Routine tire rotation with a brake inspection. Had appointment, so vehicle was taken in timely. 30 minutes later, my service was completed. Service advisor, Jacob, was excellent, he went over the remaining brake life and also the expected remaining tread life. My experience at this store has always been excellent. I was hesitant to go there because of the poor reviews but I was positively surprised. The head mechanic was professional and knowledgeable. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I had made an online appointment prior and was done in under an hour. Even got my windshield wipers replaced that I kept forgetting to do myself. I will be back. read more

Everything you see written on a sign, on the side of their building, such as brakes, oil changes, tires, etc. they know how to do. They also know how to do some things they do not advertise. But the one point where they fail, is they suck at diagnostics. That does not necessarily reflect badly on them. They just have a limited skill set. The one exception to this, is when one of their guys found a vacuum leak that I had. I do not personally believe they are ripping anybody off. And they seem to be honest. Up to a point. They just don't always have the skills to do the things you might want them to do. They are very competent at the things they advertise, because those are the things they do all the time. And they ARE open on the weekends, which is an extremely convenient thing for the customer. So by all means, use them for the things they are good at doing. Just don't expect them to have the same skills as a professional shop. Would I go there and have things done? Yes - so long as it is something they advertise on the side of their building (which tells me this is something they have had plenty of practice at), or for something that is fairly simple. But not for more complex things. As long as you only need them for something simple, they are a fairly good shop. read more

At Firestone Complete Auto Care -- Just trying to save people from what they did to me...They busted my windshield and said I brought it there like that, after I heard the owner on the phone with the company saying that this was the 3rd windshield that the technician had busted in less than a 3 week span. They did FINALLY replace it BUT the main reason I went there was to get an alignment done on my car which at first they told me they did not do it and then they told me that they did do it that I would not have to pay for it because I had such a bad experience. Then I was told I had to pay for it so I did and I asked for paperwork. I brought my car to Discount Tire (there are amazing btw) because I had a nail in a brand new tire so I was gonna get them to patch it for me. Long story short the technician came out and told me that he could not patch my tire because it had wire hanging out of it. I said there's no way I just had an alignment done and he told me that both back tires had wire hanging out. So save yourself some trouble and do not go to fire stone on East Texas. They are the most rudest, disrespectful and unprofessional company that I have ever came encounter with. I did not get my money back for the alignment that was not done on my car but I have contacted the corporate office and I am awaiting a phone call from the headquarters of fire stone, because not only did they charge me for an alignment that was not done I also had to buy tires that have been shredded up because of the alignment not being done God don't like ugly and if you charge someone for work that is done on your vehicle, they expect that work to be done and to be done correctly. Brain manager sloppy at best. had appointment for 10:30 for two tires. had the run around verbally with brian. second time appointment for 9:00 again Brian brought up the previous appt. My car has over 100,000 miles. It was driving poorly and braking funny. I got 4 new Firestone's and an alignment and I feel like I'm driving a brand new car. I told them I needed new brakes and they did an inspection and told me it was the tires. They could have just taken my money, I'd have been none the wiser. I will DEFINITELY be back. I've had the best luck with Firestone tires on all my vehicles, especially SUV's. Now I'm sold on putting them on my sedans as well. read more

They are very friendly. I had my puppy with me because I took her for puppy shots and had not made it back home yet and they let me take her in with me while I waited. They have a nice little waiting area inside with a couch and tv and have free coffee also. They do state inspections here also. read more

Firestone did a free brake system inspection on my 2009 Kia Rio LX, and they said I needed to replace the brake pads, brake fluid and rotate the back drum brakes. I had a privet mechanic to do the work. He said that I did not need brake fluid; in fact, he that we had too much fluid, so he had to take some out. Firestone was trying to charge 79.99 to add fluid that we did not need. They tried to beat us out of $80. That is not cool. This happened at the Bossier Location. read more

Bad customer service The manager here has the worst customer service I have ever seen. While getting a tire leak fixed they broke my tire sensor after making me wait almost 3 hours. Then they didnt fix it but rather told me they would order the part and call me when it came in. After the part has come in I keep going back to get there damage fixed but every time to change out a sensors I have to leave the truck over night or there for hours. It's a 15 min fix but some how even though they broke it I am the bottom of the priority list. I would never get tires or anything done at this location again!!!! read more

Very extremely disappointed in the customer service at this Firestone location. We are traveling for vacation and had tire trouble on the interstate; ubered here to let them know our vehicle was being towed over and gave them an idea of what had happened. These two men could not have been less compassionate. They were not interested in helping us AT ALL. I called my husband, who was with the tow truck, and had him tow it next door to Pep Boys instead. Do yourself a favor and go straight to Pep Boys - forget Firestone - they do not deserve the business opportunity. Pep Boys, on the other hand, could not have been more compassionate and helpful. They get 5 stars - I would give them 10 if I could. My advice to Firestone is to seriously invest in some customer service professional development classes. Wish yelp had a "No stars" option..Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Moore's Tire..showed up at 7:00am had to wait 15 min for someone actually come to the counter and help me. All i needed was a tire patched. I was told it would take an Hour and half....what a joke. I've been buying tires from Firestone for several years because I like their performance tires for my Ford Mustang. This location gets 1 star because of their service. Every time I ask for my preferred tire, they never have them....NOR do they seem to care about getting them....on more than one occasion. They are always in a warehouse too far away, or out of their district or some other excuse.I keep trying again month after month hoping I'll get someone who cares. I've had to resort to purchasing my tires at a Firestone that is 150 miles away both in Arlington, TX and once in Lufkin, TX.....BOTH of which had SUPERIOR customer service, and had people who WANTED TO BE THERE AND BE HELPFUL! Oh yeah....and I won't even go into how they would not rotate my tires because the tread was too low.....maybe because I NEEDED MY NEW TIRES!
