I thought I had an appointment with them, but it turns out it was the wrong location however, they swiftly put me in on their schedule and got my car inspection done super quick with flying colors! The staff is all super friendly and helpful, I would like to put a special shout out for Justin for making me feel super welcome, taken care of, and valued as a customer. The waiting room was large and clean and was super comfortable, I would've been able to wait four hours if that was even possible since they're so fast. I will absolutely be returning to this place and I recommend anyone else who has any car needs! read more

Firestone Complete Auto Care - Tires Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

Thank you to Westley at the front desk!!! He was extremely thorough and helped keep us informed about the repairs on our car. He also went above and beyond to make sure our bill was correct! Would definitely come here again. read more

We needed tires in a bad way to get home. Jeff got us in, treated us fairly and got us on the road. He didn't have to get us in, but he did. Thank you! read more

Everyone is very nice there. Justin is amazing and goes over the top with being helpful. My issue was the warranty company Silverrock. Justin was so patient and helpful in the entire scenario. I will recommend them to everyon! read more

Justin was so nice over the phone and in person! Made the whole process easy as this was the first time getting my car serviced on my own.

Went to have a tire fixed. They look at when you bought tire then they decide if they are allowed to repair it. Firestone rules. They won't even put any used tires on or anything. I have told a lot of people to go to Firestone. Now I'm going to tell everyone how gready Firestone is. Employees have to go by Firestone rules. I'm done with Firestone. I will definitely be telling as many people as I can Don't go to Firestone. read more

Absolutely phenomenal service. My truck threw a serpentine belt and had the water pump break. I was on the phone waiting for the tow truck, she had the parts waiting by the time I got there. Pulled it straight in and had me back on the road in just a few hours. ON A SUNDAY! Price was very fair, and even gave a discount on a tire rotation. Only giving 5 stars because there isn't an option for 10 stars! read more

I had my car towed to this fire stone because I knew that they would be able to get in and diagnose it quickly. But they informed me that I had a problem that was a recall, and that they were unable to fix it. Turns out it was a $40 part and they could've fixed it and had me out the door within two days but I have now waisted well over $1000.00 on a rental car and two tows just to fix a problem that would have just cost less than $250. The manager Justin seems to be helpful but is actually patronizing and giving you the run around! The final straw was I asked him to quote me a price to install the part that I found in 10 minutes! He said he'd call me right back and never did! So i went over and he wasn't working on my issue at all but running around the shop. read more

Unbelievably poor business! Bought tires from them last year. Yesterday a rock pierced a back tire. Deflated while driving. Went to nearest tire dealer out of town. Had to get new tire at a different out of town dealer. Went to Firestone with damaged tire hoping for a prorated new tire or money back as the tires had not acquired very many miles and we had insurance on tire. While driving to Firestone the another tire was going flat. Upon arrival at Firestone, we were informed that they could do NOTHING about the pierced tire and could NOT attempt to look at the current tire that was presently deflating on the car! We were informed the next available appointment was 13 days from today! cOULD NOT BELIeVE THIS SERVICE! We left and went to another reputable dealer in Columbia that waited on us immediately! Within 35 minutes we drove away with a new tire from the other business. Firestone shame on you! We got a screw job! Never recommend the tires or service to anyone! read more

been going there for years they have worked on 4 of my cars and has always been fast and very helpful and keeps me informed if they find anything else wrong, they will call and let me know so i can approve it before anything is done. very lively and everyone is usually laughing while working. i send everyone i can to them. read more

Absolutely horrible!! Didn't repair tire at all! Got there at 8a when they opened guy sitting at desk said he couldn't help we'd have to wait for the manager who was "hung over" then when they finally got us back to do a simple tire repair, it took an hour and a half to fill a nail hole on the tire and we get an hour down the road and we are losing tire pressure got up this morning to a flat tire again...same tire they worked on. Horrible I don't think anybody knows what they're doing there. read more

Great experience getting new tires installed here. Will recommend to friends and co-workers. Had a good conversation with the store mananger Justin as well. I wish I would've known ahead of time that they would not be able to do my alignment, but I understand that I have kind of an odd trim/spec combo and it probably just slipped through when making the appointment. read more

I travel the country for work and value honesty and quality service when it comes to my car. After a disastrous experience in Las Vegas, it was such a relief to be treated with respect and courtesy here. Awesome service, professional mechanics, clean facility. It is so easy to trash a place for a bad experience but so much more important to express gratitude for a job well done. Thank you so much!!! read more

Stopped in near closing time on a Friday because my tire pressure light was on. The manager was really helpful and quickly filled up my tires to proper levels then sent me on my way with NO CHARGE! I will definitely go back when I need tires. read more

Going to the garage Is never a lot of fun But like an aging actress My car needs to get work done. The Firestone guys are nice enough. They don't chat but they don't condescend. I don't think they overcharge. They're my auto friends. read more

Had both front axles changed. Now there's a popping noise coming from the front of my car after a changing the axles. Returned my car for them to find the problem but they couldn't find a problem but can find everything else. Now I have to take my car to the dealer who knows how much they are going to charge just to look at it. Went in for one issue to get, now I have another issue. Highly pissed! read more

Worst experiences ever from an auto repair shop. First, I took my nissan altima in for a new battery about a year to a year and a half ago and they were so lazy they didnt clip my battery in all they and it disconnected while I was driving. The next time I wanted to drive it my car wouldnt turn on. Called a tow truck to tow it to the Firestone but the tow truck driver had the tools to just reconnect my battery free of charge. Second, about 3 months ago I went in for an oil change and tire rotation before I went to Denver Colorado. On my drive out there my tire pressure idiot light came on. I decided to stop and check the tires just to make sure everything was all ok. I checked my tires and i realized none of my tires had air caps on them anymore. I chose to trust that Firestone would have filled my tires with air and been diligent enough to place the caps back on, but no. Lastly, my sister has a mercury mountaineer and she went in to get her tires changed from winter tires to summer tires. The guys there, true to their character, were lazy and did not fasten her tires on correctly. She almost died because one of her tires started wobbling on I-55 in illinois while she was going 75mph. Her wheel bearings broke while she tried to slow the car down and she finally stopped the car barely on the shoulder in the middle of rush hour traffic. I would reccommend Firestone as a franchise in other locations, but this Firestone has had the absolute laziest crew and made the most dangerous mistakes on multiple occassions. Do not go here. Ever. Update: I emailed the social care a week ago and have not received a response.. read more

Stopped by for a random road noise, and the guy there fixed it in 5 minutes, and we were back on the road! Thanks!

I had a bad vibration, got off the highway and found a tire shop, yay! With a shop that wasn't full, 1/2 hour before closing, they refused to balance a tire and sent me down the road with my vibration read more

I've been here for an hour. That's not the bad part. That's acceptable. The bad part is that they've turned away 3 different people. They only have one technician working today. My car is the only one in the garage. there is a family of 7 that has decided to wait until they can get to them. The guy at the front desk told them it would be at least 2:00 pm before they can even look at it. That's over 4 hours away. read more

Went in for a flat repair they was very helpful. I also check their prices on tires and I will buy from there next. I will be back. read more

I was in town just for the night when I got a flat tire. The team got to work first thing in the morning and my tire was patched and ready to roll in just a couple hours. Prompt and friendly service. No hassle! Highly recommend. read more

My waterpump went out during a cross country road trip, the service staff at Firestone was very accommodating in helpin not only with the repair but also directing us to palces to stay for the night and allowed us to hang out in the lobby with our dog while we found arrangements etc......town was a little busy as it was Homecoming weekend for Mizzou. Really appreciated all the hospitality of the staff here and that one of the serviceman came in early to make out repair so we could get back on the road quicker. read more

The dreaded "tire flat" light came on yesterday on my rental after a big football game in town (damn tailgaters). I stopped by here and was serviced by Brandan who looked at it and said it was about 20 units lower (front right tire) then the others but didn't see anything abnormal such as a nail or rock. He filled it up and told me to come by tomorrow (today), if it became low again, which it did but not by too much. He did another touch up airwise and while he recommended I get it fixed due to a hidden leak, I thought I should be ok to get to the airport (MCI) nonetheless I felt very confident that Brandan knew what he was talking about and I would come back here in a heartbeat with all my regular car's tire needs. read more

Made an appointment thinking it would make getting an oil change convenient and quick but still forced to wait over an hour

I went in on Saturday when the shop was only open for one more hour. Being in from out of town they replaced my blown out tire in no time at all and kept me from be stranded for the night. I would recommend anyone one go here for professional and quick service. read more
