. $21.00 was our repair bill and no lite laminating on the dash . $21.00 is very reasonable for a tire repair. read more

I made an appointment online, they accepted the appointment request, car was dropped off in the morning - *I* had to call to check on status, they said they would look at the vehicle inspection and call me back . . . . 4 hours later *I* had to call back again. At end of day they had done NONE of the repairs requested even though they had it ALL day. They claimed they were busy but I stated that just because I am not sitting in their lobby waiting, that my car should be put behind walk-ins. NOT the first time I've had this problem with Firestone. Unable to do basic services like an oil change due to incompetence of staff. I made an appointment 2 days in a row and they canceled due to poor time management and staffing both times. Will not go back to Firestone. Save your time and go anywhere else read more

Negative 5 stars is the least I could say. My husband and I took my car to get a oil change and one tire replaced. We dropped my car off around 12:45, they said they would call when it was done. So we expected it would take some time, and went to run errands. About 3 hours later we drove past and my car still hadn't been moved. So my husband went in just to check about how much longer it would be, (we had other things to get done and just wanted a time so we didn't them waiting on us.) The guys said it would be ready at 4:15 and that they would call. 4:50 comes around and still no call. We made our way back to the place and my car still had not moved. Yet, there was cars in the bay that were not there before us. My husband goes in there once again and explains it was supposed to be ready at 4:15. The guy told us that my car would be gotten around to soon and it should be quick. We sat in our truck outside and waited. 30 minutes pass, my car is still sitting there, but there is 3-4 guys that walked out and were going home for the day. Eventually at 6:30 my car was done... As my car was pulled out of the bay and being pulled around the block to be parked, the man gassed it, going faster in my car than he ever should even think about. Directly in front of us! My husband goes inside to grab the keys back, and simply asks him why he felt like he could go slam the gas like that in someone else car. Many rude remarks later from the FIRESTONE employee says, "whatever dude I'm clocking out for the day" and LEAVES my husband in the store alone. Terrible service, terrible employees. I went in to get snow/winter tires for my trip to Colorado. I started driving the morning after I got the tires installed and not even 20 minutes after I started driving, the front tire blew out on me in the middle of the freeway leaving the tire directly behind it flat. When I called about the incident, they claimed that there were no issues with the tires they installed and didn't help at all with any of the concerns that I had. I went to another Firestone shop and they told me that the bead in tire that blew out was cut. The people in this facility are unprofessional and absolutely unreliable. If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would. Save your money and go find another shop that actually knows how to do their jobs! read more

Went in for a wheel alignment and they told me on the way out the nuts on ball joints were loose. They wouldn't tighten them because they didn't do the work?? Really? How hard would it have been to just tighten them? Not good customer service!!! Won't be back! read more

Worst auto shop I've visited in San Angelo. Went in for new tires. Should be simple, but it wasn't. They left a valve loose, so it was losing air when i got home. They of course blamed me for that. When i went back, they tightened the valve. So, based on their actions they either left the valve loose or they over-tightened it. The other 3 tired were inflated 6 psi over spec. According to the manager, they have the machine that told them that two of the four tires wouldn't balance on my wheels, and they put them on anyway. He also claims that the firestone passenger tires that they put on my car do not fall into the category of "all firestone passenger tires" and we're therefore not subject to their guarantee that covers all firestone passenger tires. I guess if i was that bad at my job i wouldn't want to stand by my work, either. read more

These guys play you and try and squeeze out extra cash. I don't know if I had the word "sucker" on my forehead today but I went in to get my tires mounted. Note I provided them 4 tires that I bought already online for them to put on. This guy flat out said it would be 189 dollars. For a Tire mount!! On a little Scion. This guy really thought I was an idiot, like omg. I told him cool let's do it, keys are in the car. He scheduled me and everything. He went into the back to do something and I f$!&ing left. Went to another local Firestone ( there are two others in San Angelo) and they charged 80 dollars to mount my tires. So that's where I went instead. These guys literally tried pulling some bulls$&!. I suggest you don't come here. I should've known this place was fishy when my wife said she got an oil change here and said it costed her 60 bucks for a conventional oil change on a Ford Focus. I went in for a tune up on one day. I left with the engine light still on. I went in for another issue less than a week later and had to have two parts replaced. A little odd since both parts were working fine before I went in the first time. I drove away and immediately started to have problems again. They said I could scheduled to come back in, never offered a discount or to see where they messed up. Not going back. read more

I called ahead to ask if they had an opening to do an oil change, and was told yes. When I arrived, the guy at the desk told me that it would be about a 2 hour wait, but when I came back 2 hours later, they told me they hadn't even started yet. I walked in and asked for a quote on an oil change, and was quoted 66$ out the door. I didn't have to wait to long to be cashed out at 84 dollars. I asked what was the reason for the 18$ increase. The auto advisor stated that he wasn't aware that my vehicle required a special oil filter. At no point in time was I told that there would be an increase in price. I told the auto advisor that I asked for a quote in the beginning because I was seeking an ACCURATE quote because money was tight, never mind that accurate quotes are to be given anyways. He then gave me a couple dollars off my oil change, still nowhere near the original quote. I always inspect other engineers work before I leave an auto shops premise. I popped my engine compartment to find my engine cover (plastic cover piece that makes it look nice) not in place. I tell the auto advisor, who after several failed attempts to put it back into place, told me to call my car manufacturer to get a new one. As I was leaving, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle apologized and fixed my engine cover. read more
