I was assisted by Carlos who went above and beyond his duty to make sure I had a safe ride. There are still good people in this world.

Nothing but good things to say about this Firestone. Came in on a Sunday needing a new tire due to a nail in the sidewall, and they had me in and out in about 45 minutes. Charlie at the desk explained my options for a new tire, cost, choices, etc. And this tire came standard with a road side warranty! read more

They're taking advantage of the boom. Extremely overpriced for car repairs but if you're just going there for tires it's not bad. Anything you go there for is atleast 450.00 so be prepared. You are in Bellevue so expect to get ripped. Other than that the work is subpar but I think that goes to the credit of the mechanic schools. Most people in nashville don't know what they're doing with cars. Staff is nice, not their fault that the company is greedy. read more

Firestone/Bridgestone is among the Nashville-based companies (along with Nissan, Orca and a few others) that I try to support with my business. So when I went to replace the worthless run-flat tires that my car came with, I took it to them for some pricey Bridgestone Potenzas. Wish I could say there was no problem after the sale, but I will say the manager, Michael, responded quickly and appropriately, having my vehicle towed and fixing it free of charge. All in all it was a nice experience out of a bad situation and I will definitely return, even with the issue I had because of the response. One star off because even with a 5-day ahead of time appointment it was an eight hour wait to get my tires put on. Couple this with learning they are trying to cut back on the workers hours it was a little disappointing. This is the last place that needs to do that. It's extremely busy seven days a week. Looks to me like they actually need to hire a couple more workers. Best advice is to make an appointment and hope for the best, but they do have great products and a positive customer service mentality in my experience. Also park at Sprouts and walk over if you are just getting a quote or have a question. Their tiny parking lot is like Crazy Taxi . read more

Excellent customer service. My daughter went in with a probable oil leak on her 2001 Toyota Tacoma. The service tech brought the truck in and let her know that at the last oil change (Wal-Mart in Illinois), the oil pan plug was not fully seated thus the leak. They completed a free oil change on the truck. A quick and easy trip that could have been costly if it were not for the honesty and great service from this location. read more

Terrible service. Only needed an oil change and they told me the next available date was three weeks out. I was fine with that and scheduled the appointment. After getting there, I waited 10 minutes with employees walking in and out of the front office not acknowledging me. The only other customer was an elderly man who had the expression that he'd been waiting there for hours. Someone finally spoke with me and convinced me to get Resolv auto care which is a subscription based service. Said it was cheaper than a regular oil change, came with tons of other benefits and could cancel at anytime. Four and a half hours later my car was finally done. Could not believe it took this long after getting an appointment three weeks out. Today I tried cancelling my Resolv subscription and the only way to cancel it is to pay the remaining months of the full year subscription. Technically the dude didn't lie to me that you could cancel at any time, just said nothing about having to drop nearly a grand on paying off the rest of the year. Definitely never coming back to this Firestone. Happy to drive to brentwood to not spend half a day waiting to get my oil changed. read more

Went online to get an appointment and get there 20 minutes early to be told they have been booked up for 3 days out. I was upset but thought I would check the other location on Charlotte Pike. Well I made an appointment for 5pm. I get there at 4:45pm and the sign on the door says closing at 5pm. They tell me they are closing at 5pm. I spent my day and got nothing done. I have always used firestone but the service I got or lack of service was worse than Comcast. read more

Made an appointment 3 days in advance for new brake pads, dropped my car off at 8:30am I kept calling them only to find out that they hadn't looked at it once all day. I called again at 5:00PM still hadn't looked at it so I ended up having to go elsewhere. What waste of time. read more

Firestone, it would seem, tries to up sell it's customers by trying to scare them into purchasing services that are not necessary. I say this because I took my 2006 Honda Accord there to have an alignment done after having purchased four new tires. The sales person I delt with was very friendly.... And it would have been very easy for me to trust his assessment, were I not a machinist who builds high precision components for the automobile manufacturing industry... as well as having worked on my own cars for years and had known better. I don't look like the machinist/mechanic type. They called me back up to the desk and told me that they would not do the alignment with out fixing other related mechanical issues (tie rod ends etc..) which they claimed would make doing the alignment pointless unless they were new... They also claimed that the tires were badly out of alignment... This I knew to be incorrect as the tires that were removed after 4 years showed no indication of wear..in a toe in or toe out fashion at all. This condition assessment coming from the tech who replaced them with the NEW tires that were put on my car 5 days prior. Not to mention I am also, well aware of how to tell when the alignment is out based on tread wear....so I knew his assessment to be true... To make this situation even more fishy... I overheard another sales rep telling another customer who was also there for an alignment the exact same thing... So instead of spending around $100. For the alignment they were wanting me to spend over $1000...... I opted to NOT LET THEM DO THE REPAIRS OR THE ALIGNMENT... But it gets even better. I had already planned to take my car to a Honda dealership IN Nashville to have an unrelated issue fixed on the Friday following the Saturday in which I had taken the car to Firestone. To test my theory, I asked the service tech (at Honda) to do a four wheel alignment after checking to be sure all the pertinent parts where ok. If you've ever taken your car to a dealership service dept then you know most of the time they are MORE than happy to suggest having parts replaced if it is needed and this particular one I go to is great about keeping me informed about parts that may soon need to be replaced. The service tech found NOTHING wrong. Infact... He also said that the existing alignment, BEFORE THEY did the alignment, was not very bad at all....very little difference from the alignment findings they had from the last time I was there which had been 2 years ago..... I had also asked Firestone to check the break pads and rotors on the back of the car since I KNEW they needed to be changed.... They of course said that they still had plenty of life left. As expected, the Honda Mechanic had a far different opinion of their condition. One which I knew to be true.. I will never go to Firestone in Bellevue off of highway 70 again. read more

I walked in with a slow leak in my tire that turned out to be a screw, and they quoted me 1.5 to 2 hours to plug it. So I said thank you and started to leave. Then they told me they could do it in 45 minutes. It ended up taking an hour. It cost $35. Then I found out from my friends at work that most places do that service for free and the wait is usually not nearly as long. So now I wish I had gone somewhere else. Especially since I paid for a service that is usually free. So I guess they did an OK job and at least it didn't take 2 hours. I probably will not go back. read more

I like this place. Having been shopping around auto repairs since I bought a lemon, I've been taken advantage of. But this shop is honest. I've been there three times, and they didn't ask me to purchase anything that I don't need to. Now I no longer live in Bellevue, but I'll stick with them since I trust them. read more

Well, i needed more done but they werent able to do those things (at least they told me instead of trying). They did do a good job mounting tires to my horrible wheels, and balanced them very well. Also had them align it and its bang on. I'd say that's probably what you should take your car there for, and you'll have a good experience. Didn't try to upsell me on anything, so that's nice read more

I discovered that the service may vary wildly depending on which Firestone location you visit. See my other reviews for details. I arrived on time for my appointment here and checked in without incident. Started wondering why my car was still parked outside after an hour of waiting. Approached them and asked wth was going on. They finally told me that one of their lifts(jack bay) broke and were backlogged and would take me as soon as they could. You think you should inform the customer earlier? Ended up being almost a 2 hr visit to get 2 tires balanced. read more

The worst ever, don't even bother going. They said they had to close early today (during business hours) and nudged me out of the lobby. Most of the crew was sitting around. Absurdity and laziness at its finest. read more

Some of the employees at the particular location were not very friendly and fell through on their word. It took me 7 phone calls and 3 visits just to get a correct spare tire. Employees would tell me they were ordering the correct tire and would call, but would never follow up. It took them ordering the tire "4" times before it arrived. During the second visit they gave me the wrong tire. It was a drawn out process of me pulling teeth to get the service I was promised the first time. read more

On a rainy sunday afternoon two nails decided to reside on two of my tires. This Firestone shop was convenient at the moment. They weren't able to patch one of the tires and I knew my car needed tires soon so I decided to buy a set. Big Ben was excellent. This shop doesn't only put tires on, they provide excellent service. I was given a great deal on the 4 tires and alignment. Will sure return to this shop if need in the future. read more

Bought 4 new tires got different value stems on one side and a different type on the other. When asked, they said they were running low on stems and that is all they had. Shady. Went back again, different vehicle. Leaking tire. Had to replace it. Replaced it with a different type tire. When asked them, it is a pretty close treat pattern and we couldn't get the tire you have today but could get that one. Did I mention the tire they replaced it with cost $200 more than what I had. I will never do business with this place ever again. You have been warned. read more

Came from out of town, needed struts on my car- will never forget the courtesy and professionalism of this Firestone- car has never felt better! read more

I got a flat tire recently and I used "Fix a Flat" Spray to patch the hole until I could get to this Firestone to have them do a real patch on the tire. I had been there once before and had a decent experience, albeit a very long wait. However, this time, I was informed that since I had used the "Fix a Flat" Spray the tire could no longer be repaired. I was also told that all of my tires had dry rot and they needed to be replaced. I don't know anything about cars and so I was nervous and confused and because of my anxiety over all this I just agreed to replace all the tires. I now realize that I should not have done that. The first reason is because I checked Fix a Flat's website and tires that have been patched with their spray actually CAN be professionally repaired. The following excerpt is from Fix a Flat's FAQ page: "After using Fix-A-Flat® can my tire be repaired? Yes, there is nothing in the formulation that would prevent a tire from being repaired. Advise the tire repair professional that you have used Fix-A-Flat® brand tire inflator in your tire, so they may properly clean the tire for repair. Fix-A-Flat cleans up easily with soapy water and a shop rag." The second reason I believe I was misled is because my tires were only four years old and I did not see any of the cracks that usually indicate dry rot. I wish that I had gotten a second opinion because I spent more than I could afford on tires that I may not have needed. The technicians at this location are very friendly and nice, but unfortunately due to my recent experience I am not comfortable returning to this business. read more

WOW!!!!!!!! I am so impressed with this place!! I have been there twice and will continue to go there. Scott is an AWESOME mechanic and explained everything in detail that was going on with my car. He is so knowledgeable! He showed me the parts and exactly what needed to be fixed. Ben is incredible too! So helpful and respectful. Eric's personality on the phone and in person was terrific too. He offers great customer service. These guys are just GREAT guys!!!! They I can't say enough good things about them!!! Thanks boys!!!!! read more

I have been going here for years. I started coming here because it is full service auto care and convenient to where I live. They are honest, and they try to give a good deal with the specials run by the franchise. Since I don't live in walking distance, I usually have to stay awhile and wait, but if you get there early in the day when they open or make an appt online, it is not too long. read more

I'm glad it took them over 7 hours to tell us we had to bring out car to the dealership to be serviced. Really? At least they waived the $99 diagnostic fee. read more

If you would like to be lied to please go here! We took in our car for a rattling noise when accelerating and $600 later our car is still rattling. We went back so that they could fix the issue and they did; however, had they fixed the real issue in the beginning we would have only been out $200. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I just brought my SUV there. Their break job was $500 vs Sears around the corner of $350. In addition to that I got a call warning me about the tire belt. That metal was exposed, dangerous to drive on, blah blah blah. Turns about this was an ENTIRELY manufactured story to get me to buy 4 new tires, as its all wheel drive and they're wide tread. NOT cheap! I didn't realize it, but Sears has a full service auto center, so I'd start there, or check out NTB on old Hickory in Bellevue. read more

Horrible service and very misleading with charges not explained. Went in to get a battery replaced and the oil changed. While the batter check was part of their "courtesy check" they still charged me a $25 fee on top of that. Also charged me $40 for miscellaneous (plus $5 for oil change) labor service that was not listed what it was for. Recommend going to Next Time Auto Stores to get the battery installed for free instead. Extremely unsatisfied, as I came from Ann Arbor where they had an exceptional Firestone that I went to. Will not return or recommend to others. read more

A big shout out to Lee at the front desk and all of the other guys who helped with our vehicles over the past week. These men showed a high level of integrity during the last few days, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Thanks for always taking care of us and being a place we can trust. read more
