They are never able to work on a vehicle unless you leave it for 1 or 2 days . I tried to get tires 3 different times and they never could do it then . The one time I got an oil change there they broke the cabin air filter cover snap on the side . read more

I took my tire in to fix a flat. They kept my car for 2 days and when I went to pick it up they said they didn't do anything but air up my tires. There was a piece of glass in my flat tire but apparently nothing to patch up. When I asked why it was flat if there wasn't a leak they said "I don't know.". I checked my tires before I left and my psi is supposed to be 32 and my tire pressure on 4 tires plus the spare (the flat tire) was 45, 40, 35, 32, 24. When I spoke to the manager he said that the pressure changes with the weather. The pressure is not going to change within 8 hours that high or that low. They told me they worked on my car that morning. They need more training, to be more knowledgeable or to not gaslight women to get them out of not doing their job correctly. read more

First they changed my tire due to a flat for them to fail to put the spare tire back underneath my car & for horrible customer service from a tech named Rolando for him to speak to me like I was stupid. They then tested my battery & it popped up as a bad battery which couldn't have been being I just bout that battery of April of 2017. Went to AutoZone to get a second opinion for them to tell me it's in good condition. These people are so rude & try to squeeze money out of you. NEVER giving my business here again. read more

Made an appointment online for an oil change at this location. within an hour after the appointment had been confirmed I get a call saying that their oil changes are on a first come first served basis and that the appointment really doesn't mean anything. So I decide to bring my truck in early. When I dropped off my vehicle the guy over the counter was decently polite and said it'd take about an hour and a half. I let him know I wouldn't be waiting around and to call me when it's ready. Nearly four hours go by and I hadn't heard a damn thing. I decide to call to see if my vehicle is ready. The employee who answered was rude and seemed to have no idea that my vehicle was even there and finally put me on hold to go figure it out. He comes back on the line and let's me know it's ready to pick up. When I get to my truck it's in disarray. My seat had been all moved around, personally I hate this..don't touch my seat settings, and my steering wheel and door handle (inside and out) had grease all over it from whoever got in and drove my vehicle. read more

This place is terrible. Brought in car for an oil change. They said 3 hour wait. There's wasn't many cars there so I figured it wouldn't be that long. Came back 4 hours later after calling multiple times and not getting an answer to get a status. Still had to wait for over an hour. Again, this was for an oil change. Over 5 hours for an oil change. I would never recommend this place and will never be back myself. read more

I took my car to this location to get the brakes replaced. After I was given a hugely inflated estimate and told the rotors HAD to be replaced (and could not be turned even though they never had been turned before), I declined and told them I would pick it up because I can't afford $1000 for brakes. When I picked it up, I was charged $22 for their ridiculous estimate. I took it to an actual professional mechanic (not sure what there are working at Firestone but they aren't pros). Guess what? My rotors are fine! Nothing wrong with them. Firestone as usual trying to pull one on a female to charge as much as possible. The worst part...it was discovered they left off 2 lug nuts, one of which was a security lug nut. I called to tell them about it yesterday and was told they'd have to order them. I told them I needed to have them by today and was told ok. Today I called and guess what? I was told they don't have them because there's not an Inifiniti dealer here. No shit! Did he take the initiative to call me or try to find something in the meantime? Of course not. This is a major safety violation in the first place to let a car off the lot without putting back all the lug nuts. This car has to go on a 1500 mile trip tomorrow and he is jacking around! What would happen if there's an accident? By trying to screw the customer out of money, they lost a customer and more. read more

I came in from Alpine (300 mile round trip and waited 8 days until they thought they'd have time for the car). It was well worth it. I have neurologic lyme disease and CNS damage from 2 drug injuries. Despite the long wait and drive it was worth it. I rested in the lounge for about 4 hours to get my strength back while they got to the car. Cecil charged me very fairly and Curry was thorough going over the problem. He even had me drive the car with him in it to make sure I was happy with the performance after with work, plus wrapped my extra tire in plastic as in to protect the interior of my car. BTW congratulations to his new son of 4 months. My local tire shop had tried balancing twice and rotating tires only to still leave me with a shimmy that was going to tear up the car. Curry did it properly including weights on the inside and outside of the wheels and got rid of the shimmy. He even inspected the suspension bushings while he had it in the air. To those that do have easy access to services like these some rural residents like myself are thankful they are even out there. Some may believe the wait isn't worth it, to me it was. These guys are stressed out and overloaded with an influx of oilfield workers and the loss of their own workers to the oilfield due to the higher wages. Show them respect and patience and they may return the favor back to you. I sent tires from tire rack in 2016 to this location and had a 4 wheel alignment done and it was like drive a new car. Once again they pulled it off and extended the life of the vehicle. Perhaps to those of you who live in the area have someone pick you up while they work or consider ubering yourself somewhere if you don't want to wait in the lounge if you have those options. It is not their fault for the population boom and these gentlemen work long hours, and not in a/c mind you. I'll likely make 300 mile round trip with health fatigue issues again for these types of services. Stay strong through this oil boom guys and thank you for the help! Will D. read more

firestone is the worst place to get a tire change. i called friday to make an apt, the sales associate said they were "backed up" on cars to call back saturday. so i did to find out, the same sales associate was telling me the same exuse. how can a so-called "professional" business decline business because "they close in a few hours" - i arrived before 12, and scott explained if i wanted to come back the next day. i told him no, i am a paying customer. declining my business because they are lazy pieces of sh** that cant do their simple job. i called that following tuesday to talk to the store manager, to let him know my experience and of course he wasnt there. so i talked to another "manager", where he cut me off, wouldnt let me finish my sentence, then when i asked who was above him, he said "he's not here, he's only going to tell you the same that we decline business if we are busy" absolutely never going back to this place ever again! crappiest customers and management. read more
