Unfortunately, this location has been inconsistent. On one visit, the technicians installed the wrong size tire on my car. I only realized something was wrong when my vehicle's sensors alerted me. When I returned to have it addressed, the associate I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. On another occasion, however, the service was much better. The associate was friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with. Overall, the customer service feels like a Jekyll and Hyde experience. You never quite know what you're going to get. We pulled up into the drive way and one of the workers came up to me and asked for the tire key and without asking us what happened and trying to figure out a solution, they started to take off the tires and run them to I think check for nails?? As he was taking off the tires he looked up at me and laughed and pointed at their used tires policy and started talking to us in Spanish and I couldn't understand him.. I asked why he was laughing and what his deal was and he ignored me. I couldn't get an answer from them because the English translator was not there. 20-30 mins passed and we were still standing there wondering what is going on, we interrupted their laugh fest and asked them politely if we could just get a refund, and they told us these are used tires and he'll give us "brand new" ones for $900!!!!! I told him the day before we were told these ARE brand new tires so we need a refund or new tires put on.. we got into an argument with the guy and he kept saying these are used and their policy for used tires is "no exchange no refunds" (suspicious right???) I asked him to call the English speaking woman we worked with the day prior, and she claimed she did not recall anything about us wanting new tires.. when that was the whole reason we showed up there in the first place for their services... I told the guy to put the tires we came with back on and we'll go somewhere else, my husband asked him if he could at least tell us how the tires could be flat so fast and he COMPLETELY IGNORED US!!!! gave us the keys and we left. On too of that, we just passed the business today and saw the old tires we traded in, for sale on the rack!!! For somebody else to be scammed!!!!! this place is a SCAM!!! My car requires synthetic oil changes but I noticed a higher price than normal when asked to pay. When I inquired about the price and mentioned that I'd never paid that much for the service in the past, the guy magically took over $20 off my bill. Not sure what that was about, but I didn't appreciate the random uptick in price, nor the lack of explanation on the change or random increase. Won't be coming back to this location.
