I took it back and they said there was nothing they did that was leading to this, except maybe a wrong side sealer. They swapped the sealer and still my car persisted to leak oil. So I took it to my mechanic where I was informed that there were already two cars with issues stemming from bad services given at Jiffy Lube. I waited for my car to get serviced. And found that this is the new washer they used to tighten the drain plug! Completely unacceptable, thank god I didn't blow my engine from this complete joke. I took the washer to Jiffy Lube for an explanation and they had nothing to say. No apology, no empathy, no accountability for a terrible job. Beware of taking your car here.

I just had my car's oil changed today and I know it's been done right because I have had them do other jobs for me. I asked up front what it would cost to have 0W-20 oil for my 2018 Versa's oil change, and there was no surprise. They even had on record that I had AAA and gave me the discount for that without me having to mention it. "They" means Ronnie O. the owner, who has been the face of the service center every time I've been there. I've had them do other major work for me on other vehicles and they advise me well on what I need and what I don't. They even redid a job of replacing front axles with more expensive parts when it turned out the parts weren't up to par. Not their fault especially since they didn't hesitate to correct it, and with no charge to me. That's not a cheap job to do. Most service places would have asked me to pay something more for that, or tried to tell me there wasn't a problem. As long as Ronnie is the owner, G & J will be my go-to repair and service place for a long time to come. I won't wonder if they're charging me too much or giving me bad advice, because I trust them.

They comped me an oil change, and the sticker they gave me said I had to get an oil change in three months. Its SIX MONTHS. And I realized that they pulled that trick the last time I was there. People come…read moresee him from far afield because of his ability to actually figure out what's wrong rather than just replacing parts. Richard is also honest. That's also a must-have. Richard takes pride in his work, and he does a quality job. His prices are competitive. Well, I presume they are; I haven't been to another mechanic in years since I started using Crossroads all those years ago. I can go with a big list of things I think need to be done, and Richard will tell me which ones I don't need to do. Another mechanic would just do them all and also tell me I needed to change my cabin air filter and muffler fluid. If you have a Volkswagen, a Fiat or a Buick, you're out of luck. Crossroads specializes in Japanese vehicle repair. Richard is a Toyota specialist, and some of his staff are mavens with Subaru.
