Bad service at 33rd and broadway! Don't waste your time. My Mom has worked with Firestone for years, she came by a week ago because her AC was out. She paid $2,000 to get her AC fixed less than a year ago. When she came to this specific location, the manager told her "your AC works great, it's blowing 32 degrees." So she went on her way. The next day her car didn't blow any cold air. She was driving in 100 degrees and confused. After looking at her paperwork, her warranty is up in 1 week. It very much felt like they "bandaid" the issue until her warranty was up to up-charge her to fix it all over again. I came back to the store with my mom, as a child who wants to make sure she's not being taken advantage of, and when I voiced these same concerns to the manager he responded with "that offends me" and he shooed us out and waved his hands towards the door. A simple "I appreciate the concern, we will get it taken care of." Or anything along those lines would've been much better. His lot/lobby was empty. Not a customer in sight. Could this be why? I told him I'd leave a review and he threatens "be careful with that review." There was no need to get so nasty with us. His response was "just go to the dealership and let them deal with you.." I've gone to Nick for over a decade. The man has always taken care of my entire family. He and the team at Firestone, both at this location, and his old one at 164th and Western, shoot it straight. He'll let you know what needs to happen, what can wait, and how long until it's a need. Appreciate the team making sure my kids tires are good for them to drive safely! Will definitely return as despite thinking they were not going to be able to fix my tire. Needed air is all, but staff were courteous on the phone and in person and we were on our way in no time.

Made an appointment more than five days out and had it there at 7 am like they wanted. Got a call at 3:30 that they weren't able to get to it and I could come get it and bring it back three more days later or leave it and they might be able to get it in done in two. Ok so you make an appointment for what? He said the tech wouldn't be back in for another two days!? Really!!!! How do you not have your tech in every day during the week? When I called to set up the appointment i told them what was wrong because i have a meter but they wanted to charge $130 to diagnose on their own what was wrong, uh no! But they have a sign on the window that they will hook up a meter for free?????? This place needs to be closed. Do not take them your vehicle!!!! read more

I pulled in at 3:50 on a Sunday (They close at 5) and asked the guy at the front desk for a tire rotation. I guess he was mad because he was working on a Sunday. He refused because he was closing...... in an hour!!! There were no cars in the bays and the mechanic was sitting in the wait room playing on his phone. I guess he's got enough money and his mechanic doesn't need a tip. Such a horrible work ethic. I made an appointment online for an alignment and oil change and 10 minutes later Jeremy called to confirm my appointment. While waiting for my car, Jeremy came to get me and told me I needed a new passenger side lower trailing arm. He took me out to the garage and showed me exactly how the bad part was performing and then showed me how it was supposed to perform. After showing me the issue, we went inside and he explained he needed to order the part, and he showed me again on a diagram so I knew exactly what I was buying and why it was necessary (I've known I would have to replace it eventually, I've been keeping an eye on it for a while), and made me an appointment for the next day. Jeremy called me the next morning to confirm the new appointment. I dropped my car off about 10:15am and he called to let me know they were done around 2pm. Not sure why there's so many negative reviews for this place, I had a great experience. Jeremy was very kind, helpful, polite, and we had a nice chat about Mexican food. Let me tell you about Nick. Nick is always there, he is so helpful and honest, and is trust worthy. As a woman i feel he respects my choices, my finances, and never tries to sell me unnecessary products/services. Getting your oil changed is a steal! And if you buy your tires from them which i did, you get free rotations and inspections. Nick is great at customer service and puts you at ease. Always says thank you. You never feel like you got taken when he helps you. I hope he is manager or something or gets paid adequately. He is the reason i keep coming back! read more

Got 4 new tires here and usually go to my dealership for repairs but the dealership has been very ridiculous lately. I had them looked at what I thought was going to be an alternate mr problem but ended up just fixing a battery mount for much cheaper. They didn't gouge me or try to talk me into more and customer service was excellent! read more

Firestone gets my seal of approval. We took our vehicle for extensive brake work. Not only were they significantly cheaper, they were quite honest. Nick called to ask about a particular item on the list. Hr assured me that it was unnecessary and saved us $400. They were efficient and had the vehicle ready as promised. Awful experience. I had an appointment for a specific time that I made several days in advance. This establishment does not take their scheduled appointments seriously. I watched as walk in after walk-in got in front of me in line. I Pointed out that we have gone past my appointment time by 15 minutes And that I have a schedule that i need to keep ... In response I received and argument from one of the associates (older guy) who wanted to be argumentative and defensive instead of empathizing with the situation .. I left without having them service my vehicle. .. Screw this place I'm never going to come back again and I recommend that you don't either.. This place used to be so good. They were honest and fair. However, over the years, the decline has been terrible. Last weekend was my last trip into this store. I went in with a leak in the hose that runs from the windshield washer fluid reservoir to the spray heads. The line had become disconnected, and they reconnected it. That is all. They charged me $70 for the repair. I certainly don't mind paying for having work done, but this was ridiculous, particularly when that charge was not mentioned up front. When I brought it up, the stated they "had" to charge me half an hour. Well, you got your half hour, Nick, in the process, you lost that new set of tires you were trying to sell me along with a twenty year plus customer. read more

Complete fail. I went in today at 3:00 pm, to get a quote on a complete brake job (all four corners) on my car -- I didn't want to have the work done today -- I just wanted to talk to someone about a quote. When I walked in, there were FIVE (5) employees behind the counter. NO customers in the store. A quick look through the back window showed NO cars in any of the bays -- these guys were NOT busy. I wait about 2-3 minutes, and one of them says, "We will be right with you." Ok -- that is fair so far... But then, one by one, each of those five (5) employees turns their back to me and LEAVES the front office! The last employee to leave was the guy who said someone would be right with me... I stood there, flabbergasted. I turned around and left. I have five (5) cars -- I spend a LOT of money on my cars... Today, I needed a quote (probably about $300) on a brake job -- but these guys don't seem to want any of my business. I've used this this location for a few years, primarily for PM on both company vehicles and personal. I bought a set of tires and wanted the oil changed. RANDY up-sold the Car Care package for a complete vehicle inspection. Spend $1K total. When I picked my car up, the washer fluid light was on. I thought it was odd they didn't fill the fluid level with the oils change. When i tried to fill the reservoir, I discovered the fluid pump was not connected to the tank. Went back to the store only to be told they didn't do it, wouldn't make extra work for themselves, but if I wanted they would take a look at it. It was in good working order when I dropped the vehicle off and on return it wasn't. Easy math. I'll never take another vehicle here. Serious dissatisfaction read more

After waiting an hour and a half the guy finally tells me that the front couldn't be repaired because the tread was too low and that he would recommend I get new tires. The only reason the tires are on there is because I have another set that I need to replace. And to think I was going to buy the tires from them as well. No thanks. read more

I agree with a prior reviewer: would give zero stars if I could. We should have read the reviews before coming here. My husband talked to an employee Brian yesterday who confirmed he would have tires for the year, make & model of my vehicle available to install during my Sunday morning oil change appt at 9:30. My wife put the baby into the car and followed me to this Firestone so that I could drop my car off and we could run some errands. We get to Firestone and are told A) Brian no longer works here B) that they don't have tires for my car & C) They could not find my appointment (although they could find the estimate for my tires). We felt like we were being accused of lying, as if we didn't set at appointment. They clearly don't want to work or do business. Firestone: please shut your doors for good and put customers out of their misery. Others: go around the corner to Hibdon tires on Broadway like we did. I went to the store first time, bought the lifetime warranty on the alignments for my tires. The guys treated me well and did a good job. 6 months later, after my tires rotation, I went back and did for my alignment. They said, "We will do the alignment for your because you have LIFETIME WARRANTY. So we cannot deny." They argued back and said my alignment was off because of my tires (my tires are only 4 months old...bought the old set in new). Firestone in Edmond refused to do alignment. After I argued them back, they drove my car to the back and did the alignment but only lasted for 10 min and drove my car back to the front and said, "It is all done." I drove my way back home and my alignment was off the same way as before. What a terrible service, liar and fraud! I will not go to this center again. I will drive to different location even if it is far from my house. I do NOT recommend any of you to go to this place. read more

This place is terrible. Brought car by at 11:30 AM on a Saturday to have leaky tire fixed on a rental car. Manager said come back in hour or so. Came back then and they hadn't started. Said his worker was eating lunch, come back in another 45-60 mins. When I came back second time they hadn't even started. Kept making excuses. I wouldn't have been so mad if manager had been up front from the beginning and set realistic expectation but instead they had a bad attitude and it took 4 HOURS to replace one tire, while there was barely anyone in the shop!! I went to get an oil change, flat repair and tire rotation. Within a week of the service, I had to air up the same tire they had supposedly fixed multiple times. I called them and was told that it couldn't possibly be the same tire "because we rotated it" and if I came now I could wait an hour and a half to get it fixed. Then he told me that it took 40 minutes to repair a flat tire. My father called and suddenly my wait time was down to 15 minutes. I showed up, they took my car quickly and I waited about 40 minutes before he assured me that they had found where they repaired the initial flat on the tire they rotated. Then he brought my tire out and showed me (unknowingly) the very same nail that I had offered to show him last week in the tire that was flat and tried to sell me a new tire because he can't fix this type of flat. When I pointed out that it was the same nail, his reply was "Isn't that a coincidence?" I will never go back and would warn people to be wary of this business. A few days later I went to Discount Tire and had my flat tire repaired for free. No tire replacement necessary. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Firestone is just a bunch of slimy scumbags trying to get you to spend more money than you need to. I was told that both my front and back rotors were "below spec" and that I needed to replace them. Firestone also REFUSED to replace my back brake pads because my rotors were below spec. While they were lying to me about my rotors, they also said I needed to replace my front brake pads (which I just replaced four months ago) because if I didn't, the brake pads would squeak and vibrate. I declined any brake service and took it to a different mechanic. I was told my rotors look great and my back brake pads were fine. Nothing needed to be replaced. Firestone quoted me $660+ to replace all my rotors and all brake pads even though no service needed to be done or should have even been recommended. This is absolutely pathetic. Mechanics already have a bad reputation for deceiving customers. Apparently Firestone is the worst of them. I will NEVER take my vehicle back to Firestone and I recommend you go elsewhere, like Midas just down the street. Do not let Firestone steal your hard earned money. They're a bunch of lying, greedy, thieves. read more
