the manager writer. Don't know his title guy work in the desk was not very pleasant. Refused to allow me to use my factory oil filter and argued with me, my appointment was at 12. My vehicle was not pulled into the garage at 1245, so I left came back at 3 o'clock, took them over an hour to do my oil change. Did an incomplete tire rotation. He moved the front tires straight to the back and put the back straight to the front. Did not fill my tires with air. I still have a low tire light on. They didn't reseat my oil life percentage on dash. And now my vehicle, it smells like oil and burns off oil when I'm parked as if they spilt oil on my engine, which I don't see how they do that. With the tools they have, I will not be going back to this location. read more

Dude, I went on Wednesday in person to the store for a checking, but they were already booked. one of the guys at the front told me that he would take my car on Friday, since Thursday was Thanksgiving, and the other guy booked that appointment for me. He told me, You're all set, see u on Friday @ 8 am. Today is Friday, I got there all the way from Carlsbad, cancelled all my plans, and the dude who was supposed to check my car was not in, but for my surprise I was not down for the appointment neither. I Am extremely disappointed at the counter service. I have taken all my cars for tire replacement even before they change names. I sent my daughter to get a tire patch, and they refused to do any service, they wanted to sell her a new tire, because we did not bring our tire for tire rotation. Every time I made an appointment for rotation, it will take about two and a half hours to get service, even with an appointment. I told them that instead of waiting I did my own rotation. However, they wanted proof of tire rotation for them to do service otherwise I have to buy a new tire. I is frustrating that their policy demands proof, should I take a video next time of me working on the tires? I had to drive a block away to another tire store nearby, they fixed it for $20 and offered to put the spare tire under the truck. I do not recommend this place but if you do make sure you read and understand all the warranties, you do not end up paying for something they offer and do not come through. read more

Although the desk guys were friendly and helpful, they got my car in at the appointed time and finished in the time they said it would be done. I do not recommend this store for this reason. I had a couple of tire put on and the receipt said 2 new life time warranty valve stems. Well I look because I noticed one if the new tire had no valve cap and the the other one had the same old odd ball cap that was one the old tire. So I wonder what item or items that they may charge other un aware customers that they they don't actually do or need. I will go to the other store in Escondido, but will not return to this one. This shop is not helpful. They wouldn't check tire pressure or explain why the light was still on, told me to drive it around to get the light off. I called and scheduled for an oil change - they did a car inspection instead. I have a warranty with Carvana and the shop is to call Carvana to schedule services and get approval. They wouldn't do that and said I had to do that. They left debris inside of my car engine hood. Worse shop i've been to. read more

I called up and made a appointment to get my AC compressor replaced on a diesel pickup. I asked if they could service a diesel. They said yes.. I got the truck towed to the shop.. in person they said "oh we don't do diesel trucks. That must of been a miss understanding. But we will replace the compressor. But if there is something actually wrong with it. We can't fit it."they installed the compressor then told me "sir the truck won't start you need new battery's" they loosened the batterys . And said the truck won't start. So I went down to the shop... they showed me the truck didn't start. So I personally we went and tighten down the bolts on the batteries they were LOOSE!!! they wanted me to replace two full size batteries & The truck started right up. They are clowns THESE MECHANICS ARE A JOKE AND THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT TO SCAM YOUR MONEY. They lied about the service they COULD provide. And wanting to charging me 500 dollars for battery's and install. read more

I brought my car in for them to look at my brakes and figure out why my car was making a clicking noise. They quoted me $1,100 for brakes and because they said my front right axel is blown. $500 for brakes is reasonable but $650 for replacing my axel seemed off to me. I took the car somewhere else and they found absolutely nothing wrong with my axel and found that I have a slight oil leak, only costing me $200. This place tried to absolutely rip me off and the only reason I can think of why is because I am a female and they think they can. Do not trust this place for anything more than simple brake replacements!! read more

Went in for an oil change. Said I needed new brakes urgently. Brakes did not fit so they put my old ones back on. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my old brakes they just wanted more money. Total time spent was 3 hours when I just went in for an oil change. Employees should focus on being clear and transparent with customers instead of trying to get as much money from them as possible. Made a 10AM appointment to have my brakes done. Arrived early to get paperwork done and Counter guy said it would take approximately 30 minutes to complete inspection and give me estimate. I called Firestone for a quote on a new battery. For my Camaro SS they quoted $280!! I called around and all the other quotes came in around $200. WTF! They claim it's the Interstate battery is more expensive, but $80 more ?! I've been going there for all of my needs, but no more. Now I feel like I'm overpaying for everything. They just lost a customer for ever. They probably don't care because it's a big company and the guys behind the counter don't give a sh*t. I need another repair that they quoted $1000, but now I'll be going somewhere else. Lost me forever. read more

Dont go there.....the guy behind the counter didnt want to help me from when I started conversation with him....I paid for tire rotation and balance service...lifetime....I was having issues with my steering wheel shaking and someone up sold me to the lifetime warranty on tire balances and rotation...I went in to get rotation and balance along with asking for a quote on 2 new tires and spark plug change..he walked out to my car and put his fingers on my tires....once I got the quote he asked what I wanted to....I said I was just looking for pricing right now but just wanted.to.do the balance and rotation but wanted to keep the same tires that were in the front and back just switch them from right to left....he said no they dont do that and the tread on my tires are too low for a.rotation or a balance....I then said "so I wasted money on the lifetime thing?" He said he didnt know who sold it to me but they should have told me......I just had an old change at the dealer and they told me I still have some life on the tires...tread is at 4.....so I told the guy that and wouldnt you know.that 4 or less.is.the tread limit for not rotating....what a coincidence....so then I said what about the back tire...they have a 6...he said cant do it.....I was planning on getting tires there and his quote for $390 to change my spark plugs is actually a pretty good price....dealer is at $560 mechanic across the street where i get my smog is charging $460....i would have done both.services there but the guy working the counter had NO in his head from when I walked in...stay away from that place read more
