I went to Firestone on 9/6 to get a quote on new tires. I also told them when I drove, I kept hearing a whistle noise. I was told my car would be inspected when the new tires were put on. I had a 1:30 appointment for 9/13. I was told it takes an hour to 45 mins for everything to get done. Firestone didn't get to my car until 5:00. Since I waited so long, I was given a card for a free oil change. Once I got home that evening, Firestone called me and stated I needed a new battery, an oil change, and brake pads. Sunday 9/13 rolls around and Firestone called me asking me what I wanted to do about the battery. I gave them permission to do everything since my car was in the shop. On Sunday 9/14, I was told my car was ready. They "test drove" my car. I drove two miles to get home and my car stalled on me. My break was locked in place. My oil, battery, and engine light appeared on my dashboard. My car had to be towed back to Firestone. Monday 9/15, I called and spoke to the store manager Wes. He told me my car was top priority for the day, and he was waiting on the mechanic to arrive to work on my car. I told him to keep me posted on what was going on. By mid-morning that day, I called to see what was going on. I spoke to Wes again and he stated that it was my engine and there could be a recall on it. He stated he had to submit a claim to the claims department, and I should be getting a call that day. He also stated they do not work on engines and my car needed to be towed. My father and I decided to go down to the store to talk to Wes in person. If Firestone did something to the car, they would be responsible for a new engine. My father asked if oil was put in the car and Wes stated "That was the first thing I checked when I walked in". I believe oil was put in the car when my car was towed back to Firestone so they can cover their tracks. Wes set me up with a rental car through enterprise. My father and I went up to Kia (where I purchased my car) to give them a heads up that my car would be towed to them. I explained the situation to them and showed them the pictures. The first thing Kia told me was that Firestone did not put oil in my car. They looked up my car in their system and there are no recalls on my car. I took it upon myself to call AAA to get a tow since claims was not calling me. Claims called me on 9/22. I was told when you get an oil change it can damage the engine. How many times does a person get an oil change? An inspector went to Kia to look at my car on 9/26 and stated the engine can stall 2 miles if no oil is put in the car, as this happened to me. Wes does not care that my car was damaged. He has no sympathy for the situation. He will not own that his workers make a mistake. As a manger of the store, he is useless. All he could tell me is "It's out of my hands and I cannot do anything" and "I do not have a number to claims". You are a store manager and do not have a number to the claims department? Insane! The lack of customer service here is terrible. They are trying to brush this situation off to another mechanic so they don't have to deal with the problem. I will never be coming back here when all this gets resolved. This place deserves zero stars. If they did this to me, I know someone behind me will be next. Please take this into consideration if you decide you want your car serviced here or else your car will be damaged. As of now, claims called and a decision will me made by Monday 10/6 if Firestone is responsible, which they are. There was nothing wrong with my car until Firestone took care of it. I believe this company will do anything to make money. They took advantage of me. I come to get new tires on my car and in the end I have a frozen engine. read more

Went to get a vulcanized patch because I had a nail in my tire. I previously put a plug in it so that I would be able to drive it until I could get it fixed. I made an appointment for 10am. Went and talked to the person at the front desk and explained it to them, everything was clear. I'm sitting here until 11:40 when they come out to tell me they can't find the leak. I had to repeat to them that it's the front left tire and there's a temporary plug in it. I don't even care that they were confused, but it's the fact they it took them an hour and forty minutes to come out and tell me that (they told me the service would only take a maximum of 45 minutes). Finally finish around 1pm. Just so disappointed after making an appointment and it taking 3 hours for a patch. read more

My son was out of town and needed repairs to an older car that we have for him to use at college. Firestone fixed vehicle for reasonable price. After picking up car there was still an issue with one of the repairs. While this may sound negative they took the car right back in without question gave a full inspection and ended up doing more than needed. Felt very good about the service and response. Especially when you have a child away that maybe doesn't yet know how to navigate a car repair yet. Thank you for taking the time and the professionalism in making it right...and then some. read more

This is place is run by a bunch of scam artists I purchased tires last year online and when I went to the store the mechanic talk me into buying the warranty which I normally don't do with that being said the following year I got a flat but it couldn't be fix so I had to get a new tire they told me I would have to pay full price cause I didn't purchase the warranty I said yes I did I have the receipt to prove it the warranty was on the second page of my receipt mechanic said oh that's not where we normally put it wen I had to pay didn't see any real saving for having a warranty here where it gets good I got another flat so I was going threw my papers to pullout my receipt with warranty on it couldn't find where it said I purchased a warranty cause these shady people kept my original receipt and gave me a duplicate receipt which now doesn't say I purchased the warranty they said they couldn't alter the receipt which is B's what was the reason not to give me my original back so needless to say I had to pay full price to get tire fixed plus I said if I don't have a warranty how did I get my last flat tire fixed mechanic replies that was the boss he just gave u a brake last time smfh so if u go here and purchase their warranty,1make sure it's on your receipt 2 take a picture of your receipt so they (Firestone) can't alter your original receipt and give u back a duplicate I will never use this place again so many dishonest thieves working at Firestone on 18 the state read more

Saturday, 11:00 AM, needed 4 tires, 1 couple waiting on their car. Technician asked me if I was leaving it; leave it for 4 tires? Firestone? I had called ahead to see if they had my tires in stock, or very busy, had 40 min drive, I said I have autistic child with me, can you hurry, said it would be about an hour. After walking kids outside for 1 1/2 hrs. SUV still on rack, no wheels on it, 2 guys up front at desk who clearly decided on their way to work that day they weren't going to get dirty, no customers but staring at computer monitor. 1 guy in back dong brake job, looking at his phone. I said what's the hold up, 1 1/2 hrs , nothing done, nobody back there, but you two up here looking at each other, still clean after hrs on duty, not a smudge, guy in back a mess, why wear the uniform then? Said he would get sombody to help out. HELP OUT, get your butt back there and do it, both doing nothing. 40 min later, car is ready. Spent oner $700 on Destination A Ts and they are a mess, smudges on every tire, wet with some white paste smeared on all, had to hit car wash. Not Firestone standards, Lazy, unprofessional, better service at local mom and pops tire shop. Tires are of course awesome, smooth ride, look great. Do not go to this location. I WILL NEVER go there. read more
