Do not trust this place. They destroyed my brand new tire and will not admit fault…read more I came to swap out my tires and the very next day my TPMS came on. I went and looked and my tire was ruined with a deep cut. I went back and showed them the damage and they kept saying it was curb damage. Which is not possible as all I did was drive home that day and the tires were brand new. It has only been 1 day since I was there. The tires also don't look like it was put on evenly. Keep in mind all 3 of my other tires are and look brand new. The constant mocking of all the employees telling me it was curb damage instead of handling the situation professionally has prompted me to write this review. Do not trust them to work on your vehicle. They do not admit fault and will mock you if your vehicle has damage. A nightmare scenario for the customer. Edit: - If it truly was curb damage. The damage would be on the right side, not the left. - If the tires condition was already in this state, then i should've been notified because I would not have allowed them to put this on my car. The receipt says "Tire condition checked"

Don't do it......dropped car of for 4 new tires and 2 hours later get a call that the technician…read moreran my car into a concrete pole!! On the phone i was told it was a scratch but when i got there it was a total bumper replacement, rear fender and tailgate.... I understand accidents happen but my car not only has a camera, but the SEAT vibrates as it approaches an object. The worse part of this is not shop but dealing with their claims department...hence i would not recommend this operation cause if you need to be made whole from their own doing - FORGET IT!!... I got an estimate from a reputed body shop in town and gave it to the adjuster from Dunn Tire (3rd party vendor) and they basically cut it in half, declined some repairs based on interview with shop, want to us aftermarket parts and noted that pricing was agreed upon between them and the body shop - which I can tell you is NOT TRUE!! I turned the paperwork over to the body shop and they said nobody has every contacted us regarding this and that the car cannot be fixed for that amount... Oh by the way Dunn cut the check and sent it to me, so they are trying to sweep this under the carpet as a done deal.. well it is not. on top of the damage, later i was able to calm down and look at the tire job and low and behold the RIM on the same side of the accident was scratched ... when i advised the adjuster of such damage and took the pictures, they said do you have before pics to prove damage didn't exist.. REALLY!!! for anyone still wanting to us this business. I recommend take pictures of you rims and tires before hand.. I asked adjuster which part of the car did the shop actually work on??? the tires they responded... interesting the tire is correct so how would the rim get damaged and it be the rim on the same side as the accident??? never less i am still fighting to get the rim covered and the body shop is dealing with the repair costs, which is a 8 day repair which i will be given an rental but with stipulations. I know this is a very long story and believe me it is not over.... I have a 3 year old truck with zero issues, 30K miles not a scratch inside or out and now i have a damaged car with dimished value and looking to be made whole and i get the run around... REALLY!!! AVOID cause if something happens you will regret it like i am..... Want to make sure everyone is aware that this was the 12th street location!!!

They were busy as heck but did not for a moment make us feel as an inconvenience for walking in. Sitting in the waiting room while waiting for our tire to get patched we heard the gentleman at the front desk answer phone calls and greet customers back to back and he was always so polite and happy. He did not seem overwhelmed at all when I would have been and he was so extremely personable. In the few moments he wasn't busy he was humming along, smiling while working in the computer. It was absolutely refreshing to watch him work. I work in Collision Repair and this type of service is rare in the industry.

I looked up tire places, and found Kerr's Tire Korner. I arrived around 8 AM and was warmly greeted by Brian. I explained my situation, and he had my car up on the lift within minutes. As I suspected, I needed wheels balanced from some damage done by the tire debris. Brian was very professional and extremely personable. I felt like I was in another country. Where I'm from in New Jersey, the pace is much more hectic and less friendly. In top of Brian's outstanding and personable service, he did not charge me! I picked up the car later after it was done, and they said it was fixed. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot...CLICK...same noise I originally brought it in for. I would have gone right back in, but I had to get my daughter from daycare. I took it back Tuesday to have them fix it. They called and said it was a leak in the CV joint, and another $380 would fix it. I got a call in a few hours, and they said it wasn't fixed and they didn't know what was wrong. I went to get my car, and they STILL charged me the extra $380. I stated then that $950 in 2 charges and you STILL didn't fix it?? They didn't care and took my money anyway. Now I'm $950 in the hole and STILL have to get my car fixed for the SAME reason I originally took it there for. There is a number displayed to call the District Manager Ryan Martin, I called multiple times and just get a recording that he isn't available and can't leave a message. I called corporate office 3 times before I got ahold of someone. Told them the situation and that I shouldn't have been charged $950 for something that was never fixed. None of the staff said they "thought" they could fix it. Both times I was told it WOULD fix it. This hasn't been handled well...I was WAY over charged for NOTHING...and ignored by everyone. Then, one of my staff went thru the same scenario to fix her issue, to the amount of $1300...and her car isn't fix either...the same week. Actually hers is even worse after she took it there. Don't go here, These guys are totally unprofessional, unfair, and obviously don't know what they are doing. If they are going to ignore me...then I want you all to hear the BS I went thru...and avoid the same thing happening to you. Go somewhere else!! Mike Withrow
