*** DO NOT RECOMMEND! ***…read more I always try to give my business to local/family owned shops. This time it was a mistake! I came to J's Auto Service for a routine state inspection and emissions check. Everything was fine other than a puncture in one of my tires and my brake lights being out. When I picked up my vehicle the odometer was up an additional 5 miles even though their invoice states there was no change in mileage. (Miles in 158,162, actual miles out 158,167 ( see attached photos)). This was odd but I didn't think anything of it since a road test is usually preformed. Fast forward to when I got the tire replaced at their shop/to get my other sticker for inspection. I picked it up after work and was a little surprised it costed $52.86 ($63.11 - $10.25 (state safety sticker)) for ONE tire. I started driving and realized my dashcam was unplugged. I contacted the shop and asked why this happened. I spoke with Christine who told me, "All we did was install your tire and check your brake lights". I go home and review the footage. I come to find out that they did indeed unplug my dash cam. Not cool. I also reviewed the footage from the day of my inspection. Prior to my vehicle ever being inspected, Jamie and Christine used my vehicle to pick up another customers car! They came back, inspected my vehicle and then conducted a road test. I paid for a state inspection/emissions test, not for them to use my car for their business. I will not be giving them my business after this and will not recommend them to anyone.

narcissistic pieces of s*** that literally talk down to you and try to talk circles around you like you're stupid and they especially take advantage of women surprisingly since he has so many daughters there at the shop with him I'm surprised that he treats women the way that he does and as I got upset I literally felt like his daughters were going to about to fight me all my tires were slashed on my 2012 3/28i BMW hardtop convertible I've only had this car for about a year and there was not one mark on my car or nothing until recently and none of it was my fault but I had called and I was desperate to get tires on my car I could have waited till the next morning and spent $500 for brand new tires right around the corner from my house but I thought these people were going to be coming out around 5:00 6:00 p.m. 4:30 but they kept pushing me off and pushing me off as they kept taking calls from Philadelphia and once those coals were done then they decided to come out to me so I was last on our list because money is so important to these people they think it's just about them and he has even noted to other people that he doesn't care because he makes so much money but they will not give you $1 back they will not admit that they've ever done anything wrong and they literally try to push blame everything on the person that they did to work on their car for they had to have paid people or wrote these reviews their self because not one thing I heard was true not only do they make me wait until I was 12:00 that night but I strictly told them I take run flats on my car and I have two different sizes they told me I have those tires in my shop and I'm thinking that they're brand new because that's what I said I will not put used tires on my car I don't even want to put brand new regular tires on my car with no spare because if I get a flat or blow a tire I can get into an accident I go high speeds going to my job I do over a hundred miles an hour some nights and I drive an hour each way when the turnpike and I strictly said that I need my car to be safe and for it not to break down and for me not to be able to get into any accidents because of my tires that I was extremely important that I had brand new tires and they had assured me that's what I was getting even when they pulled up after being so late and they kept telling me I'm going to be there in 30 minutes and just lied to me they end up putting on four tires the two in the back were had no tread on the inside at all the one in the front was inside out and I had a huge bubble on it but I'm pretty sure that he knew that that's why he put it inside out now that I know of the real him Kelly and two weeks after me constantly hearing a rock noise in my tires from the very beginning which wasn't a rock it was my bad tires I decided to look down at my car and I happened to see that my tire was inside out well after driving on that and my car pulling left and right on the highway like I was hydroplaning every single night meanwhile I've been going through some hard times so I recently had to get the least amount of insurance on my car just to cover somebody else's car and as I said this car was a gift for my father who passed away but it was also a gift from God and I never in my life have ever owned something nice like this nor will I ever again I'm sure and my biggest fear is losing my car I've been through so much this last few years anyway the people at the shop have blocked my number they kept lying to me and telling me that they were going to come out and put tires on my car and then I find out that they're used tires and I said I didn't want you to tires I would like a refund and he tells me I have no problem giving you a refund as he narcissistically abused me him his brother and supposedly there's a third owner but I believe it's just him and his brother but who knows but they all called me saying that I was told that you're a problem and nobody wants to deal with you because I was upset that now two months have gone by I feel like I'm going to crash my car every single night I'm on the highway I literally have my hazards on doing 50 on the turnpike I was not able to go drive down the shore for the holiday I missed that because I don't feel safe driving my car I've missed so much work that I'm 2 months behind now on my rent and they knew this and they knew that I didn't feel safe in my car and I feel like I'm going to crash and they don't care as long as they got their money first and then they told me if I wanted my money back after talking circles around me thinking that I'm stupid or taking advantage of me because I'm a woman they then took had me come down finally after 2 months of me calling they lie to me and have me come down and miss another night of work just to not fix
