Went to pick it up, and over the next hour, I realized he replaced the stem valve with a non-TPMS valve. I went back and asked why, and he said because the TPMS ones were expensive. I asked for the old valve, and he said he didn't have it any more. I went back again later and said, "Yes you do, it was just yesterday." He miraculously found it in the trash.

This demonstrated the initial repair, despite being based on external diagnosis, failed to resolve the root cause of the vehicle's functional failure. ​Second Service & Misdiagnosis: During a subsequent tow back to Starr's, the small accessory battery was unintentionally depleted.
