PURE DISHONESTY AND INCOMPETENCE. STAY AWAY. I took my vehicle here to have my right-rear tire evaluated and repaired. I was informed that my tire was fixed and I paid accordingly. I woke up the next morning to find the same tire deflated with air. I took the truck back, and the techs (JOY, Yasmine, Steven) told me that the left-rear tire was repaired yesterday not the right - and that they were unable to fix the issue. Not only did I waste another trip over and an afternoon with my vehicle, but was mischarged for a repair that I didn't even need or ask for. I have taken various vehicles here OVER 10 TIMES and had never experienced any problems with this location. I voiced my concerns to the tech, Joy, who worked on my vehicle. Joy became confused and flustered, approached me, waved his hands in my face and showed me just how intelligent he truly is. Absolutely unacceptable all around. Joy is dishonest, untrustworthy and cannot even complete a simple tire repair. After reading other reviews I see this is common of this location. read more

To start i asked if I could have my tires rechecked and alignment also, the manager Micheal began asking question and I tried to answer them and he cut me off with out letting me finish. Then when he didn't like what I said about what's going on which is the reason it needs to be recheck he said I'll issue you a refund I don't wanna do business with you. So safety is out of the door because the locking screw was loose so it could have been something worse shake my head. read more

I just had new brakes done today at Firestone in new Smyrna beach Fl . WOW what a great job and experience. I dropped my jeep off at 9am and it was done in a hour. The price was half as much at the dealership. The staff was very nice . Having work done on your car is never a good time but these guys made me feel a lot better about it . Store Manager Michael Alferi and his team at Firestone New Smyrna showed extensive knowledge and provided a timely solution to a fairly complex brake issue on a holiday no less. I was on vacation in New Smyrna Beach when my check engine light came on. I made an appointment for the next day to have a diagnostic evaluation and the necessary repairs completed. The lady on the phone was very nice and we discussed that I didn't want to pay $140 for the diagnostic f they couldn't service my diesel truck because I didn't have enough time left on my vacation to book another appointment with another repair shop. I went to my appt the next day at 10 am and the owner or manager had such an atrocious attitude. His first point of contact was to tell me the $140 was non refundable and not credited toward repairs. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't know if they even serviced diesels, he had to go ask someone in the shop. When I explained to him I had went over this with the young lady on the phone and told her about my time crunch being on vacation he said "she's a child, humans make mistakes". He told me to go next door to Dodge. He was also talking trash about an employee to other employees, what a terrible representation for any business. Total disregard for their clients and their needs. I am leaving back home tomorrow and wasted a day searching for competent repair people because they booked my appointment knowing full well, they don't work on Ram 3500's. Most of all, this managers attitude was terrible, I wouldn't service my lawnmower there. Be aware, this company does NOT care about its clients so be careful-the quality of their work is represented by the attention they show. read more

I was excited for FS to open so close to my house! I have four cars in my family and was looking forward to having something close by me. Stopped in on Memorial Day weekend about an hour before close and wanted to get a tire rotation. They were working on one car and that was the only thing they were working on. Three guys were standing around. After waiting about 5 minutes in the office/lobby, one of the guys came in to ask what i needed. Tire rotation was the only thing I needed. He said I would have to make an appt and come back because they were closing in about an hour. All these guys hanging around with nothing to do. He wasn't very professional and obviously didn't want a new customer with four cars. I will continue to go to Tire Kingdom. They are on it and great at customer service. They value their customers!!! read more

Please read reviews before taking vehicle here! I wish I would have checked reviews. Christine the store manager is condescending and when I called back to get clarification on what they wanted to. She gave me one-word answers. I even said to her " are we sure its not a hose I see what I believe to be coolant" I spent over $500 dollars only to drive off the lot and get 1.2 miles down the road with the car overheating and check engine light on. Popped the hood and had ZERO coolant in the vehicle. FS has lost a customer for life. read more

I have a nail in my tire so I went in for a fix. Was going to take too long that night. Went home and called for appointment. Showed up on time and was told I didn't have an appointment. Said they had a glitch in the system. The counter person kept interrupting me. I asked where I could get it fixed and he responds you just need to call around. Then he blamed the kid who put the air in for not scheduling the appointment. Very rude and condescending person. I won't be back and I will recommend Tire Kingdom who took me right in and charged 9 dollars less. read more

Preparing to drive across state so I went into the store, purchased new tires and specifically asked them to check the condition of the spare tire to see if it needed replaced while they were mounting the new ones so that I wouldn't have to worry about it while taking the road trip. When I picked up the vehicle I asked about it and they told me they didn't check....wow.... they couldn't even follow though with the simplest of requests....my first and last visit to firestone. read more

On June 15, 2023 my daughter and I had our car in for service at Firestone Complete Auto Care in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The service I requested included replacing both window wipers with new ones. Less than a week later, during a thunderstorm the drivers side new wiper completely flew off causing damage to my car window from the metal attachment scraping and also caused loss of vision forcing us off the road. We called Firestone informing them of the issue and they asked us to come in to have the wiper blade replaced, which they did. The Firestone Service Manager confirmed to me in the presence of other customers it was Firestone's fault that the new wiper blade was not installed correctly by one of his crew causing it to fly off. I explained to Firestone's Service Manager because the wiper flew off by their crew improperly installing the wiper blade it caused damage to our vehicle front window (scraping the glass from one side to the other on the drivers side, making it difficult to see out the window) due to the metal holder scraping against the window because it had no wiper blade or attachment. I informed Firestone's Service Manager since they caused the damage, admitted it and neglected to properly install the wiper they are responsible for a new window or repair of the window. To date, Firestone refuses to pay for the new window or repair it even though their negligence caused the damage. The Service Manager was less than helpful, argumentative and did not want to pay for the window damage. I left 3 messages with the Store Manager to resolve the issue due to their neglect and have not received a response or phone call back. I also filed a BBB complaint against Firestone and Firestone refuses to respond to the BBB, even after the BBB made several attempts! read more

Last Saturday I ordered a set of tires and made an appointment with the new Firestone store in NSB. That same day I received a voice mail from the store that asked me to call them back, no other info was left on the VM (I still have the VM). I returned the call and was told that technician had left for the day and no one else knew the nature of the call, and I left a message. I received no additional phone call from the store (as my phone log shows). I arrived today on time for my appointment and was told that the store nor any other Firestone stores have those tires in stock. The technician printed out the specs and price of the tires I ordered and matched it up against tires with similar specs and that are available. The suggested tires were almost exactly double the cost of the ones I ordered. This seems patently like bait-and-switch and consumer fraud. Oh, and it wasted nearly an hour of my work day. NOT a good experience. read more
